Stay away for casual gym goers and if you are moving due to work go to a month by month basis…read more Where to begin I've been around a couple gyms in the area but gotta say compared to other ones in the area I've been truly disappointed and will not come back. For the price (mind you I had a discount for being a hospital employee) not worth it. To begin the gym is small and frankly disorganized . As you can see in the pictures the handles are Lying everywhere and are very dirty and used. With things fraying and falling to pieces. As for membership I bought a 3montg membership. However I was not told sales were final. After a month I am moving away so I try to cancel the other two months I am told that's just not possible. Now here is some context another gym where I had a year upfront membership and because of unforeseen circumstances I couldn't use 6 months of it they gave me 6 months back. Another different gym close by gave me 12 month membership prices at a month to month basis. But here they can't give me 2 months back its just not possible. Is it not possible or you just don't want to refund people. Noted they have classes I don't go to and a space I didn't use. As for a casual gym I highly recommend others in the area that have more than 1 bench and more than 2 Squat racks. 1/5

I began taking Level 2/3 classes as a very inexperienced student of yoga and in just a few months my practice got measurably stronger after only having the pleasure of taking class a few times per week. The studio is very well-lit and it feels fresh compared to studios that have no windows or natural light. The teachers are wonderful and you can tell they work from deep passion for yoga. I've taken class with people from ages 12 to 80 here; it's very open for all ability levels and fitness levels.
