I ordered two Doritos locos tacos, they were okay, the shells were cracked so it got messy. service was fast, not really friendly though. i also got a small Baja blast, i took a sip of it and it tasted like someone had spiked my drink with vodka. my boyfriend had also gotten a Baja blast so i tasted his and it tasted fine. idk what was wrong with mine but i will not be going back. read more

Although the staff was nice, they are unable to fill the order correctly even though the receipt has all the items listed.

Don't believe the TV and web site advertising .This taco bell will charge more. TV and web site said grande natcho box with medium drink was on sale for $5.00. I went and bought it and was charged $5.99. Even the price under the "NEW" sign up on the wall said $5.99. The cash register lady was polite and said she was sorry but could not change the price. read more

Literally the worst freaking restaurant experience I've ever had. Needs new management and staff as well. Food was good, but we waited nearly 40 minutes, and the person at the counter was rude af. This location is one of the slowest Taco Bell's I have ever been too. I sat at the ordering box for over 10 minutes before being greeted after asking hello several times. Then I waited over 15 minutes for 2 tacos. I had time to write this review while in line. Severely disappointed and will not be returning back to this location. read more

The food is good I love Taco Bell, but this location is extremely slow. Always a line. Wouldn't be a line if they weren't so slow. Also, had a very bad experience with a young girl who works here, she was literally trying to "shoo" me out of the lobby because apparently they had closed yet there were still people dining in and one woman at the counter. She refused to give me her name but was extremely disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL. ----- still sitting here waiting in line!!!!! Been here for 30 minutes and there's STILL 3 cars in front of me. Today's complaint comes courtesy of Taco Bell in Benton. So last week I was complaining about Taco Bueno in Benton not taking coupons and text offers. Got upset with them and went to Taco Bell. First of all. Why in the heck is Taco Bell in Arkansas more expensive than one in San Francisco? But the reason for today's complaint is that I went inside and placed and order for a Fiesra Taco salad combo and a crunch wrap. Paid $13.01. I had added jalapeños and guacamole to it. I get home to find no guacamole and really a skimpy salad only half full. Ugh!!! I find my receipt and call the the store. I ask for the manager the lady that picks up said "who's calling". I said an upset customer. After a min or more a lady gets on and said this is Miss P..... I told her I got home without Guacamole that I paid extra for. She said "oh I made that myself. Did I forget to put it on". I said yes and I'm not coming back up there right now to get it as I'm already home. She said "oh if your in town the next couple of days stop by and ask for Miss P..... and I will refund the cost of the Guacamole". I said "P....(she interrupts me to say "Miss P....")...ok Miss P....you mean for the drive back up there all your going to do is refund me .49 cents?" "I had rather write a yelp review and fill out the Customer survey on the receipt". Why does customer service suck so much? This taco Bell is the worst! I waited for 15 minutes and no one had greeted me in the drive thru and I tried to call and no one answered the phone. What's worst is that someone turned on their headset because I could hear a conversation in the background and still no one acknowledged me. I waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes which is normal for this Taco Bell. I spent $20.45 buying food for myself and daughter and her family. I was taking my granddaughter home and just stopped to pick up food on the way. I get it, then drive 17.4 miles to my daughters to find we didn't get 3 items. I drove all the way back to town and they gave me the items and they said sorry no refunds unless you bring back all the food. I only asked for a refund for what I had to drive back and get. So I drive the food back to my daughter then I take my food back for a refund because by this time it's cold, I've lost my appetite and they did refund me for the items I brought back but they could have cared less about the inconvenience. I ask for my $20.45 original receipt back and they said they don't give them back. I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever neither will my 4 children and their families. They are the most horrible uncaring people on the planet. I suggest you drive to the Bryant Arkansas Taco Bell. I plan to call and visit with the manager but I really doubt if I will get any better service. read more
