I had a disappointing experience at this location today. My order total was supposed to be $11.60, but I was charged $76.70 instead. When I brought the issue to their attention, I expected a friendly apology and assistance in resolving the mistake. Instead, the store manager was rude and seemed upset, even though the error was clearly on the store's side. Customer service should be professional and respectful, especially when addressing a billing issue. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. My advice to other customers is to always double-check how you're being charged and review your receipt and bank transaction afterward to make sure the correct amount was processed. I ordered the Discovery Luxe box online which comes with a steam grilled cheese burrito, soft taco, Dorito locos taco, and chips and cheese. Upon getting to the drive through noticed the staff was not very attentive, they were very distracted with each other. Got my food, went home and realized they forgot the doritos locos taco. Drove all the way back and explained to the drive through worker that it was missing and I had to drive back. She didn't apologize or anything and the staff was still distracted. When she gave me my taco she didn't say anything. Got home and my steak burrito was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Taco Bell Cantinas are supposed to be a cut above the rest. Not this one. I'm sorry, but you NEED drive-thru attendants who speak clearly. My husband has to use a hearing aid, so that's bad enough, but even I couldn't understand her half the time. She spoke fast with her thick accent and wasn't annunciating well, and then to top it off, her mic is picking up all this background noise, including her whispering manager. He was either training or assisting her and trying in a low voice, but the mic is so sensitive that you just hear two voices layered over each other. It took us an absurdly long time to order as a result. First, she repeatedly refused our request to add sour cream on top of a Mexican pizza. She kept saying it didn't come with sour cream. No crap lady, why do you think we're asking for you to add it? It took us 3-4 times to explain its something they charge extra for, like good lord woman, were you born yesterday? ‍ Then the double-decker taco...wow. I thought they brought it back for good, but later learned it was a limited time FOMO grab during the holiday season. Still, when I asked for it, she said "what's a double decker?" LOL. The manager finally came on and said, "You mean the double stack?," to which I asked, "Is that what you call it now?" The manager hesitated for a second before answering yes. This was my first time eating Taco Bell since the double decker returned for the holidays, and only my second time since they brought the Mexican Pizza back a couple years ago, so how the hell should I know what he's talking about? My guy, you can admit if you don't have something, don't sell me crap I don't want. Nacho cheese between the shells?! Barf. I also ordered Nacho Fries. We went here at 10 am. This location is terrible. They consistently will not give you your entire order. Don't even bother pulling away from the drive thru unless you pull everything out and check. I'll even tell the guy to wait while I check because they are so bad about giving you the food you paid for. Please hire better help. The food quality isn't anything spectacular either. I don't usually write reviews, but boy oh boy does this one deserve one. and not a good one. I waited 40 minutes in the drive-through. FOURTY MINUTES! and all I got were some lousy fries... my brother went in halfway through the wait to see if it might be faster, but he got told that the drive-through orders take priority, and there was barely anyone inside too. he ended up waiting 30 minutes after being told that until he got his order. pretty pathetic for such a big company, and we also got told a different time to order less than five items, so I don't know what's going on but it is so unprofessional. managers deserve to be fired if there even are any there. also seems like there's no employees, so maybe they should actually hire people instead of letting the store run on one employee. excruciatingly bad service. never go here just take the longer drive and go to any other store. read more

Wow. So as I was on the phone w/ my diabetic mother who was having a sugar attack & needed food ASAP, she immediately pulled over to this TB. Upon driving up & the cashier asking for her order, she asks the guy if he could pls turn the lights on bc she cannot see the menu. He replies, "The lights are broken & won't be fixed until NEXT YEAR." She responds, "Well, I'm sorry but I cannot read the menu." He replies, "THEM YOU NEED GLASSES." My poor mother was appalled & drove to the menu to ask for the Mgr. Upon politely complaining & asking their names, the Mgr refuses to provide hers, only giving her initials M.G. & the employee Jesus. She then drives over to Subway, where a cop pulls her over to tell her TB said she is not allowed there ever again. The lights were still on and we sat in the driveway drove past the window and as soon as we pulled to the front they turned the lights off and went outside and got in their cars. Watched multiple people pull and then we all left and went to McDonald's next door. After receiving an email from the manager at this store saying he was going to address the issues I submitted, we thought we'd try ordering again. This time they lost our prepaid order!! After not being able to locate our order, they said we must have ordered from a different location. We then had to prove we did not by showing them the receipt sent to our phone. Again they couldn't find it. They finally found it after going through the pile of online orders still behind the counter. And even though the place was packed, only a few of the employees were working while the others stood and chatted. You can tell there is no process being taught or followed, which really makes a mess, which is the perfect description of this Taco Bell. - I would not recommend this Taco Bell. read more

Tonight the person or persons were in there but were hiding and refused to answer the drive thru to take an order. How can they keep a business open by refusing service? I only rated this one star because this is the fourth time now this Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong. I still have not been able to get a hold of the manager. So manager, if you would like to leave me a way to get a refund, or to get a hold of you, besides corporate headquarters, that would be great! I have all my receipts, time and date stamps photos, and call logs waiting for you! This one doesn't take the cake per say, this one just finished it for me. As you can see, I ordered a crunch wrap meal, and a cheesy gordita crunch meal. I asked for the taco on the crunch wrap be made supreme, and the tacos on the gordita meal to have sour cream. I also asked for three sides of pico. They rang up two supreme taco up charges, which would have been wrong, because it still would have left a plain taco in the end. As well, there was no pico. I saw someone put the sides of pico in a bag, but it was not my bag. When I got to the window, the person didn't even greet me. My card was snatched, my drinks and food were handed to me one after another asking if I needed sauce. Drink, drink/straws, bag, bag, receipt, card, drive window closed. Bam. Done. When I was nearly home and caught a longer light I saw the receipt and knew, "lord this is going to be wrong". (They were not ringing it up as I was ordering it so I didn't see it on the screen). I took out my phone and tried to called their store. Six times. Each time it would ring. Someone would pick it up, and then hang up on me. Long story short, this is a horribly run establishment. The SM and GM should be ashamed to be running a store employed with people who lack ZERO integrity, honesty... whatever.... it's Taco Bell.... but after four visits, $90 dollars, this is a horrible horrible horrible place, and I will go out of my way to eat somewhere else. read more

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell ever! I have gone there several times and ordered the party pack of tacos, on the drive thru menu it's says it's $16.99 but it always rings up as $17.99. When I ask them about it they tell me the menu is wrong and it's $17.99, I told them they should honer the price they have listed on the menu and they tell me they don't have to!! Last week I picked up lunch for my sister, my 2 year old grandson and myself. I got a quesadilla for my grandson and when we got home it was all dried up and so disgusting he couldn't even eat it!
