I've been wanting to try this food truck and finally talked my mom into it. Was disappointed that they did not have chorizo available, but we both tried the carne asada and carnitas tacos. The carne asada was delicious...flavorful and tender. Carnitas was good...not as tender, but very flavorful. These are street tacos so order several if you are hungry :). The tortillas were soft and very yummy. We saw a burrito from another order...huge!! Staff was friendly, service was fast. Got the pork quesadillas today because the pit bbq place down the way brisket bbq sandwich was fatty. Salty, chewy and tough. Well this place was not too much better. There was tons of salty pork in the quesadillas. It's was so salty that it made my lips tingle and my heart shutter!! Way too salty. They made it in less than 5 mins and there was no cheese on it. I mean is is a queso = cheese quesadilla right? Anyways, my lips are still tingling from all the salty pork. I guess struck out twice in a row today for lunch. I lovveeeee their tacos so much. I come here anytime I'm craving some tacos, the meat is so flavorful and juicy. I get extra lime and smother them in lime! Soooo good. My office LOVES getting tacos from this cart. They are always super friendly and really wonderful. One thing I would suggest is calling ahead especially on a weekday near lunch - otherwise it's about a 15-20 minute wait. We ended up ordering 17 tacos and they had them done relatively quickly. They're always delicious - they come with onions, cilantro on the tacos and radish, lime and hot sauce on the side. We didn't get photos as we scarfed them down so quickly. This is the best taco truck anywhere. This is my go to place for delicious Mexican food. It is always really good. I prefer this over any sit down restaurant. We get the tortas, Carne Asada burritos, Street tacos, and Carnitas burritos. Their food is consistently delicious, and now that there are picnic tables in the little food cart village, we get this a couple of times a week! read more

Food is always delish but the last 2 orders I placed I was unable to get my food. I order for pickup so I can get food on my lunch but theres nowhere to pick up and you have to wait in line and still order and wait like a regular order not pickup which takes up the entire time of my break or they ran out of the meat I ordered by the time I got to the front. I went towards the end of the day and I thought maybe that's why my food wasn't fantastic, but I feel the food should be good and hot no matter when you get it. I got the chicken and carne asada tacos and a side of beans and rice. The chicken was shredded chicken and had good flavor but wasn't hot, just barely warm. Moved to the Vancouver area from California and have been sorely disappointed in Mexican restaurants here. And then? I found this magnificent Mexican food oasis!! I often come here and the food is good. Three stars because I just came and while I was ordering, the lady stopped listening to me because her coworker was joking with her. After laughing with him she turned back to me. So she missed my order and I had to repeat everything. Not a big deal, but it is rude and doesn't feel great on the receiving end. I would suggest focusing on the customer and let your coworkers wait to joke with you in a minute. The food is good and I always come to support. This won't affect that. read more

When I'm craving a bean and cheese burrito...this is the first place that I need to get to!

Super authentic tasting Mexican food! I went with a torta (pollo) and two tacos (one carnitas one carne asada). What stood out to me most was the carne asada taco. Their carne asada was cooked to perfection and had that tender juiciness that I love in steak. The torta was good and had that authentic Mexican taste to it, but I found it to be very messy and a lot of the ingredients fell out as I was eating it. Also the portion size was definitely not enough to fill me up. Same goes to the tacos, they were great but really small and it would take a large number of tacos in order to eat your desire. Overall, I'm glad I chose this place for dinner and it has that hardwire Mexican vibe to it. Affordable, just not the biggest sized portions. I could very well see myself coming back. read more

Everything that is prepared in this truck is of the best quality. I am particularly fond of the Super Burrito with chicken sans lettuce. First, leave the lettuce out of a burrito. No one likes hot lettuce. It's gross. Once you do that, you get their fresh pico de gallo, cilantro, beans, cheese, sour cream, and your meat of choice. Go with the chicken, I promise you will not regret it. I've eaten at this truck a few times now and it never disappoints. Super moist and flavorful, just melts in your mouth. I went for lunch and had to wait 20 minutes for my food, so definitely pack your patience if there's a line. Well worth it though! Also props to them for rockin the Mexican Coca Cola. CASH ONLY! Authentic Mexican food truck located in a parking lot of a produce store and across from the skate park. A little cheaper than what is around in the area. Very friendly service and they make everything fresh. It's awesome that you can mix and match the protein so you can get one of each taco to try. I've gotten to taste all the meats in the tacos and they are filling. Good amounts of onion and cilantros on top of two mini tortillas. Make sure to ask for chili on the side if you like it spicy. The Tortas and burritos are big portion for about $5 and just as tasty. They also sell chips and drinks such as Jarritos(Mexican soda). This place only accepts cash. Never really knew this place existed since it downtown BG where the railroad tracks are. But what a rare gem for this town. Clean truck, cleaner than I am used to but this is the land of food trucks and carts, just because your a little out of town that doesn't change anything, still have permanent or semi-permanent food spots all that way out here or even on the way to blah blah, who cares, tacos dude! We stopped here on a whim for a breakfast burrito this morning. I'm very particular about Mexican food having spent my childhood in the Sonoran desert.
