I ordered the rice bowl topped with tempura shrimp. Very disappointing. Where's the shrimp? Nothing but batter that I peeled away to get to the shrimp. Also, too much mayonnaise, very little slaw, and flavorless yellow rice. Sorry for the downer review especially when a woman (the chef) is doing business. I am a big supporter of women in business. One of the best food trucks I've visit in a while! The tempura tacos are on point! The sauces you can get pair perfectly with any of the tacos! The tempura is light and crispy. It also didn't have an oily texture or taste! The truck workers were fun to talk with. They made jokes and recommendations, and were awesome to talk to! I will be back!

I went with the traditional Connecticut style roll served warm with melted butter. It was so delicious! It also had the right amount of lemon sprinkled on top. There were other menu items as well. I didn't get to try them. The pricing is high, but that's not unusual given the market price of Maine lobster. It was a good portion. There was an overflow of lobster from the split bun. I was very happy with my lobster roll. The service was pretty quick considering there is only one guy taking the orders and making the rolls. I didn't expect the roll to be packaged so neatly. They have their own branded lobster roll take away containers. Kerby's Nursery had tables and chairs set up in their garden. The ambiance was great! I just wish that there was another person taking orders. I did wait quite awhile for someone to greet me. Then again, the windows on the truck are either too high or I'm just too short. :-) I hope they will return to this location. There are so many menu items that I want to try. I saw someone walking around with the Chicken quesadilla with bistro fries and that caught my eye so even with so many good items listen, I went with the quesadilla. It was shredded chicken which was great. The cheese was pretty good but I do wish it came with a side of salsa or instead of the chipotle sauce, maybe some guac but I know that is all personal preference. I did request no drizzle but they were busy and overlooked me request, they did notice it as I approached and said they would have another one up in a minute but I just went with it. It did give it some additional flavor so that was good. The fries are a different type, they have that crispy, spiced top layer which have great flavor. Overall an A-OK lunch for a great price but I do want to try their other items to get a full range of their offerings!

This mobile coffee café is just getting started but they are definitely making an impact in this community already. After a moment or two of discussing my options with the extremely friendly and professional owner I decided on the cold brew no surprise to me, but of course I had to kinda customize it a little which I do with most anything I consume and it wasn't a problem - I chose a cold brew, light and sweet with a little foam and a drizzle of caramel over ice. This was an incredible choice if I must say so myself and it definitely packed quite a punch or a better description may be it was awakening. By design this coffee is bold as it should be, this is the fuel that drives me, it was absolutely delicious I should have gotten two. Fortunately for me I frequent this area, so you'll probably find me here whenever I'm anywhere close to this little gem. The history of this place started up state and brought down here to Florida to continue the legacy of real coffee. Lots of options on the menu to try and I will be back to try them!
