Food took forever to get. We went thru the drive through and it took like 15 mins. There were people inside waiting for their orders and people outside in the drive through waiting. We got our food and I must say that $6.39 for a burrito supreme is a little much.. My beefy seven layer burrito had hardly any beef in it at all and all of what meat that was there was in the bottom of the burrito. Like the last bite. They charge you a $1.00 extra for a chicken taco over the ones with just meat in them. I call this a rip off as there was hardly any chicken in the tacos. I am glad I do not go to Taco Bell often. The amount of guacamole was less than a spoonful, and for .89, I expected at least the cup to be halfway full. The employees barely acknowledged our presence. Tonight was bad business you don't have 20 cars waiting in line at 1:45 in the morning we you don't close until two or 3 o'clock. So tonight they had about six cars behind me. I just went this morning and ordered a sausage breakfast crunch wrap, and I was given the bacon one. Ended up forgetting my card here. Needed a refund because they forgot to give me my card back and charged it twice. I work in customer service, and it felt like my frustrations were brushed off and they just wanted to shut me up which irritated me more. The manager, was speaking over me and blamed me for forgetting my card and that's why I got charged again. We asked for two drink and they couldn't get them to us right away which I totally understand, but then the tall lady with glasses and black dyed hair accused me of flipping her off so she didn't serve me. They have someone standing about 30 yards before the menu, so you can't figure out what you want, then someone takes your order with a partial menu they hang into your window. Not sure if this location is just short staffed or what but our experience tonight was terrible. I ordered on the app and when I went to go inside to pick our order up they had just closed the dining area and refused to let me in. I had to get in the drive through line which took almost an hour. Took them through the drive thru and after my wife politely asked the gentleman to make sure the whole order was there, she was simply ignored. She politely got his attention again and kindly asked if the whole order was in the bag. His response was to Dump the bag into our truck window and close the drive thru window. I'm sorry but this is just inexcusable behavior. For probably the last 2 years or so every time my family had gone to this Taco Bell, our order has been wrong and or very sloppily made. Every single time. No matter what time of day either. Today specifically we made customizations to two items, beans instead of meat on one and we wanted a bean burrito grilled. Neither of those things were done. This is incredibly frustrating when one in our family doesn't eat meat and we only figured out it was wrong when we got home. Is it really that difficult to read the order correctly?!?
