Employee was severely hateful to me as I was ordering from here. Called me several names and refused to give me my food.

My daughter and I were at this Taco Bell today, and I pulled to the drive thru and place my order and I ask the girl to " hold on a minute SHUG. And she said "ok SHUG, in a very very rude way, then wouldn't give me what I paid for, I called a police officer and he told me I wasn't the only person to have complained about this particular TACO BELL! And the officer got my money back but I'm now banned from there, but that's ok, I know of plenty of Taco Bell's to go to! I wouldn't go back there if it was the only one within 100 miles from here! They are never open when they are supposed to be ever. It's really a hit or miss as to whether you're going to be able to order or not.

Ok This is what happened at Taco Bell in Clinton N.C. yesterday. I have been on several occasions and I don't use the kiosk to order. I probably could but there are several people who cannot. They refuse to take your order yet they are leaning on walls and counters and several employees are always sitting at the tables against the far wall. Yesterday was my 2nd visit this week, when they wouldn't take my order the first time, I just went home, but yesterday I drove through the drive thru, then went inside to eat,because let's be honest who really wants to eat crunchy tacos in their car ? Well of course there were lots of employees sitting around at the tables talking. The floors and tables were dirty. I wiped one down. As I was eating I got a phone call. I had alot going on personally and was a little distracted. I couldn't hear,I usually put people on speaker so I got up and walked out. With my phone, drink and keys.I had picked up my trash and put it in my bag. Good grief 2 taco wrappers. I forgot my bag. A employee came running out after me, he said are you just going to leave your trash on the table ? I looked at him, the person who couldn't be bothered to get up from sitting around talking to take a order or clean up and said well yes, as a matter of fact I am. And then he got mouthy with me. I asked for a manager, he was the manager. So I told him how bad things were. He said he didn't care. By this time 2 other male employees were outside. He demanded that I was going back inside to throw away that little bag with 2 taco wrappers. He said you will go back and throw it away, I am not a person that you can threaten into doing anything. I walked away and got in my car. When you leave you have to turn to the right in front of the restaurant, another male employee walked out and gave me the finger. Was I wrong to leave my bag on the table, yes I was. It honestly was not intentional, but if they put as much energy into customer service as chasing older people into the parking lot fussing they might be in business a few more years read more

This spot is never open until the time it's suppose to close. I didn't ever get to actually sample the food because they were closed.

They hardly answer the intercom so prepare yourself to be waiting about 20-30 minutes before ordering. They don't tell you when you go Inside you have to order at the kiosk. So you'll stand there clueless for about 15-20 minutes. Constumer service is just terrible read more

If I could give this ZERO stars, i would! They gave us tiny portions, refused to fix, or refund, it when my daughter went in.i went in and asked the managers name. It was zila something. On 10.26.2020, around 2pm. They were hateful and catty and went I went to leave, they were whooping and hollering sarcastically towards me. I will never spend my money there again. The area manager needs to look into this, as the manager was just as bad, and leading the staff, to be rude and hateful. This establishment had improved in its service and the quality of food with the hiring of several individuals. I began going there more often and the night shift employees recognized me and knew what I usually wanted. I enjoyed the service. Today I ran into one of my favorite employees and as we talked, she informed me she had been let go, without a reason. A new company had recently bought this Taco Bell and a few others in the area. I asked the young lady if she had any idea why they may have let her go, she told me her thoughts on why they let her go. I wish I could say I was surprised, but I'm not. I will NEVER eat there again, not because of bad service or the quality of its food, but because of the way the new company treats it's employees. I'd heard other negative things about this company and this was the point of no return for me and my family. read more

This place definitely needs new management, a few weeks ago we decided to have lunch there because of some new tacos they advertised on tv but they informed us that they were out of them and had no idea when or if they'll get any, then this morning we decided to give them another chance so we stopped to get breakfast and now they said they had no eggs, no eggs???? I have eaten in this taco bell for many years and i must say I have seen great improvements. The food is good compare to past years and they are now providing excellent service. I love Taco Bell. read more
