So after many months of refusing to eat at This Taco Bell I thought give them another chance. Bad Idea. Self serve Pop machine was out of Ice, I told them, nothing was done. Mountain Dew was without syrup, tasted like crap. The 3 tacos were terrible. One of the Cantina chicken tacos was burnt. Both of them we got had hardly NOTHING in them. Was a insult indeed! I ordered a steak whatever specialty taco box they have right now came out to 11.87 (got a large Baja blast no ice ). Got home after dropping my car off at the shop, open my bag finally got a chance eat. So I start eat my first thing it's a bean burrito. Open up my second one it's another burrito so I take my first bite guess what it is? A bean burrito. A start to worry I quickly grab the last item another burrito my heart drops knowing my fate has been sealed only thing I can do I confirm it I take a bite of it. Yes, I'm reviewing a Taco Bell. I've not forgotten it's fast food. But there's something to be said when the food is undeniably stale every single time and they can't seem to get orders right to save their life. I once stopped inside since the drive thru was packed. No less than 5 people came in behind me to say they had received incorrect food moments before in the drive thru AND people who were dining in came back to say their food was missing key ingredients or simply too foul to eat. To top it off, the staff are straight up rude. I don't even bother to chance it anymore, I'd rather drive the extra few minutes to the Twixt Town location. This is stike three and the worst of our experiences at this location. Pulled into drive through at 6:30 and waited...no activity after several minutes(not the first time this has happenned). Pulled around and went inside. Maybe three people in the place eating and two in line, one taking forever to order. I order at kiosk and wait. Ten plus minutes later, I get the order, but no drink. Get the cup, go to fill it up...mix comes out light brown and is awful. The food is clearly old and cold when we get it...tortilla burrito is so old it is stiff and crumbling apart. Quesadilla is burnt on one side, half the cheese is out of the other and, again, cold. Total order is three meat only tacos, 1 regular taco, one burrito, two soft chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla. It is a typical order for us and should only take a few minutes. There were no less than five employees behind the counter and maybe 6 customers helped throughout this nearly 20 minute experience. The woman in charge may be trying hard to get this place to perform, but she is failing miserably and needs support from the franchise owner. Her staff are clueless and rude, with no concept of proper customer service. They have one, very simple, job to do...and they suck at it. The only reason I gave one star verses no stars is that the order was correct, which it should be since I entered it. For context, i worked in fast food and in restaurants all through high school and college. I have high expectations but also a lot of tolerance for situations out of the control of front line staff and I let a lot of stuff slide given that experience. I'll never learn. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. Every couple of years I forget how terrible this location is and place an order. I placed an online order tonight and went to pick it up. They left me sitting at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes. They finally said "go ahead", so I gave the name for the order and pulled around. They handed me my drink and then a scrunched bag of food. I asked the guy at the window if there was a straw in the bag to which he answered "yeah" and walked away. I checked the bag before pulling away and huge surprise, no straw. I honked, knocked on the window, and waved at employees as they walked by the window and ignored me. Finally the guy came back to the window and gave me a straw when I asked. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell.. went through the drive through at 9:30pm when they close at 10pm.. nobody would take our order so I called and asked why they weren't taking the order, the lady said we are closed. Then all of the workers came over to pet it and hold it not to mention the people waiting in the drive thru line. After reading the news, the guy that worked at the drive-through window also the guy that messed up my order every time. I'm habitual will Taco Bell somehow I'm not overweight I don't know why. They started losing my business when they hired that employee I noticed a sharp turn around right and I really don't feel comfortable about management that would let something like this happen in a restaurant completely unacceptable amazing it was a notice much sooner and at work everyone spoke about that drive-through person went down and how he seemed like he was not right. The newspaper says they're going to reopen after cleaning I for one don't want to eat somewhere where lithium battery acid was used your food products and that such a lapse in management allow this behavior to begin at the very start. I do not know why I keep giving this Taco Bell Location a chance... maybe because I like the food, but that would be about all. For starters, there is garbage blowing around the parking lot, you have to wait for counter help and then when they show up they are not helpful at all, not to the point of being rude, but they certainly do not make you feel welcome. From there you look to the kitchen and see two guys leaning against the counter texting when clearly there is plenty to do as the floors in the kitchen look as though they haven't been swept in days! Once my order is received, it looks like the items were thrown on the tray from feet away... and once unwrapped - the actual food looks the same! Absolutely not one care given when prepping the food. I asked for No Lettuce on the Burrito, but that was overlooked too, I am not quite sure why as they were not busy... Myself and two other people were the only ones in the palace. The last couple of times they've been extremely rude when they have forgotten multiple things that I've ordered. Tonight, there was a long line and they forgot something again. About a year ago they were closed down for having the remnants of a meth lab in their basement. You can verify this on Google. I was hoping after that there would be some changes for the better. Unfortunately their service has continued to be terrible. I've had multiple orders messed up. I've waited for 30 minutes to be helped and finally left frustrated with no food.
