The best! A gem right off the highway. I've tried many dishes here and haven't once been disappointed.

The lobster roll was soggy and honestly? Too much. I prefer a classic lobster roll - warm, lobster, bread that still has a little crunch to it (just the tiniest bit), butter - but not too much. This was soggy and the celery situation took away from the essence of a lobster roll for me. I've never liked the lobster salad rolls, and I did make sure there would be no mayo - but I think this was a bit much. Too much butter. Too many toppings. The flavor wasn't amazing. My dad really liked the perch. So much that he didn't let me try it. Lol but it looked good! The fried okra was solid. Kinda hard to mess that up, so no complaints there. Same thing with the fish tacos as the lobster roll. They're very busy. I like tasting my food - not piling the toppings on so things get lost. So, I scraped pretty much everything off. The fish was good! I got my mom the fried oysters. No complaints. Her meal came with two sides, so I got greens and Mac and cheese. I didnt try the Mac, but they said the greens were top tier. They had a nice flavor, but they're spicy - so avoid them if you can't deal with a lot of spice - probably red pepper. They threw in a crab cake for free and I thought that was really sweet of them. I didn't like the way it looked on the inside, so I only nibbled at it. Definitely not what this Maryland girl is used to... the winner is still Commisson Row on crab cakes in Indy so far. Anyway! Cute little tucked away spot, small parking lot, but spacious inside. Quite a few tables and chairs and fresh seafood in the cases. I'd go again and try some different things based on other reviews.

Now, to be entirely candid, the building itself looks a touch weathered at first glance but once you step inside, the décor is absolutely flawless. Being from Orange County, I have been on an absolute crusade to find genuinely authentic, coastal-caliber seafood since arriving here, and let me tell you, the search is officially over! The arrival was completely seamless, thanks to a sweet little dedicated parking lot, and the exterior of the venue is just as cute as a button. The moment I crossed the threshold, the lovely cashier greeted me with the warmest energy and elegantly walked me through the day's catch. What truly blew me away and frankly, brought a little tear to my eye was the sheer depth of knowledge and passion they share about their sourcing. They explained exactly where the fish came from and how it was caught with such beautiful, undivided commitment. That level of bespoke service is precisely what turns a first-time guest into a lifelong devotee. I opted for a Fish Taco prepared with a brilliantly unsalted catch, and it was an absolute revelation. The fish was incredibly soft, delicate, and practically melted in my mouthnot a hint of chewiness in sight. It was simply bursting with that clean, ocean-fresh flavor. A flawless, five-star experience across the board for the taste, the charm, and the beautiful soul of this place. I shall most certainly be making this a regular stop on my lunch rounds!

As someone who…read moregrew up in Florida, I am always on the hunt for anything that scratches that coastal seafood itch, so I was genuinely excited to try it. We ordered the lobster hoagie and hush puppies. Both were... fine. Not bad, but nothing that wowed us or justified the anticipation. The flavors were there in a basic sense, but it all felt a little underwhelming for a spot that's billing itself as a seafood destination. What really got me was the market side of things. The seafood on display just looked sad not fresh, not vibrant, not the kind of stuff that makes you want to throw something in a bag and take it home to cook. I fully understand we're landlocked in Indiana and truly fresh seafood is a challenge, but if that's your entire concept, the product has to be able to hold its own. Left feeling more disappointed than anything. I so wanted to love this place and will be rooting for them to level up but for now, this Florida girl will keep searching.

What was previously a surprisingly elegant dining space with exquisite steaks and specialty items in an Indiana casino, is temporarily their main restaurant. Service still excels and the food is tasty. I ate the crab cakes (appetizer) as an entrée and couldn't finish. The texture was perfect and the taste was very good. My dining companion had the filet accompanied by the asparagus and said it was fantastic! In addition to a few steaks--there is a chicken entree, sandwiches and other lighter meals on the menu. The bar is full service although they were out of the Tom Gore Chardonnay tonight.

It was a Friday night and we were about 15 minutes early for our reservation. We were greeted at the door of the restaurant as soon as we walked in. We were immediately ushered to our table. Our waiter was at the table a few minutes later to introduce himself and see if we wanted anything to drink. I ordered the Second Circle martini and the hubby got an iced tea. Our excellent waiter was Patrick. The Second Circle martini is Woodford Reserve bourbon, Ruby port, maple syrup, and Bitters. The martini was good with the overriding flavors being the port and maple syrup. Really did not taste the Woodford but I liked it. Someone brought a bread service to the table and poured water. Patrick took our order for starters when he brought the drinks back. We ordered the steak tartare and the chicken livers. I have had the chicken livers here before and already knew that I liked them. The chicken livers are served on a bed of frisee lettuce, sweet red onions, and aged balsamic vinegar. This perfectly complements the crispy on the outside and tender on the inside chicken livers. The hubby liked the steak tartare better. The steak tartare was made with black garlic, egg yolk jam, shiso, a bone marrow cracker, and togarashi. Both were tasty ways to start our meal. Patrick took our order for dinner when he brought out our starters. The hubby ordered the 14 oz New York strip and a loaded baked potato. I ordered the lobster bisque and coho salmon. In addition I ordered another martini, the vanilla espresso martini. Patrick brought my lobster bisque out shortly after that. This was very tasty and reminiscent my favorite lobster bisque. The only thing I would change would be to make it a little bit thicker but it had excellent flavor it had a little bit of pernod cream and a few bites of lobster. Our dinner was brought to the table and he set the baked potato in between us because it was huge any thought we might want to share it! The hubby ordered his steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and he said it had great flavor. My coho salmon was cooked perfectly as well and I had never eaten wheat berries and they were slightly crunchy giving the dish some texture. We both really enjoyed our main dishes with no complaints. To top off the night I ordered coffee with cream and creme brulee. He brought my coffee to the table in a stainless steel pitcher and he brought a pitcher of cream and he had also taken the extra step to warm up my coffee cup. This was awesome! I love my coffee to be very hot and this was perfect. A little bit later he brought the creme brulee in the hubby and I shared it the burnt sugar on top was nice and crusty and we had to crack through it just like you should. We had a very enjoyable meal and will definitely be going back. I would suggest asking for Patrick on your trip in as he did an excellent job.
