Taco bell is my jam. I go here often. The remodel is great. No kfc side was open. Lady there was flying. Seems like only two were working. She was nice and let me know what side was working. Takes me a while to figure what I want so I let her do her thing. No biggie so i got nachos and some burritos for lunch. I sat and waited. They shout out my number unlike other places that just set it on the counter and I have to constantly check. All came out perfect. read more

Our tacos were made with watery meat that of course just turned the shell to mush and it all came apart in our hands. People taking the orders are also making your food. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

Gosh this experience was so bad. It's normally bad but this was even worse. The woman working the drive thru couldn't hear or understand anything. Also, they didn't include all my order including two drinks, sauce, and taco but I paid for it all. It's was relatively fast though. They need to do a lot better with the service they offer. read more

Employees are all smoking in the back of the restaurant and going straight to the food line without making effort to wash their hands. The attitude absolutely unacceptable walked out of there without ordering any food for sanitary issues. read more

I went to Taco Bell @11:16 am and ordered a beef bean and cheese burrito, the lady that answered the headset had an attitude and was speaking in a rude tone to the person in front of me. When I got to the speaker it was the same thing. I felt very unwelcomed. Honestly if you don't like the job just leave. The amount of disrespect at that Taco Bell is insane. I really wish something was done about this store. I won't be returning after today. Even the atmosphere of the place set me off. It was very dirty when I looked inside the window. read more

Oh please. Don't go here. Slow and always Messing up your orders. I usually don't review fast food. But they need to fire the whole lot of them and start new. I have been here twice, months apart and they still need a major overhaul. read more

We have had problems with this place before but that usually the time it takes for them to prepare our food, this time after waiting 20 minutes the food was not edible, the manager wanted to make us some more food, but we couldn't eat, we won't be back! read more

The people working here might not have full mental faculties. They get orders completely wrong more often than they get them right. Even after complaining, they often try to correct the issue but end up getting it wrong again. Other than the idiots, food here is sometimes warm. read more

I don't ever rate places but this time I felt the need to do so and made a Yelp account just for this. I have been to this location probably about 4 times and each experience is worst than the last. This place could really use a new manager. Whom ever the short, plump lady is that was managing today is the same person I have seen with every bad experience I have had there. After waiting inside for 20 mins to place my order. The manager screamed that they won't take anymore orders. As I was halfway through my order I was told that they couldn't finish taking it. The person at the front apologized and told us they were sorry. So I walked out and went to a different place and decided to never go to that location again! I understand how stressful places can get in a rush but to yell throughout the place and to refuse to finish a order that was already started is outrageous. The manager should really go through some more training or be in a different line of work as they don't seem to be a good fit here. read more

Wish I could give no stars, came again like always, I only go because it's the only Taco Bell for a longggg time and one of the only places to eat in this town, dive thru took forever, I think the person taking our order was having a stroke because she took so long to process every item we asked for, beef quesirito, .......umm......hang on...umm,.. okay you said beef what?... quesirito? Ohh ummm......okay next? Every single item was like that, didn't ask us if we wanted any sauce and gave us none, got mashed potatoes with gravy, spilled all over in the bag, with NO silverware so we had to turn around and come back for that. The quesirito a we got? We got two of them and the rice was basically just out of the great value bag at Walmart, dry and HARD. VERY HARD, not cooked at all. Make sure you taste everything and check everything before you even leave the drive thru line! Their icee machine is pretty much never working ever, they apparently have to put lettuce in everything they make whether you ask them to or not, and it takes them forever in both the drive thru and inside the restraunt. read more

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. I had the Mexican pizza and two tacos. The meat was soggy and the sauces used on the Mexican pizza tasted like the poured sugar in it. The staff was fighting in front of everyone and the whole place was filthy. Not one table was clean, the drink station had pop all over it and the floors, the floor through out had food and trash everywhere. The was one employee walking around scowling at everyone and for sure not cleaning. I was stupid enough to try breakfast took one bite on my breakfast burrito and spit it out an trashed the rest. buffet sucks big time most of the time the cole slaw is old and tastes nasty. taco bell side not to bad but do not eat the breakfast taco there any of them cause i got food poisoning from it at this taco bell and will never eat breakfast there again because of it. read more
