Staff was polite and prompt. Went through a drive thru. Got my food fast. There was some technical difficulties with the speaker out there, but we got it worked out. I tried their roast beef sandwich since there is none of that in California. I was surprised, the bread was toasted well, and the roast beef was good. Bread was perfectly chewy. For sanitary and health reasons - avoid this store at all costs. Don't even stop to use the restroom. Keep driving. They have systemic problems that have been reported on Yelp! since 2014 and they keep repeating Food was good, hot and order was accurate. That is where the positives end. - 1/2 the tables that were unoccupied were not cleaned. There are similar reviews dating back to 2014. - Soda machine carbonation was broken and when reported, they made no attempt to fix the problem - coffee ran out and made no attempt to remedy the situation. - the urinal in the men's room was out of service and it looked as if it had been for a while. - trash bins in the men's room overflowing on to the floor. Housekeeping in the restrooms have similar comments dating back to 2014. - The restroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. - The underside of the toilet seat had many brown (feces?) stains and they were dried on. - Paper products in the men's room had run out and instead of refilling the dispensers, staff only opened the dispenser, put the new roll in and left it with the door open. Terrible service. When we placed our order, the cashier did each of our orders separately. When we arrived at the window we had to pay three separate times. We asked to combine the orders which she said she doesn't know how to do. She lied to the manager and said we asked for three separate orders. Overall the service wasn't good. While traveling to southern Indiana we decided to stop at this Hardees to take a quick break and grab something to eat. I am shocked by how this manager dealt with customers that were coming into the lobby. She was rude, short and just down right nasty. Went here for a family dinner and it was disgusting. Not one table was clean for us to use. The food we received was awful. There was 5 of us and not one one of was able to finish our meals. 2 people with us actually went back up to the the counter to have food remade because it was inedible.
