I hadn't eaten at a Taco Bell in some time and only dropped by because Taco Bell was having a free big boxed meal deal w/a drink if you tried out their app on this particular day only. When I arrived the app wouldn't work (the promotion had flooded them & system was down) Jessica, the manager, not only honored the deal, but she was friendly and polite, as were the other two employees that I spoke with. The food was actually very good and prepared with generous amounts of fresh ingredients. It was a very pleasant surprise and actually changed my opinion of Taco Bell. read more

They need someone to come in and train the employees here. I literally just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a burrito and crunch wrap. No customer service skills at all. If they weren't right off the highway they would go out of business. Steer clear!! read more

We sat in the drive through for a long time with no one answering so we called them on the phone and they were very nice and apologetic about it. Then when we pulled up they comped our meal! Very nice customer service. read more

My family and I are frequent taco bell diners and we were appalled at the terrible, unsanitary condition. The ceiling was dripping in several areas and the ceiling was saturated and collapsed in some locations. We were surprised that the location was open, and serving food in these horrendous conditions. District Manager Mandel has this staff under the belief that a phone call from him supersedes customer service. I entered and waited and waited while the apparent manager was on what sounded like a personal call. I stood at the counter and waited while she walked past me without making eye contact and entered a side office to continue her call. Not long afterwards a clerk gave the trio of customers their order, informed me someone would be with me in a moment, and departed for the back of the restaurant. I told her it would be nice to receive service since the only other personnel had ignored me to continue a personal call. I waited and waited. A man came from the back with a box, put it down, and asked me if anyone had helped me. I told him they had not and that it seemed a cell call was more important than a customer. I was the only customer in the restaurant and there was no vehicle in the drive through. The second clerk returned from the back and asked to take my order. She was pleasant. Then the person on the cell phone ended her call as she walked up to the counter. "I'm sorry, that was my district manager. He doesn't like to be put on hold." I asked if her district manager thought his calls were more important than customers. Apparently Mandel, the district manager, believes his directives are more crucial than waiting on customers. Shame on you, Mandel. With many apologies the cell phone user offered me a free coffee for the inconvenience of waiting. Nice touch. Thanks to the kindness of the staff for recognizing and attempting to ameliorate poor service. Mandel, I hope you get this message. I put myself through college in retail. Like the restaurant industry, CUSTOMER SERVICE is what drives sells, repeat business, and legacy patronage. Mandel, you messed up big time on this one. read more

Absolutely worst tasting chicken chalupas I have ever had...and the taco I had ....the meat tasted very funny to me....felt sick to my stomach during the drive back to Phoenix. Would have been better off staying hungry and waiting to get back to Phoenix to eat....just nasty! read more

for many years I did like to go at taco bell. but my last time of going at taco bell, I had observe that the guy worker was felty. he was wearing his loves, when he was out of stock of tomatoes, cheeses onions and more, he went to the other room to grab boxes of choped tomatoes , cheeses, onions and more. wearing the same gloves, he opened the boxes, then he used his hands scoping the cheeses, tomatoes etc, into the spot where they belong . wearring the same gloves, then he started to make the orders for customers, that include myself, wearring the same gloves. I took my orders , went out I did not eat my order, I trash my taco. I am looking forward for the managers to observe their employees how often they supposed to change their gloves? when handling food. employees like that will ruin your business and they need more training! read more

Keeping in mind that we're rating fast food, I'd give them 4-stars. The food was some of the better Taco Bell that I've had (yes, I've had my fair share), and I was SUPER impressed with how FAST they served it. If you're in need for a quick meal in Camp Verde, give them a shout. read more

Stay away from here! Just got sick only hours after eating there and called to tell them and was rudely educated on how long food poisoning takes to show signs. I own a restaurant and know all of the facts about food poisoning and what you do if someone calls to say they got sick from the food they ate and it's not be argumentative with someone who is just trying to make sure they don't make anyone else sick! WOW! The WORST customer service EVER!! I called to let them know that the food that they were serving made everyone in our group sick. Was treated like crap by both an employee and the MANAGER! Good food, not to busy, fast service but place seems outdated and not as clean as it could be.

Yeah -- go about 100 yards to the west (away from I-17) and go to Gabriella's Taco place -- the real thing at Taco Bell prices. On weekends you can even get Tongue Tacos and there are specials every day. Everything is home made from salsa to the meats that are used -- often cooked for days. read more

Not good, I should have taken the spoiled food to a lab! I should have gone with that moldy food to the Emergency ROOM and got immediate treatment! I should have taken pictures... BUT I WAS IN SHOCK what had just happened..the bite of waffle taco was full of BLACK disgusting MOLD you have NO idea how sick I became! The employee refused to give the food back after I brought it to the counter! I could NOT get a manager, I called the Corporate office and was offered a $10 gift card and FREE Taco Bell FOOD! Now they are saying something has happened to the VIDEO that has ALL the PROOF. I did however have the sense to get the names of several witnesses. I don't for the life of me understand how the employee preparing that food didn't SEE THE MOLD. What the hell is wrong with you people? My daughter sitting across from me SMELLED the mold when I spit it out @ the table ! That's how STRONG the odor of mold was!! I am STILL sick to my stomach. Just left this Taco Bell. Filthy. Tables dirty. Floor dirty. Bathroom the worst ever. Big sign telling employees to wash hands but no soap to be found anywhere. Trash overflowing and paper towels all over the floor. Sinks dirty. Door equally dirty. I would have left but food was already ordered. Reported to one of the workers that bathroom needed attention badly. He sent someone in to take care of it. I went back after eating to wash my hands. Still no soap. Only change was a few of the towels taken off the top of the trash can to allow more room. None picked up off the floor. Obviously a major lack of training. Won't be going back to this store. which is sad because I like Taco Bell. read more
