This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Food is always cold and service is very rude. Since I came late tonight after work ( 10pm), I politely asked if they can please make the chalupa bread fresh. (Because every time it's cold and hard) Paid at first window, girl was laughing about something and then she was upset that I wanted my receipt. Got all the way back home and found they had purposely made my chalupa with a completely uncooked chalupa bread ! The receipt is printed so faint that I can't read the #'s to do the review on the Taco Bell website. Then the green burritto I got had onions when I politely also asked for no onions . This is completely unacceptable there needs to be some type of supervision present on these employees. Fast food is too expensive now days to not get what you ordered and decent quality. read more

I have never really had any issue with thisTaco Bell here in Atwater. I really like the taco salad with grilled chicken. They barely put 1/2tsp of sour cream, so I finally remembered to ask for extra which I paid a $1 extra for and when I got home all that sour cream was in one corner of the salad where there was no shell so all of it was on the inside of the box the salad comes in. Not to mention since that was the only item ordered, the shoved the fork, taco sauce packets and napkins in behind salad shell in the back of the box ! All because you don't want to put the taco salad in a bag ?? The napkins were wet/stained and I was not happy about the whole thing ! I know they can do better than this. read more

I went through the drive-thru and they have a girl standing outside with the little print out of the menu that you can barely see taking the orders. When asked why they're outside was told so they can do their dishes. When I explained that it's difficult to see the menu this way because it's on the small little piece of paper the girl just shrugged her shoulders pretty much like I could give a care less, very rude very poor customer service. I can't complain about the food, you get what you pay for in Americanized "Latin" food, but what I do like about this location is their ability to take care of customers orders in a timely manner, no matter what time of day or what speed of rush they are dealing with. read more

Surprisingly this was a nice little snack place. We like Taco Bell anyway. Looks great and roomy and they have a charging station for your cell phone. Imagine that! What can I say, it Taco Bell.There was a time in 5 consecutive visits I received an order with something wrong, or something missing. It was to a point where I went Merced and brought it home to Atwater because my family wanted Taco Bell. The only reason to go to Atwater's was because of time constraints. But after a few phone calls and now ALWAYS checking my order the problem hasn't happened in a few years. The food? Well, it's Taco Bell. It's crappy excuse for Mexican food that tastes good, and it's quick. The drive thru service is fast and courteous, but make sure to check before you pull away to insure you get exactly what you ordered. The dining room is small and cramped, and the tables need to be cleaned a lot more frequently then they are now. Other then that it's a pretty nice place to grab a quick bite. read more

I love Taco Bell and I think we have a pretty good staff manning our Atwater Taco Bell. For the most part everyone is friendly and competent. There's an older lady that works the drive through is not nice...ever... no matter how friendly I try to be. But other than that most people that work there are friendly and our orders are right 99% of the time :) read more

While I enjoy the food at Taco Bell, especially the Taco Salads, I really take issue with seeing the "Shift Manager" walking on the Customer Counter with his Outside shoes in order to change the Menu display above the cash registers. Yes, those would be the same shoes that have the potential to walk on Dog Feces and whatever else outside. I'm not crazy about having food served over Dog Feces.
