Taco Tuesday 3 Tacos for $8 Chorizo and Al Pastor

Cute restaurant! Ambiance is nice, and tacos are good price for Taco Tuesday! 3 for $8 2 for $6 Food was actually really good. Normally some restaurants can't get a good char on steak fajita and it comes out dry but this fajita was still juicy!

We stopped in for lunch and were seated right away. Loved the chips and salsa. The server was attentive and all of our dishes were excellent.

The drinks are super small, especially a house margarita that they only have one size and it's in a rock glass (sometimes in a small clay cup same size), and it's all ice! I took 3 sips and it was gone. It was a decent margarita but the dive bars would serve more liquid than this place. Also it's $10 for the 3 ounces of basic margarita. Most of the other Mexican places nearby have large and larger options and for cheaper or similar price. I also had a chicken quesadilla. Price was a little higher than most the places around but only by $2-3. If I return it will be for the happy hour because otherwise the drink sizes for the price ruin it for me. (No Mexican restaurant should ever have a margarita that fits in a rock glass, even if it wasn't all ice!)

Delicious food & good service. I ordered a caipiriña as my drink, with guacamole fresco as my appetizer (with chips). Quesadilla Monterey with chicken was my main meal. Love that the restaurant is now bigger (both inside & out).

I came over the other day with my family for a Sunday late lunch. I can tell you that the service was very fast from the moment we got in, we were greeted immediately, got a table with chips and salsa right then. And after w Ella ed the order- our food came out very fast and it was good. Great portions & good taste The ambiance was fine, only down side was the location where they are in the plaza, they happen to be towards the back by the garbage and it smells outside, but once you go inside it goes away thankfully . I just wouldn't recommend to sit outside, but other than that - their birria burrito was good and so was their chicken chimichanga- that was my favorite out of the two I tried.

Food was great! We really enjoyed the cozy vibe and focused but diverse menu options. My chicken flautas were crispy and and the meat was seasoned well wish fresh toppings. My wife's Birria Tacos were delicious and the reason to come here for sure. We unfortunately didn't have the best service as it took awhile to have our drink order taken and several tables around us were seated afterwards with larger parties and were served, received food and checks sooner than us. We were dead center in the middle of the restaurant so it just felt a bit odd.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Took quite a while to get a waitress to take our order. Our food however came out in a blink. The quesabirria was absolutely phenomenal. The chimichanga was just good.

This place has been open for a little while and this location is close to where I live. There is another location in celebration which I believe is bigger. I've been wanting to stop here and have the opportunity yesterday after a day out. I arrived around three in the afternoon and they were actually quite a few people dining in. I was seated quickly and given a menu, which I asked for a minute to go over as it was my first time there. The gentleman who seated me was also my waiter and he was very friendly if a little confused on a few things. Luckily, I am a seasoned diner and was able to get through everything to my satisfaction. After reading the menu, he stopped back to take my order. I started with a drink, which I thought would be easy. I asked for a Starry which is clearly printed on their menu. After several minutes of explaining exactly what it was and what was in it we finally came to the realization that they no longer carry Pepsi products and now have Coca-Cola. He was unable to translate it into a sprite, which is the Coke version. Once I had made it clear, he left and brought one back for me. One sip told me something was wrong. When he stopped back a couple of minutes later, I explained that the soda tasted like it had no syrup in it and another round of explanation ensued to where he finally understood that what I had was just a glass of soda water. To make things easier, I switched to a lemonade, which turned out perfect. For my entrée, I ordered the Birria Burrito as I have never had one before. I had to customize it a little for my taste, but that was painless. It wasn't long before my food arrived and it looked and smelled really good. It appears that they fill the burrito and then roll it and cheese on the grill, which makes it a little crispy on the outside and adds another dimension to the flavor. The consume that comes with it was tasty and I liked the salsa that was also with it. As the chips and salsa that I was initially brought were really good and had a bit of a kick I knew everything else would be good. I'm glad I was right. The service may need a bit of polishing, but it was friendly and the food more than made up for it. As for the restaurant itself, it has a nice feel to it and they had Hispanic music playing that was a little loud for my taste, but still pleasant enough. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and there is plenty of parking in the lot they are in. This restaurant is set in the back corner of a strip mall with a Publix as the anchor. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some of the other items on their menu. They even have lunch specials with some good choices.

Nice little hideaway in Championsgate. There is outside dining but the inside is quaint. Greeted and seated right away. Complimentary chips and salsa, chips are served warm, the salsa was flavorful. The service was hospitable and the food was delicious. We ordered off the lunch menu which was fairly priced. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

Really great service & uniquely decorated, felt festive and bright inside! My birria tacos were very good, not the best I've had flavor wise but I'm a birria snob. Tortillas and au jus were yummy too. Surprisingly my favorite item was the rice! So flavorful and fluffy. My husband really loved his birria burrito - stuffed full of meat & toppings, it was gigantic! Great house made guac, super fresh and good portion size. Margaritas were not our favorite, would pass next time. Although they had a full bar, we kept thinking it tasted like a wine based alcohol. But hey to each their own! Give them a try, it's worth it!

First time coming to Tacos Don Andres! I enjoyed the tacos that we ordered. We ordered Don Andres Tacos and my cousin ordered the Don Andres steak. We came in about an hour before they closed and the service was quick and very attentive. The ambience reminds of a cozy restaurant.

1/5 STARS -- PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING…read more I've been to MANY Mexican/Spanish restaurants in my life, and unfortunately, this place deserves 1 star from me. This review is based on my experience on August 9, 2026, so this is one of the most recent reviews you can find. The food was okay. I would honestly give it about a 3/10. Some things had little to no flavor, and some of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The fried plantains were especially soggy. Overall, the food was missing seasoning and freshness. But the BIGGEST problem was the communication and the employee serving us. My family of 5 went because we wanted a nice Spanish/Mexican place to eat. We saw all the positive reviews, so we decided to try it. The problem started when we were ordering. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT WE COULD ONLY CHOOSE ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF MEAT, ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF RICE, AND ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF SALAD. Nobody explained that choosing a little bit of another meat would automatically be considered an entire extra serving. We chose ribs and chicken, and we also wanted to try another meat. And when I say TRY, I mean TRY. We did NOT want a full serving. We didn't even want an actual piece of the meat. WE ONLY WANTED TO TASTE THE JUICE FROM THE MEAT. That's it. And we were still charged the FULL $4 PRICE for "extra meat." If I'm paying the FULL PRICE for the meat, then just give me the chicken! The frustrating part is that nobody told us beforehand that even wanting a small taste of another meat would cost an additional $4. If the employee had simply said, "You can only choose one type of meat, and anything else is an additional $4," we would have understood and made our decision. Instead, we were told nothing and were charged afterward. When we tried to explain ourselves, the employee was not very understanding. She came across as rude and dismissive, and instead of simply explaining the policy to us, it felt like we were being blamed for not understanding something that was never communicated to us in the first place. A little communication and kindness would have gone a LONG way. We also ordered lemonade, which my family ALWAYS gets. One lemonade was $6, which is honestly ridiculous to me. Our total for 5 people was around $110. On top of that, there was an automatic 15% gratuity/service charge. I understand restaurants have policies, but PLEASE communicate these charges and rules clearly BEFORE customers order. This isn't just about the $4. It's about the fact that we were never told the rules, we were charged for something we didn't understand was considered "extra," and then we were treated poorly when we tried to ask about it. Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost my family as customers. We will not be coming back. The food was okay, but for the price, the service, and especially the lack of communication, it was NOT worth it. Overall: 1/5 If you're reading reviews before deciding whether to come here, I hope this helps. This is my honest experience from August 9, 2026.
