I hate being a "problem customer", however, I purchased two meals from Taco Bell and noticed that i was missing one crunchy taco from one of the meals. NOT A BIG DEAL. I went back into the drive through, apologized for being "difficult", and at the window was accused of lying despite having passed through the drive through not 10 minutes prior. Showed my receipt and received my taco, I was fine with that until I opened the wrapper and was insulted by the lack of ANYTHING within the shell. To say I was disappointed is to say the least. I couldn't care less about the lack of customer service (even though that was quite evident) but I expect to receive the food I pay for with the respective quality associated with the cost. read more

The lady working the drive-through was very rude also got our orders wrong constantly. We had to re-order our food five or six times before she finally got it right. Also, when I went to go use the bathroom, there was piss all over the toilet seat so they don't even know how to clean their bathroom there was also shitty toilet paper everywhere read more

Taco Bell Brookings, never fails to disappoint. I rarely review fast food places but this Taco Bell is consistently terrible. We hadn't been in ages and decided to give it another try. This was a bad idea. We ordered from the kiosk. I chose the veggie power bowl and customized it by adding jalapeños and sauce. Then we ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos and 1 veggie fiesta burrito. Add in three drinks and one order of fiesta potatoes. There were no straws or forks in the lobby. So, I waited and waited some more at the counter until someone noticed. Guy who was making food came and gave me forks. Went back to making food without changing his gloves. They made me a beautiful chicken and steak power bowl. I mean, it was piled high. Not what I ordered and I don't eat meat. Took it back to the counter. Waited. Waited. Waited. Guy making food came up and asked what was wrong. I explained. He didn't seem to understand. Had a frustrating conversation with guy making food and waited. Eventually, he made a sad little bowl of a bit rice, beans, a little bit of lettuce, tiny scoops of guacamole and sour cream and a few diced tomato pieces. I paid $6 for what would have easily have fit in a anemic burrito. We had to ask for our drink cups. The lobby was dirty. We were missing items from our order. Parts of the order that we did get were wrong. They messed up my power bowl. They were unapologetic. Just skip it. You get more food for less money and less frustration at nicer places in town. read more

Brookings, Or Taco Bell has one of the slowest drive through lines I have ever experienced and they are out of items consistently. Also they are not on the Taco Bell app and you cannot order anything ahead or have it delivered by one of the numerous locally available delivery services. read more

If I could give this visit zero stars, I would. Ordered mexican pizza and soft taco supremes. Mexican pizza smelled dirty and had a bad aftertaste. Got hard tacos instead of soft shells. The drive thru here is always so rude and it is the only Taco Bell I've ever been to that has different rules in the drive thru then if you were to go in. Like they told me I could only have 2 sauce packs in the drive thru but if I came in I could have as many as I wanted. Huh? Drive thru is for convenience it shouldn't become more of a hassle. The new Brookings Taco Bell has been open for some time now, long enough I was shocked there wasn't a review already. First off they get points for finally making it to Brookings, second they get points for having menu prices that are actually in line with reality. The $5 combo meals are an incredible value. The $1 value items are crazy inexpensive. The food is pretty good overall [hence the 4 stars and not 5] and lately the service has been very good. When they were just up and running they made a mistake here and there, but since then they have been problem free. Taco Bell is always on the short list when we are going to have fast food.
