About 8:30 pm, as I drove out of the drive thru there were about 10 cars in line. 1 girl taking orders, the girl was talking and chitchatting with each car. Very nice just very slow. To make matters worse my chicken nuggets were cold and dry. read more

I think their chicken sandwiches are very good! I would go more often if they were open on Sundays, but that's their loss... Today, I placed my order via their app. & planned to pick it up in the drive-thru. When I got there, the line was circling around the building.  They have 2 drive-thru lanes, but one was closed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location was closed not too long ago for refurbishment that included the parking lot. Still no improvement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]  I requested mayonnaise on my sandwich.  They simply threw a packet in the bag. Not the best move for someone driving... the fries were fresh & delicious. I really love their food. What I don't like is the fact that there is no outside menu until you get up to the front where the young man or a woman is waiting to take your order. You can't see the menu before you order. I don't want them to tell me what they have, I want to look at the menu at my leisure and make my choice. If these menus were at the beginning of the drive-in line, I would have time to look at it and study it before I got to the front and had to order. This is probably the biggest reason why I don't go there often. read more

We ate inside the restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was freezing cold. The customers and even the counter workers were wearing coats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked an employee to please turn up the heat. She said I'll tell them but I don't think they will. I thought this was a Christian restaurant. Any decent restaurant listens to the needs of their customers. What's wrong with this chick-fil-a? We went through the Chik fil A drive through on 1/1/25 for 5 people in The Villages. After getting home with our order we discovered the spicy cx sandwich had everything on it but the chicken! How do you put together and wrap a sandwich and not see there's no chicken on it!!!!!! After trying to call the location three times within an hour of no answer and only vm, we finally got a real person to speak with. I explained the situation to this person and she said we could come back in 30 days to get a credit for another sandwich. I told her we were from out of town and she said then there's nothing i can do for you if you're not able to come back here. I asked how you not know you didn't put any chicken on a sandwich and she said they already know they made a mistake. I asked how they know if she hadn't even talked with anyone. She said she'd pass it on to the GM to discuss it with staff. I asked if there was a manager there I could speak with. She said she was the manager. (This was supposedly the manager, Anaiya I've been speaking with all along! Wow!). I asked why it's not her job to discuss with staff since she's the manger vs the GM and she said I will. I then asked how I'd even know how to ask for the credit of another sandwich if I'd come back. How is staff going to know I have a credit. At this time manager Anaiya hung up on me!!!! Wow that is really great customer service from a company manager and a company who speaks highly of their employees! Not to mention keeping customers. They've lost a customer here, along with friends and family I'll be sharing this with. I do not recommend visiting this location without inspecting your order or wanting good customer service. read more

Comment after dinner and they don't have any salad available of any kind. Seems hard to believe that you can't make a salad for somebody.

When I arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside to find a few dozen people waiting for their food.  I overheard them saying how long they had been waiting. One man came in from the drive thru saying he had been there for an hour. I ordered quickly but then had to wait a long time for my order.  Most of the tables were occupied a few others were dirty. I  found a spray bottle & cleaned a table myself.  There were employees seated at tables on their break, not very professional since customers were looking for an available table.  It's uncalled for to have people wait for a long time for their "fast food". Busy place! Two lane drive through. Inside, there was a queue line for indoor orders, too. Seems many indoor folks were getting carry out because of the lengthy drive thru lines wrapping around the building. Choose to dine in. Not much variety on the menu here; all about chicken. I ordered the grill chicken and a Dasani water. Didn't realize she charged me for a meal. She assumed that is what I wanted rather than asking. Fast, efficient order takers, but be sure to specify whether you want the sandwich or the meal version. The sandwich was most and tasty. Only topped with a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato. They included waffle fries that were rather soft. Interior was a bit messy, largely due to the volume of business. read more

This store in Lady Lake, 441/27, opened today, July 5 at 10:30 am after being closed for just over 3 months for complete remodel! Packed is all I can say! WOW! But they did an outstanding job! Very modern looking. New double drive thru! We ate inside and must have caught them at a slow few minutes. We were like 5th in line. Very efficient and meal arrived in about 10 minutes. Hot and tasty as usual. Drive thru was insane! When we left, the line inside was 15-20 people deep! We were there at 1:30. Brian, the manager, and the team did OUTSTANDING!!! This is the only store within 30 miles! We need more! read more

Used to eat here a couple times a week but it's become so slow that I usually only drive thru once a month now. But went inside today because I had plenty of time and maybe figured out the problem... they had ten people working in the front end but one person running the cash register so the line was ten deep. The orders outside are also being taken by two people. I guess you're so busy you can afford for your employees to move in slow motion pretending to work. read more

This has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-through in their entire chain. It just seems to keep getting worse and worse and worse. I finally got out of line. I went inside the restaurant to order at the counter only to find that to get my breakfast sandwich took me about 15 or so minutes. Then they forgot to put the fork in the bag. I can't tell if they're understaffed or just don't know what they're doing. But they're not very fast or efficient or seem to care. read more

This is the worst chick fila I have ever been to. I have been on several occasions in the past few months. Each time I get the same result. Cold food, rude service, and long long wait times. I have been to chick fila's all over and by far this one is the worse one. Managers are rude, employees are rude, and the cleanliness gets an F. Sofa on the floor, employees bumping into you. I was in this part of Florida for both personal and business use and elected to use the new Chick-fil-A Mobile ordering system. Included in this app is a link which includes directions to the nearest Chick-fil-A which came in quite handy since this once it's off the main road a little ways and there's a number of other businesses in the area plus trees plants and shrubs which kind of hide the location. Using the mobile app I ordered two burritos along with two orange juice and elected to walk into the restaurant to pick it up. In doing so I found the lobby area to be relatively clean and it appears like there are several groups of individuals and use the place as a meeting location to discuss the world's issues politics and the weather in general. I was greeted by a representative of the restaurant and inform them of my order and they proceeded to track it down and my food was almost ready and I was informed of that. The unfortunate issue is that the location has run out of orange juice and I was offered several soft drink options and I really don't like drinking soft drinks. The individual didn't for me that the truck was in the back of the store and they were unloading it as we spoke and went to retrieve the orange juice. Food temperatures War cooler than normal or what I've experienced at other restaurants in this may be due to the items being placed on the counter Walmart orange juice was retrieved from the delivery truck. My orange juice at best was lukewarm not really the way I like to drink my orange juice but by the time I started consuming the food I was about a mile or so down the way and I already wasted enough time at this establishment and decided just keep on going. I would think a first class restaurant chain like Chick Fil A would care more about the health and well being of their employees and customers. I wish this location cared more. It seems like it's ran by a bunch of teenagers who would rather hang out with their friends than actually serve you. If only the owner would put more thought in the training process or maybe in how his employees served their customers, this location might actually be top notch. I frequent this location and can't remember the last time the said my pleasure. Other than Sharon Bales, the staff is not as friendly as other CFA staffing. The food is decent (when it's fresh) but forget condiments or anything else you would need to add to your order, if you don't ask for it.. you won't get it. Chick-FIL-a should be held to a higher standard in the fast food industry since it is the Lords chicken and this location makes the Lord shake his head on shame. We frequent this chickfila quite often. Friendly staff and our order is usually right. Unfortunately their drive thru line has a huge flaw. The line backs up past the Outback steak house parking lot where you are supposed to leave a gap in the drive thru line so that people can exit. This is the second time someone has used that gap to skip ahead of us and multiple cars behind us. I went inside to let managment know the issue and they very politely told me there was absolutely nothing they could do. I then contacted the general manager who (also very politely) told me it is what it is. All I wanted was for a manager to send the vehicle that skipped to the back of the line. It's just rude. They cant police their line so I highly suggest not leaving the gap for people to exit the outback parking lot so you dont get taken advantage of. read more

The WORST experience of my life in any restaurant (eat in or drive-thru or fast food) I just celebrated my 80th birthday and was having a party at one of the recreation centers in The Villages. As part of the food I pre-ordered a medium tray of chicken nuggets on Monday to pick up at the Chick-fil A located on HWY 441 in the Villages (FYI Store # 01642). I paid for them $53.50 with my debit card was told they would be ready for me on Saturday August 4th at 4 PM. With things being hectic, I went to pick them up at 4:45, gave the clerk my name address and phone # He took the tray of nuggets from the kitchen and put it in a bag, Then told me I owed $53.50 I stated that I had paid for them but in my hurry I didn't have my receipt. He said that he didn't have a record and I should go home and get the receipt or I couldn't have the order. Then said he would go in the back and check the tape and if he found that amount on the tape I could have them I could have them. He came back 25 minutes later said they had no record and I couldn't have them with out paying again or that they would need my checking account printout t see the amount was taken out of it. Then said (I'll para-phase the quote) " We don't give food to just anyone like you who comes in and asks" Yes then I became rude and upset and nasty and walked out So I will not be going to any Chick-fi -A anywhere ever and will make sure everyone that I deal with will hear about my experience. Frankly their customer service has gone downhill over time but never to this level. I am sorry my experience turned me off. I know this will never get on your website, but Social media will print it for me. BTW I spoke to the manager at the store #01642 and he confirmed that they had indeed taken my money, but due to a glitch if some type, it didn't register. read more
