There is no seating, so it's a take out place. One criticism I have is the cheese they use seems to be mozzarella. I think the quesadilla would be better if Oaxaca or a similar cheese was used. I understand that mozzarella is cheaper, but other cheeses are more authentic and taste better, in my opinion. The beef that was used seemed to be brisket. I was surprised that it actually worked! However, having the option of fajita or brisket would be nice. They also sell fajita by the pound for about $20. The tortillas are amazing here and are some of the best around. I think it's a great place to buy and bulk and bring home for dinner. Overall, I'm great full that Baytown has this unique spot!
