Taco Bell is supposed to be the go to place for late night take out,.can someone please explain to me why the last 2 Saturday nights(a month apart), I have gone there before 11 and the drive thru person tells me they aren't taking orders??!,.I explained that their website says 2 am and the person totally ignores me!,.is there any manager at all looking over this location?! Why are they closing 3 hours prior to their listing? If I could give negative stars, I would!!! I will say the people working there seemed super nice during my experience but that's about the only positive thing. The food was by far the lowest quality of any Taco Bell I've ever visited. Please take in consideration that I went there for my cheat meal (count macros so I get one meal a week to indulge) and have been looking forward to this meal ALL WEEK so take my anger with a grain of salt. I repeated my order literally three to four times to ensure it reflected the correct thing and ensured I was clear on my order. The screen reflected what I ordered.... I get all the way home to have EXTRA sour cream in both items I asked for NO sour cream. All my food was falling apart and leaking out meat or excessive beans, burritos falling apart, not rolled or tucked in any fashion ... barely had nacho cheese in items I asked for extra.... Barely any meat in my taco ..... no sauce in my cheesy Gordita crunch .... Which if you know, that's literally what makes the cheesy Gordita crunch delicious .... The damn white sauce IYKYK. Crunch wrap supreme was 80% lettuce and tomatoes and 10% meat and 10% soggy taco shell. I'm just so mad .... Great people in there ..... garbage food fixin skills..... I'll never go back. I like Taco Bell. I love Mexican food and even though it's not authentic, I do enjoy how cheap it can be for the wallet. However, this particular location really knows how to irritate me. Every time I come into this Taco Bell, they manage to mess up my order in the most absurd way. * One time I came in ordered a Quesorito but made it meatless and wanted potatoes instead. They ended up giving me a soft potato taco (wtf?) ok in their defense they did correct my order. * I ordered three tacos through the drive-through. Instead, I received five cheese quesadillas (why?) I know I probably should've checked the bad. But I didn't realize ordering 3 tacos was so complexed. * I go in around 1ish? I ordered a double chalupa box and had to wait almost an hour for my double chalupa. The manager was kind enough to give me an additional one free of charge but why did the employees not think to turn on the fryer on until 2pm? * I ordered a beefy five-layer burrito, I ended up getting a shredded chicken burrito * I ordered a beef quesorito and was given a steak burrito instead. * I ordered a beef quesorito with no sour cream or chipotle sauce and instead I got a meatless quesorito with a shit ton of lettuce. Full disclosure these experiences we're a mixture of me ordering at a cash register, drive through or a kiosk. Regardless of how you order, they manage to royally mess up my order despite how straightforward and specific I am. Thankfully I have no allergies I mean I am allergic to avocados but I have generally decided not to risk ordering anything that has guacamole as a default ingredient out of fear they will put it on there anyway. And I shouldn't have to. This Taco Bell constantly disappointments me and if it wasn't for my love for Taco Bell I wouldn't even be patronizing here. But I live on Kent Island and their food options are extremely limited in diversity so I digress. read more

This is no longer fast! To avoid drive in, I stood at the counter. Simply trying to order for over 10 minutes and they basically were too busy making food. I'd like to emphasize that they were busy making food not slacking off. But nobody staffs the order registers anymore now that they have two machines that allow you to order on computer and use only a credit card. So be fore warned; after putting in my order I have still been waiting for 10 minutes inside as car after car went by the drive-through. Again these three people arent lollygagging but they sure arent paying attention to customers inside. time of day 1:35 pm. After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes, this is what my food is served as. It tasted like bleach when I tried to eat the part that wasn't covered in paper from scraping off the top. Always takes a minimum of 15 minutes to go through drive through. Last time I ordered and asked for a simple change, they got it wrong, so I asked them to confirm they understood what I wanted, got ignored and served whatever they thought was best apparently. This Taco Bell is right off Route 50 East, only a few miles from the Bay Bridge, so it's a regular stop for me when I'm driving to the beach, which is often. They've installed self ordering kiosks in front, making ordering a breeze. The food always comes out quick and is usually on point; this location is pretty consistent. My go to order is the 3 Fiery Doritos Locos Taco Supteme meal, and it always comes out tasty. The dining room is well stocked and clean. One time when I was here, my work iPhone X fell out of my pocket, and I didn't realize it until I was 20 minutes down the road. I called the restaurant freaking out, and was beyond relieved that an employee had turned it in! I gave $20 to the employee who turned it in; work would have killed me if I lost that phone. Every single visit (all 4 of them over the past 4-5 years) has been absolutely AWFUL. I have no idea how this place is still in business. It is truly a shame that the lone Taco Bell that is within 20 miles of me can't be run properly. I have had enough bad experiences at this location that I will never go back unless/until they change management. My worst experience entailed visiting the site with my son. Both of us were overtired and over hungry at about 9 pm one night. As we watched people come in and get their food we waited too long for our food. After saying something to someone at the counter, we waited more. 10 minutes later our food came out. It was the wrong order. We weren't the only ones. Two other families waited and we talked to me another about how ridiculous this was. Upon telling them it was wrong they apologized and said it would be right up. Within 5 minutes we got our food...at 9:45 pm. 6 months later after I got over that anger, I went back with my son and daughter. Walking past the tables, every one of them was dirty and there were only 2 other families in the restaurant. They weren't short staffed, they were only standing around chatting. We walked out and vowed not to come back. I would say "You just can't get good help these days" but it is funny that the Chick-Fil-A down the block doesn't have a problem. I placed an order at the kiosk thaT they make you use and then I waited for 48 minutes. As I watched the last guy get his food that he waited 15 minutes for, i figured it was time for me to inquire about my order.. well, needless to say they knew nothing about my order. I showed thEm the phone and receipt where I made my payment. ThEy first thought I did not pay. After ten more minutes of them looking at my phone and consulting other crew members, I saw a crew member a begin to prepare my food and then handing back my phone to the other associate who then returned my phone to me. Stopped by this taco bell tonight on my way to Ocean City, MD. When i got there, multiple cars were in the drivethru so i decided to go inside. There were signs on both doors that stated that the lobby was closed for "maintenance" yet there were two people sitting at tables eating food. So i walk to the other door and finally get in the place. No signs of "maintenance" being done in the place. I was then approached by an employee and she told me that if i wanted any food it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Who would wait 30-45 minutes for taco bell? Definitely not me. Literally terrible service. The first time I ordered off the vegetarian menu about a month ago was through door dash, and it wasn't until about half way through the crunch wrap that I realized it did in fact have meat in it. After a couple surgeries I can no longer digest meat, and went through terrible stomach pains for two days after that incident. Today, I thought maybe it was just a fluke, and ordered the vegetarian 7-layer burrito, again through door dash. This time I specially asked my dasher to make make sure the burrito was vegetarian, and he said when he asked the person working the drive through, they said they were sure it was vegetarian.
