The more and more I've traveled the US, the more I realize that fast food restaurants need good reviews when they earn it. People only review when they have negative reviews. We have been to this Taco Bell twice now and they have made great food every time. The weight was less than five minutes for our multiple items, and they all tasted amazing. They were loaded with meat, loaded with cheese and everything else. I have been in love with the cantina, crispy chicken taco lately, and they load this one with cheese! I come here after Disney it's always slow at a snails pace to get your order. And one night they pretended to be closed by having an automated message saying that they were closed.... We already ordered through the app and it took our money. We were so pissed. But there were still cars there in the drive thru. So we pulled off to the Aldi parking lot and observed. Long and be hold they were still handing out food. So we got back into line for the drive thru. Waited at the ordering speaker. Again got the automated message saying they were closed. Heard that message not just once but about 4 times... And then we got a cashier to answer. Told them our order name and we went to the next window. Took about 10 minutes, we got our food. Overall this place deserves a 1 star due to shady business practices and extremely long wait times. They get an extra stair for, always, always, always getting our order correct. read more

So the service is absolutely amazing, however there one huge issue that needs to be address. Why the heck are all of the tables incredibly sticky????!!! It's probably due to a wrap that was put around all of the tables. One of the tables has no sticky residue, but is apparent that it has the wrap as it's peeling away. I ordered on line, two of the My Cravings Boxes for my husband and I, we Love the $5 per box price, but didn't love that you can't go in to pick it up, Everything is strictly Drive-Thru. At this store. The "Crunchwrap Supreme," was anything but crunchy! When I picked it up to eat it , it folded over my hand, like a wrapper. Also it was cold. I ordered a mango whip Freeze as my drink.. but was told, it is not available , so I got the regular Mango Freeze. It was pure syrup! So sweet it was undrinkable, & what I got was a child size drink. They did not put any hot sauce packets in the order at all. My Husband ordered the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, .. but it too was soggy. What a shame , that the quality of Taco Bell has gone in the crapper! As long as you aren't expecting a crunchy taco, (or anything else that claims to be crunchy), you may be ok with it. Almost no cheese, a tiny bit of meat, a lot of Old shredded lettuce, and some tiny unripe tomato chunks in a limp Taco. I ordered a steak questorito and it was straight tortilla after 4 bites. I went back to have it fixed and the manager who speaks Spanish. I said " hey can you fix it it's straight tortilla and I use to work at a Taco Bell and that's not how we made our burritos." The first thing he says is the meat portion is all the same. I don't care for the meat I'm just not a fan of just tortilla. I forgot to mention when I first pulled up to the window to fix my burrito he was standing rlly far from the window and gives me a huge attitude that he couldn't hear me. I told him you are far from the window I can't do anything if you are far from the window. Overall the service was awful. The only consistent thing about this location is the inconsistency. There is almost always a makeshift sign on the speaker that says the store is out of a certain item (how do you run out of tortilla chips??), and it's a gamble coming here after work because half the time they close earlier than their posted store hours. The food is always fresh, but you'll be lucky if you get everything you ordered. Make sure you always get your receipt when you come here too, otherwise you'll be out a few dollars when they decide to give you a taco instead of a quesadilla and can't prove they didn't give what you asked for. read more
