Quick review. Danico Brewing was across the street from where I was staying in Denver last month. I decided to meander over after a long day. It's definitely a nice spot and frequented by locals and visitors. The area is largely commercial and there are a number of hotels. They have a rotating lineup of food trucks which is posted on their website under events. I went with their Mexican Lager Day Game (#1) and their Og (#2) Saison. Both delicious, crisp and refreshing. The interior is bright and nicely painted. The server was polite and attentive. I will definitely stop back if I happen to be staying nearby in the future. read more

Danico is a solid bet. It's convenient for those traveling to and from DEN, and those of us who live in the northern metro. They usually have a rotating food truck, event nights, and a great beer selection. The interior has a big long bar, couches, and games. And outside is a lovely patio with a pergola. The atmosphere was great, the service/people here were amazing and the Lost Hills Cream Ale was so good it has me wanting to fly back to Denver just for a pint. One exit before the airport and this is the best brewery in town - it's actually I think the only one. The beer themselves are pretty good. Their IPAs are our go to. The views aren't too bad either. For being way out in Kansas, you still get a good view of the mountain and a little bit of the Denver skyline. They do have a variety of food truck options that stop by on a daily basis. however, the day that we stopped by, it was a sushi place, and it wasn't quite what we were looking for. read more

Ambiance is 10/10! Interesting beers on tap that taste exactly as described. Really enjoyed the Midnight Garnet porter. Their flights are fairly priced and offer 5 5oz beers to choose from the menu. We stayed at two hotels near Danico on our recent trip to Denver, at the beginning and end of our trip, so on our last night we were able to check out the brewery which was literally 100 yards away... it made for a great last night. Safe to say I think they entered my top 5 Denver metro breweries. I've been around taprooms/breweries/craft beer for the better part of 20 years and this place has a great vibe and they're putting in work with the beers. The sunset is unmatched and the beers are solid quality all around. A little bit for everyone. No food on the night we came but that's because their food truck no showed but seems like every other night they have a truck. Very friendly beertenders, too. Bodhi is a delicious high quality IPA. I'm writing to share feedback about an experience my family and I had at your brewery on Super Bowl Sunday. We are locals and have been regular customers since you opened, visiting at least once a month. We've brought friends, neighbors, and family, and have even hosted two of our children's birthday parties at your brewery specifically because of the emphasis you place on being family-friendly and the presence of a designated kids' corner. On Super Bowl Sunday, my neighbors and I were seated in the couch area farthest from the kids' corner. Our children (both three years old) ran to the kids' area a few times over the course of roughly two hours. They were excited and vocal -- as children tend to be when running toward a play space -- but this occurred no more than three times total. I want to be very clear: I am fully willing to step in and correct my child's behavior when it's disruptive or inappropriate. This situation did not rise to that level. There was no sustained disruption, unsafe behavior, or disregard for others. You approached our table and asked that the kids stop running and yelling due to "multiple customer complaints." From our perspective, it appeared that the concern was coming directly from ownership rather than surrounding patrons. This interaction was surprising and disappointing, especially given the brewery's branding as family-friendly. If a business offers a kids' corner and actively markets itself as welcoming to families, occasional excitement and noise from children should be expected -- particularly during a major event like the Super Bowl. If that is not the environment you wish to support, that is, of course, your decision. However, the messaging and reality felt misaligned, and the way the situation was handled made us feel unwelcome as longtime customers who have consistently supported your business. We truly enjoyed your brewery when we believed it was a place families were genuinely welcome. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that it is not the case. As a result, we will no longer be returning. I would also like to note that the individual who appeared most visibly agitated throughout the evening was seated at the center table and had been drinking for an extended period. We were not drinking excessively, nor were we behaving in a disruptive manner. Additionally, the children seated at that table remained quiet by using tablets for the duration of the visit. While I respect that every family parents differently, our parenting style allows children to engage in play--especially in a space explicitly designed for them. Expecting young children to remain silent in a designated kids' area while adults drink nearby feels inconsistent with the atmosphere your brewery claims to promote. I'm sharing this not to argue, but to provide honest feedback from a local customer who has invested time, money, and trust in your establishment. read more

In the Mile High City, finding a brewery is not hard...literally the area is scattered with them...but oddly enough, there is only one that is a few mins drive from the DEN airport. Danico Brewing was a great early morning find after landing early at DEN and wanting to get my beercation started but not wanting to wait until after Noon or the trek into town (about 30mins). This brand spanking new brewery was very rustic/contemporary with a bright and inviting interior dotted with couches and a long bar. Staff were super gracious and inviting + made some great recs for my beer flight. It was also great to be able to meet and chat beers with one of the owners. They have a rotating beer list and have enough variety to cater to anyone's beer taste. They had a great outdoor patio area and the mural by #kelseymontague lining the entrance wall was impressive and very #doitforthegram -worthy. Celebrated my bday weekend with friends at the great new brewery out in Egypt aka Painted Prairie (bc they say I live in Kansas so back atcha Cordova's ) This is a huge brand new facility with a great variety of craft brews and the service is great. There is plenty of space for any group of people from part of 1 to 50. A bunch of comfortable seating areas inside with couches, chair, bears oh my!!! Outside are a bunch of seating with a majestic view of the Colorado Rockies whole range. This will be a great chill & sunset spot when the weather warms up one day in Colorful Colorado. Danico is exactly the vibe I was looking for after arriving back in Denver from a long trip. Conveniently located near the airport, Danico is the decompression stop you need after the craziness of traveling. First off...Beer. I've been on an IPA kick recently and I tried both their east coast and west coast IPAs. Two completely different energies in two brews of the same class. I have been excited to try this new brewery that popped up in the GVR area! I was thoroughly impressed! They have lots of beer options that they brew there, and seem to have a consistent featured seltzer and gluten free beer from other sites! Having consistent Holidaily GF beer is a huge plus! They have a rotating food truck schedule. The Sabor de mi Abuela truck on Sunday had great nachos! The staff were all super helpful and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed another drink. The indoor area is perfect with the couches and the pretty mountain tap background! This would be a great spot to have a beer either before or after a flight. While they don't sell food inside, they have multiple rotating food trucks, see website for schedule. The service from the very beginning has been spectacular and this is our go to spot when we want a nice place to relax and have a drink. Having followed the progress leading up to Danico Brewing Company's grand opening, I was beyond excited for hubs and I to make a day date and check out what was brewing in Northeast Denver. STAR #1: The space is HUGE! Outside there is a large lawn space which I can only imagine will be an outdoor patio by the summer. Inside, there's several plush couches and chairs along the roll up garage door wall, a kids area towards the back, a long bar, and a variety of seating including high tops, and regular ol' tables. Being close to the holidays, the space was looking mighty festive, with a large tree and wreaths on the fermentors. STAR #2: Feeling hungry? Well don't worry, while they don't offer up a kitchen of their own, they do have a delicious rotation of food trucks on site slinging their goods. During our visit, Buenos Nachos was there. Other trucks slated to stop in include: Ninja Ramen, Yippie Pie Yay, and more! Check out their Facebook for all the deets. STAR #3: While the brew selection is limited, since they just opened, it features a couple stand out brews. I ordered a flight to sample a little of everything, while my husband chose full pours of both IPAs on tap. I really enjoyed the "Pear suit of Hapiness" a pear vanilla sour. It was a tad sweet, but not overbearingly sour. I'm not much for dunkels, but their tasted super by the book traditional. STAR #4: Super friendly staff. As I made my selections at the counter, they made great conversation and recommendations. We talked about the grand opening the day prior and the excitement around finally being open. Ugh... I'm so disappointed it took us six months to finally come here. It's such a phenomenal space. It's clean, spacious, and the service is top notch. There's a little kids nook area for children to enjoy as well. We moved to the area about six months ago and finally decided to surprise my husband since he loves craft beer. It's Father's Day (Sunday) and Blue Pan Food Truck is here so double the win!!!! Tip: order online via Blue Pan's app at 12:00 for 12:30 pickup. Outside food is allowed which makes it very convenient. We definitely will be planning our next board game event here with our friends.
