When I bought a $30,000 suv from here a year ago. I never expected it to be such a horrible…read moreexperience that it has been. From a check engine light (they did fix for free) come on after 70 miles from time of purchase, to being stranded from home over 350 miles away after putting less then 3,000 miles from time of purchase. The "certified" check that they preformed was not done or just lied about. Several features that they stated worked never did. When asked if they would fix them, the manager said "how do we know they didn't break after you purchased it" I never thought Glockner would think this is the way to treat their customers. I guarantee I will tell every family, friend, co worker and employee that I know. I know I have saved at least 30 (headaches) vehicles from ever being purchased from Glockner. One of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE. Maybe the person who responded to my original post would reach out to me to restore my faith in this company. Since I HAVE reached out and was told the marketing should not have made the comment they made.

Bathrooms are the…read moreworst, helpful hint look for the sign from the ceiling as they are tucked to the right in the back. Terrible bathrooms seems typical for speedway. I had difficulty getting in and out do to layout and the size of the parking lot. Time of day may played some part to it too. It was kind of every person for themselves in the lot, and people just parking and running in and blocking everything. Staff was friendly but would only get gas here again if i had to.

There's no waiting room cold hard metal chairs to sit in beside the front door that stays open the entire time and the wait is crazy. Two hours to change the oil and they were not busy. You can save $25 but expect a poor visit.
