Came here for laser tag. I expected them to provide vest and headband with laser sensors, but nope. They only came with headbands that had 4 sensors on. Basically you will have to specifically aim to the head and hit those sensors to score point. This makes the difficulty more challenging... The games are fun tho. We came here as a big group that took over the whole session. They had multiple types of games: death match, re-spawn, capture the flag, protect the leader, etc. I would say the games are quite interesting. The advise that I would provide would be please dont wear too much clothing as it would get hot over the course of the games. I would suggest to wear tshirt as some running, crouching, jumping, dashing, and physical sport would be involved. I'd say if you have the chance try it out and i can guarantee that you will have some fun : ) read more

Be prepared to sweat, be out of breath, and have a really good time!! As soon as our play time was over, we decided we are going back in the fall. The place is located in what looks like an office park of brick buildings. There are signs in the lot for all of the businesses so you will see theirs as you approach their building. Plenty of parking. Please be sure to download the app and create your call sign before arrival. Once you get there, you check in at the counter and then sign in on the tablets. IF YOU DON'T download and create your call sign before you get there, you can do it on site but it can mean a late start for everyone, and your team is not the only team playing if you didn't reserve the space for yourselves. This mean the staff may rush through instructions, you get less time to play, and you're making strangers wait on you. Also, I strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, as suggested by the business, so you have enough time to fully understand the directions if you've never played before, and also to respect everyone's time. They split our group of 9 friends between the red and blue teams. The husband was on the opposite team and I have to take a moment to point out that though my accuracy was low as was my total kills, I killed him twice There are several items to hide behind and turns to hide you. I think the farther end has the advantage though. They repositioned teams halfway theough. It takes a little time to figure your way around even with the maps on the wall, particularly if you keep dying before you get to the other side. It's dark and you don't leave your home base until the timer says you can, at which point you're trying to shoot the enemy so you may not be as observant of what is in the space or what's next to it or how far from the other side. All adds to the fun. Each game is 6 minutes and the staff fill you in on the next round in between each. This also gives you a few minutes to catch your breath. At some point you will appreciate that. I don't like that there's only one box to reup when you die or that everyone on the team can die if one person is shot in specific instances. I also think they should have vests instead of that head piece. I struggled with aim for a while but I think next time I'll be more comfortable with it. It gets really warm in there so dress comfortably. We were all sweating and I had to wash my face after to cool down. We had so much fun! I am definitely going back. read more

Untill a family on the other team starts arguing with us because we kept lasering their kids. So what????? And then the parents started cursing us down and the workers then told me and my freind to calm down. If the kids are fucking 8 years old don't take them to this place. My son's birthday was approaching and I was at a loss at what to do... With life returning to normal, I wanted to do something that brought this celebration to the next level. I stumbled across Tac Ops via Google search. After digging deeper, I decided that this could be a pretty neat thing. My expectations were met and exceeded. We had my son's baseball team head over after a pizza party. While the boys were being instructed on how to use the laser guns, the adults took a walk around inside and out was just mind blowing. It was absolutely awesome inside there. The session lasts for an hour and fifteen minutes and the boys had a blast. They came out absolutely drenched. (Which it's smart if then to sell Gatorade and water because my son downed one afterwards). Highly recommended and the young lady that was with us (I believe her name was Bre) was phenomenal with our group!! read more

Visited for the first time with friends (group of 9) on a late Friday evening 10:30pm and had a great time. The location is perfect with plenty of parking. While the sign is a little difficult to see it's an easy way in. The staff was friendly and engaged and informative. The process was a little cumbersome but it was cool as the steps taken were to maximize the experience (app to track progress and results). While there is a sensation of information overload, it's pretty simple to understand. I felt the pace of the experience and timing was perfect, it kept things engaging. I did feel however, the guns were difficult to perceive if your shot was properly hitting so that aspect was slightly frustrating. But overall between the fun scene set up and the pace it was a great experience. I think the guns and the shooting accuracy/calibration could be worked on but for the price and the experience it is well worth it. I look forward to returning and recommending. read more

PROS: Parking was good and the place was very spacious. It was 8,000 square feet and the lasers are more modern tech. The staff was very nice as well, especially this cute girl named Chan. She played the lieutenant in the game. We did team deathmatch first and then we did a mission that involved zombies CONS: Some of the lasers did not work during one of our rounds and theres nowhere for you to call for help in case you need it. The place is hard to find because it's in a large building with only a small sign pointing you in the direction. The place is also overpriced for the amount of time you get OVERALL: Good laser tag adventure, I do recommend it. Just know where the entrance is, bring your wallet, and have fun! read more

I saw this place pop up on an online ad and thought it might be cool. When I called up they asked me if I wanted to do their "Zombie Nights?" They explained it was a cross between Lazer tag and a Haulted house. Me and a few friends went and we had a great time. They start you out by playing a death match against you and your buddies. It lets you get the hang of the Lazer guns. Once that is over they brief you on the 5 missions you need to run in the complex. As you are running the missions, Zombies will start to attack you. You need to shoot them before they get 5 feet away from you else your gun stops working for 5 seconds. The more zombies you kill the more points you get. There will be safe rooms where you get briefed on the next mission and you can talk strategies if you messed up on a previous run. There is a heart-pounding ending that I don't want to spoil, but needless to say, it was a great time and I am looking forward to doing it again. read more

I wanted to fall in love with this place, I truly did, but man there's so many issues with the game play here. First off, let me say the staff was amazing. They're witty, entertaining and personable (I wish I remember their names but they were a blonde woman and an Asian gentleman). They get a 5/5. Now onto the issues. Hit detection with the guns and the headbands is just awful, which ruins the game itself. Secondly, the killstreaks have entirely broken the game. The amount of times I died with nobody remotely in sight of me was complete bullshit and there was one individual running around with a mini gun with seemingly endless ammo and, couple with the terrible hit detection, made the game one sided and unplayable. This place has SO much going for it but it needs to ditch the headbands for vests and fix the detection issues. Until then it's NOWHERE near worth the $80 price tag and if I didn't get a gift card for Christmas I wouldn't come back. Do better read more

Tac-ops needs to train staff to be consistent with their "policy." My daughter attended a private birthday party where girls ranged from the ages 7-9. The seven year olds were told they were not allowed to participate because of their ever existing policy where participants must be of 8 years of age. Yet, they've allowed these same children and other friends' children that I know of, to play in the past months and years. There were two, female staff members present. One was professional and the other was rude and curt. The rude employee could only provide the party hosts with a short response that this was policy and their money would NOT be refunded. The hosts asked to speak to owner who took 30 minutes to return their call with little to no compromise, even after explaining that the 7 year old who was not allowed to play had played 4 times previous and was the birthday girl's sister. The owner later texted the host and reimbursed the host for the three children who were unable to participate, ONLY after the host asked that something be done to support the customer and empathize with the situation. The hosts were understandably upset and commented on how they would no longer visit Tac-Ops and the poor level of customer service would be reflected on an online review. After observing this poorly managed situation, I will no longer have my children go to Tac-Ops and recommend to friends and family they take their business else where. read more

Went to a birthday party that was pre booked and they wouldn't allow 3 kids to play because they were too young. This place is awesome! My son had his birthday party here and they all had a blast. The course is designed and decorated with such cool effects and real props.
