The order taker was friendly and the food came out quickly but at a cost to quality. My bean burrito with beef was so messy that once I got back on the road I could only eat half of it because it was too messy to handle. Very disappointing. The grande nachos was mostly visually appealing but the cheese never melted, which means they didn't melt the cheese and it got cold insanely fast Which would have been prevented. Had they melted the cheese, therefore combining the other ingredients together better when it was hot. Also extremely disappointing I wouldn't roll through this Taco Bell again if I hadn't been on a road trip, I would have gone back and shown them and gotten my money back read more

I went to give a review, and was SHOCKED at the 1.5 star average. I was greeted with an extremely jolly worker the second I pulled up in the drive through, they were efficient and respectful- I was impressed with their attitude and almost exited to pull up to the second window! Our order was correct and quick, AND when I ordered a Baja blast the worker reminded me of the happy hour drink discount. Do not attempt to order on the kiosk and request to pay cash. The kitchen will not receive your order and you will be standing there waiting for someone to take your cash and process your order to be made. I literally waited 10 minutes and employees kept looking at me and not one made an attempt to ask me if I needed any help. I eventually walked out. This happened again at a TACO BELL in Nashville TN and after several minutes of waiting I had to yell for someone to come to the front as the employees were not visible. The employee was immediately helpful and explained that unless you pay with card they do not receive the order in the kitchen. I would think that TACO BELL's system needs an upgrade for those of us who prefer to pay with cash. I will not be a loyal customer to a company that 1. makes the customer use a kiosk to order food and 2. is not cash friendly. I understand the reduction in labor for cost overhead but the customers are paying the price for your greediness. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered a quesadilla in the drive through. At the window, the employee didn't acknowledge me even once, just stuck his hand out for my card (while laughing and joking with co-workers) and quickly handed me my food. Down the road I realized my quesadilla wasn't cooked - it was just a tortilla with shredded cheese in it, not cut, with what I can only describe as day old, extremely burnt chicken pieces. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru. Because of this wait, this Taco Bell lost 4 customers, who drove away. I could have gotten Applebee's faster than this Taco Bell's service. While you can't expect the world when ordering fast food, we had three orders and waited over 8 minutes to order and then another 20 to receive our orders. Definitely not a quick spot to eat so I don't advise stopping while on a road trip and trying to get a fast bite before getting back on the road or having something to get to. However, for Taco Bell it's quality was Taco Bell quality so if you have a craving for it and willing to wait a half hour for your fixing then it'll still be your spot. read more

I've been sitting in the lobby on my phone browsing through Amazon.com for new lamps for my apartment and lost track of time. I then realized that I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting on an order that contained 6 items. Since I've been sitting here though, I have seen the staff in the kitchen make numerous orders for the staff that went on break after I had already placed my order.
