We ordered online and when we got inside we realized we didn't get our cinnamon delights, our churros, and they had put tomatoes on my taco even though I asked for NO tomatoes. They were also out of the freezes and this girl gave me a large cup instead and didn't even ask if I wanted a refund. The workers looked irritated because I had been up there 4-5 times for something being wrong with my order. The worst. Ordered a cantina chicken bowl, with no rice, extra beans. I got 6oz of food, nothing but cabbage, 3 pieces for chicken that were not edible they were so dry, no guacamole, no sauce, no pica de gallo, no lettuce. It was a waste of 10.00. Taco Bell in Aberdeen NC: Experience was horrible!! My mother and I went in at about 1:00 thinking we missed the lunch rush but people were backed up in the drive thru and inside. Giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it would go fast, it didn't. We waited on our food for almost 30 or so minutes. Then when we got our food which was only 4 taco supremes, they left the tomatoes off on all 4. I did take it back up and questioned it but there was so many people still waiting and we had waited so long and was hungry I told her I wasn't waiting. I would eat it as is. Also we noticed a young man with long hair walking in and out of the office where the food was being prepared. He wasnt making the food so I guess he hadn't clocked in yet but he was walking around the others while they were preparing the food and flipping his hair around. It was not tied back or pinned up. I like long hair. I don't have a problem with it. My husband has long hair in a pony tail but if you are working around food it should be tied back. My mom and I decided that day not to go back again. We won't make that mistake again. read more

Go to any Taco Bell in any town and they are all pretty much the same but come to the one in Southern Pines and you will remember the trip! From the rude employees to the lack of available Ingredients, you are sure to be assaulted and disappointed. Out of lettuce, beef, tomato? You bet! No taco sauce? No! Their specialty is tacos thrown in a bag. It's beef, cheese, and wilted lettuce in a big pile with tack shells thrown on top. Oh, and don't make the mistake of getting in the drive thru line unless you plan on staying awhile. They have a handy curb so that you are stuck there no matter how long it takes for the cars in front of you to get their food. This place is a nightmare. read more

I've always been a drive through customer until I needed to enter this Southern Pines restaurant to speak to a manager regarding being cheated out of $10 from my order paid with a ($20) twenty dollar bill. I was only given the coins and no paper money in return. Granted, I am guilty of not paying close attention to my change. I have no doubt in my mind that I was taken advantage of. I had left the house with the only $20 to my name that day-- While inside I identified the window server who said he "didn't recall anyone paying with a twenty dollar bill recently". I found that interesting considering there were several cars in front and back of me at the drive through. When I showed them my receipt and to my surprise, it showed I had only paid $10.00 for my order. WRONG. Again, I left the house with the only $20 to my name that day-specifically given to me by a family member, and first stop was Taco Bell. The manager counted the drawer and of course it was NOT short. I was told they would have to look at their video. They made a copy of my receipt. Time passed... Several days later, I had to call the store. I was told there was nothing suspicious on the video "unless" it wasn't viewed properly. At least that was what was implied. WOW. I asked for them to look again since it was implied they could have missed something, and was told they would. More days pass...and I have to call again. I was told there was "nothing they could do" for me. No customer service here. No apologies. No accommodations, so to speak. BEING CHEATED OUT OF $10.00-not the end of the world, BUT... this has now become a matter of principal. I come from a generation of workers that actually care about customer service and 'doing the right thing'. TACO BELL, do you know how many people in Southern Pines I have shared my story with? Do you know how many people I told how filthy the inside of you restaurant was? With the number of employees I viewed running around behind the counter, you'd think someone would be wiping down tables, chairs and your front counter (gross). Not that I think you really care. I was ordering Teo meal for my kids the lady had an attitude from the very beginning, my kids can even hear hear her huffin and puffin like someone was bothering her. I asked for the soft tacos and nachos bell grande and two drinks she only added one drink, when I got to the window thinking that she added the drinks and already irritated by her attitude found out she only charged for one when I asked for two separated meals...then she get me attitude again at the window when I said I asked for two drinks and my kids said the same thing obvious if you are getting two meals don't you think, then she charged me for 2 and some change for a mistake she made I would never go there again I will tell you that. I have visited this location twice and both times my order was insufficient. People spend their money for things to be accurate and of good quality. If I ask for beef then why would you give me chicken or steak? Tho beef and steak come from the same animal they are not of the same consistency. I get in line after work at 11:40pm, there are 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the order box and wait several minutes and say excuse me - now it's 5 minutes prior to closing - 3 cars and 15 minutes in line is crazy! I get there and she tells me they are CLOSED!! I come in to get my mobile order to pick it up and the app says its ready but when I go into the store to pick it up it's not ready it's not even made. :( While I'm waiting for my food I notice the drink machine has smudges all over the side of it (it looks like it hasn't been washed in a couple of months). The employees while they were making the food accidentally pulls out the hard taco shells and spills them all over the floor and walks all over them with some much lettuce and tomatoes smash all over the floor and they don't even care they just march all over them. Staff is kind of rude. One night I was trying to get food after work at 9:30 (they close at 1) but I was told they weren't taking orders because the ordering machine outside wasn't working. GOOD GRIEF!!!! Got in the drive through at 7:40pm 4/11/21. Got to the spreaker at 7:50. The man at the microphone asked us to hold on a minute. At 7:58, we yelled into the speaker "hello!" Ordered my food online and my daughter drove to go pick it up. She was told our food wasn't ready because we weren't there to pick it up...so they didn't make it...and then they threw attitude about it. Legit the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too and that my friends is saying something cause I've eaten at some miserable Taco Bell's. Next time I want to run for the border I'll drive to Fayetteville and get my food faster and with less attitude.
