From our very first interaction, our server Collette came across as cold and rushed. We didn't receive a greeting or any kind of introduction, and we felt pressured to place our order quickly. After our food arrived, she only checked on us twice, and when it was time to pay, she dropped the bill on the table without a word, which felt impersonal. Came in on valentine day and ordered the enchilada supremas, When I took a few bites it was hardly warm and tasted very bland with little to no flavor, The cheese wasn't even melted properly. The waitress only checked up on us 3 separate times and didn't give us any more chips with salsa (which wasn't a big deal regardless since they were cold and the salsa had little to no flavor) Got half way through the food and found a long black hair and asked for the meal to be comped and handed the check, The manager of the place came over and apologized and said he would remake the meal for free. Had to wait an extra 25 minutes for it to come out and by the time I got it, it still wasn't even warm and the cheese wasn't even melted at all. Disclosure- I personally went into the restaurant to ask for partial refund and/or consideration but all I got was a free dinner offer - for my fathers wake I ordered fajitas for 15 people rice beans etc - total cost $339 +tip after finishing the first pan we found that the shrimp chicken and steak was poured into a foil pan that still had the paper and rubber attached - they did this in both pans of protein so we threw out an entire pan of food - it was disgusting. definitely would use caution here- I'd like some of my money back read more

We were seated immediately upon arriving. We ordered margaritas & we're expecting something great considering most Mexican places have decent margs.. I was thoroughly disappointed. It tasted like pure just & no tequila. For $15, I would've expected to have some remnants of alcohol but there was not a taste to be had. I ordered the fajitas & my husband got a burrito. He said his burrito was good. The fajitas were average, nothing crazy. Overall, the food was average. The service was average as well. Our waiter had no personality & barely spoke to us. Honestly, I'm breastfeeding so I don't drink much. I was waiting for this margarita to knock me on my ass, but it didn't. I could barely taste the alcohol lol. Otherwise, the fruit combination was very good! I think I got the crazy margarita or something, but it had pineapple, strawberry, and likeeee mango, I think, in it. If you're down for a nice, fruity drink with little to no alcohol, this place is for you. I do recommend the horchata though! One of the girls we were with is Hispanic and said it was pretty accurate, so I trust her judgment. I thought it tasted like delicious cereal milk and would totally order if we went there again. Anywho, for appetizers, we got some type of Mexican egg rolls. They came with sauce that, everyone agreed, tasted like Chick-fil-A sauce lol. They were tasty though! I'd also eat those again. We came in a Tuesday, and they have jumbo margaritas for $10-11 in lime and raspberry. Raspberry was super sweet but also-- super strong. We had the enchiladas rancheras as well as the tacos al pastor. Both were EXCELLENT-- highly recommend the enchiladas. Where to begin? Well, it's bright, cheery, and very clean. Killer margaritas (thanks, Alex!), with fresh chips and salsa...yum! Hubs and I got the fajitas for two. They have a new rewards system. We got all the time so I have $13 off. Well I'm SUPPOSED to! I give them my card, and my phone number and they claim "this card isn't linked" but it's the ONLY card I use AND it's linked TWICE on my rewards for them. I even showed the "manager" and they refused to do anything. This place has given us MORE issues than any restaurant around here and until they fix their BS we will not be back. Rewards are a scam. What a disappointment! Had a lunch special. I don't think that they even warmed the tortillas. Choice of meats for tacos and enchiladas was lackluster as was the flavor.......none. Rice was not Mexican rice and beans as well. Portions of each very small. My husband's chimichanga was about 8 inches long with a little bit of filling and not grilled at all. This place has gone downhill quick! We used to eat here every Tuesday. But the past three time the service and food has been crap! Our waitress told us "sorry I won't be able to come to you as much because we are busy" and then told me that the kitchen requested "that I pick something else to order because they could not accommodate my order which was on the menu." And I asked why exactly and she responded with "because they're very busy and don't want to make it how it was requested." Absolutely ridiculous. This place is also very very overpriced for the product that comes out of the kitchen and the service you get. Won't be catching me here again. We have also made the observation that the manager has fired a lot of his staff or they have quit. I've been waiting for this spot to open up and I am not going to sugarcoat it....it's awesome! Super clean, beautiful interior and the patio is super nice as well. The bar is well equipped with some great tequila and Mexican beer. The fresh guacamole is the best I've had in years.
