They were extremely polite and courteous my fiancé was shocked to have this type of service. we're definitely used to people being rude disrespectful or just do not care. Unfortunately most fast food places we go to just don't care. This is definitely not the norm, it makes me just want to stay at home or Eat at home. I just wish we could get this kind of service everywhere we go to when it comes to fast food restaurants. I sat at the speaker for an extremely long time just to pull to the window for them to say they are closed and running behind. Customer service: 4: yes I know it's Friday night in the stix but say hello when I approach the counter, ask can you take my order, let's not have a stare down until you decide to do these things while I'm staring at you waiting to do these things smh order placement: 3: I told this gentleman 3 times what I wanted and he still got it wrong, he only charged for 1/2 of my order. I had to stand in line again to place my order after people who just ordered 40 bucks worth of shit, as you know my food didn't come out at the same time smh Cleanliness: 4: I understand they were super busy and possibly under staffed but the counters were gross from where people had spilled sweet tea and it 1/2 dried. In some areas the floor was either wet from minor spills or sticky from dried up spills smh the tables were clean for the most part and food litter wasn't on the floor. Restrooms: 6: my guy used the men's room to wash his hands and the kids hands. Price point: 10: I guess being 40 minutes outside of Atlanta has its perks when it comes to eating, anywhere else what we ordered would've easily been over $25. Food: 4: all the shit tasted a like which was unusal for me because I always order the Mexican pizza combo, no beans, no sour cream. It was lacking in appeal, OH maybe because my food GOT COLD WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE OTHER 1/2 OF MY ORDER!!! *snorts in disgust* Work ethic: 5: I saw people preparing the food busting their asses, including management... however why the hell YOU ONLY HAVE 2 DAMN REGISTERS OPEN when you have a line in drive thru wrapped around the building like Christmas lights and people in zombie herds inside waiting to place an order?!!!! Why the hell did you have the slowest, probably newest, member on your team working the only open inside register on a busy Friday night at your peak time?!!! bad move... Overall: I would come back if i was in the area and get my food to go. I really wanted hot wings but we settled for here because we are 40 minutes from home. But they seriously need improvement. Just stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes where I watched at least 4 employees working. No one else was in line. I was by myself, not even acknowledged, for 5 minutes or more. I'm pretty disgusted. I placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was 8: 00 p.m. and since the drive-thru line was insanely long (stretching into the next parking lot), I parked in one of the parking spots designated for Mobile Orders. But when I got to the door, it was locked. However there's absolutely NO signs or notices of any kind showing that they're closed inside, and it shows online that this location is open INSIDE until 10:00 p.m.! So I see the empty drive-thru lane for Mobile order pickup next to the very long regular pickup lane and head to it, only to find it ROPED OFF!! So just to pick up an order I placed online I had to exit the parking lot and drive down to the next lot to sit in the ridiculously long pickup line, because for reasons undisclosed they closed the dining room and mobile order drive-thru lane with no signs or explanations. I also tried calling to inquire, and of course, they didn't answer the phone. When I got to the window I asked the girl why they're closed inside and she said "oh we were when I got here because we got really busy". I didn't know restaurant staff could just close the inside because they got "really busy", but apparently couldn't be bothered to put a sign on the door or anything, or God forbid open the mobile order drive-thru lane for people that have MOBILE ORDERS. While the girl at the drive-thru was nice, it was the lack of knowledge and seeming lack of concern that made it worse. This location used to be so good but the last few times I've ordered delivery the tacos bottoms are so soggy they literally fell out, which though annoying, I attributed it at the times to it being due to the delivery time. But now I think it must be a general decline of this location. Maybe the employees that did a good job previously quit ... I don't know. But customers: prepare to wait, and check your order before driving home! read more

Went to this location on Saturday night and went into the store for carry out. As we entered the store we were immediately yelled at by an employee to put on a mask. My wife told her we didn't have any so we were given mask. Ordered food and waited 30 minutes, all the while observing employees with their mask down below their chins. Same employee brought our order out finally and pushed the bag and drinks across the counter. As we were leaving I took my mask off to throw away but didn't see an accessible trash can so left it on the counter. Immediately the same employee who screamed at us earlier to put mask on started screaming "HEY.....HEY.... are you DEAF?" I turned around and said certainly not and would be filling a complaint. I did so online and a couple days later received a call from a manager( I assume) from the store. He actually defended this employee who was so rude and disrespectful to us and made excuses for her. I told him if this is the way they treated customers I would never come to this store again. He said that would be fine. Taco Bell in Conyers employs some extremely rude people with absolutely no customer service skills. Sorry Taco Bell, you have lost my business because I won't pay good money to be treated with disrespect. read more

Manger was frugal with the rice within my power bowl even after I paid for extra- purposely. I didn't understand her hostility or point of view when I was providing feedback for my meal. I made a protein bowl a vegetarian bowl. My bowl was prepared with mostly toppings instead of rice. Please improve upon delivery for future customers. read more

I'll echo Chris B on this one. When I'm coming home late from work and I need food pronto, this is the Taco Bell I pull into. I order two bean and rice burritos, and by the time I'm at the window to pay, I'm being handed hot food with, or before, my change. I don't know how they do it, but they've got my business anytime I'm really hungry and can't wait any longer to eat. read more
