Taco bell use to be the best but thats no longer the case first they wona charge u more for the food but noone there to take your order secound the price as gone way to hi for the food u are getting i belive if taco bell dont make changes soon it may not be around much longer read more

would rate a zero if I could, used to work at this same location a year ago and the service used to be amazing not sure what happend. Tonight when we went through the drive thru we were told to pull forward which used to never be allowed when I worked there. we waited outside for 15 minutes for someone to bring the food then I went in to get it and they had just started to make it when I walked in, everyone that was working the line was laughing and talking having a good time but I didn't see anyone making food till I asked for my order. we got home and realized our whole order was messed up so we tried to call the store to let them know and the night manager told us it was a busy night there was nothing he could do. I would just suggest checking cameras from last night because the service was terrible and so was the food we did get even though it was completely wrong, the chips were stale and not edible. read more

Fairly fast and good service. The food is as good as Taco Bell food can get. The chain is the most affordable fast food chain in existence, so you can hardly complain! Ever since the renovations, they've really been keeping the seating area cleaner, too. It's pretty nice! read more

I made a yelp account just to write this review. Tonight was the first time I had gotten Taco Bell in many moons. My bf had ordered Bell Grande nachos which were good, but that was the ONLY food that was good. I ordered a XXL grilled burrito. It was lukewarm at best and had the consistency and look of wet cat food. Like what is even in that thing? Hard taco was cold and barely any meat in the shell. And the chicken quesadilla... You're kidding me, right? The chicken had a horrible texture it was also very hard to bite through. It was so cold all around. Over 20 minutes to get 3 soft tacos. And witnessed cashier named Shantay (sp?) handling food and money wearing same gloves. When confronted by another customer about this she denied it. But, many saw and the previous customer demanded refund. Sloppy and non caring employees! read more

We hadn't visited a Taco Bell in quite awhile. My friend likes their tacos and I wanted to try that $5 Nacho Box I've been seeing advertised so much. I drove up to the speaker and placed my order. After getting my order, I pulled over to the parking so we could eat. My order was something totally different. I didn't even know what it was. I walked back up to the drive-thru and called out to the window attendant over the hood of the car that had driven up. I told him I got the wrong order and he said they didn't have the $5 box anymore. In frustration I yelled, "why didn't you tell me that when I ordered" and returned to my car to eat this thing. Meanwhile, a woman knocked on my window. As I opened it she handed me a bag either the more expensive version of the Taco Box as she apologized for the mixup. She must have been a manager. I thanked her and enjoyed the offering. Mixups and trainees happen, but it was very refreshing and satisfying to get such excellent customer service from a very responsible worker. only person in the restaurant, ordered 2 bean burritos w/ no onions, 15 minutes later of waiting, both burritos had onions. took the food back to get no onions, got onions again. never wanted to cry so hard over a burrito in my life. read more
