I came to this location on February 13th at 1:35 a.m. the worker greeted me at the drive thru with an attitude. when I attempted to explain to them the screen was out they (not sure if it was a male or female on the mic) came with even MORE of an attitude and proceeded to SIGH HEAVILY into the mic as if I was taking up their time. It is sad during this day and age that fast food workers want more pay but the quality of them getting your order correct is worth about a dollar a hour. I'm at a point now that people in this business need to be paid by their restaurant rating. Down to minimum wage and restaurants that have an average low rating should be closed. Came back over 5 minutes later to complete my order. When pulling up to the window the worker was still talking on his cell phone. Had to repeat my drink order 3 times at the windows. Went through the drive-thru today and when I pulled up to the window, the employee had me back my car up so I wouldn't be on the trigger that tracks how long cars are waiting on food even though I had a very simple order (6 tacos & nachos and cheese) and no other customers were inside or outside. I received my food order pretty quickly only to realize later that they left off the nachos and cheese. I called back multiple times until someone finally answered. They stated I could come back to get the items missing and I shared I don't live around here and wouldn't be coming back. They then said I could come back another time to which I responded again, I don't live here and wouldn't be coming back so I need a refund for my missing items. They said they couldn't do a refund without me coming back in with my physical card. I once again told them I am not from the area so that's not possible and they ended up hanging up on me without resolving the issue. Terrible customer service! read more

I have to give them one star because I don't have the option to give them a negative. We like the food just ok as Taco Bell goes, you get what you pay for. The service is the worst here. The dining room is empty and you wait 30 mins in a drive through line that you can't get out of because of a concrete curb. Don't , and I mean don't use the tribe through at this location. After waiting in line we get to the window and the order is all wrong. "Can you please pull up?". Really you had 30 mins to get this right and I haven't seen anyone go into the dinning room how do you mess the at up. Sounds like they need new managers that care about customers instead of making all the employees your friends. My daughter is a Taco Bell lover and I guess she will be back, but I can say I will not. Just went to Taco Bell to order three hardshell tacos through the drive-through. Drove 1 mile home got out and went in and ate. One taco had just been fixed and was crispy. The other two fell apart the minute I touched them; everything went everywhere like they've been sitting for 15 or 20 minutes waiting for somebody to buy them. I've never had that happen before and it was horrible! One good one and two greasy cold ones. Very disappointing that they wouldn't make sure the food is good! read more

This Taco Bell location is mediocre at best and terrible at night. My order is right about 75% of the time. When it is right, half of it is made incorrectly. Ex: Crunchwrap with no lettuce/sour cream. Cheese quesadilla with no sauce, burnt and flat as paper. Steak taco with no sauce. Then there's little things like stale taco shells. Cinnamon twists that are under fried and bland. How do you mess up cinnamon twists?? I've worked at taco bell. It's not this difficult. Enough is enough. This is a great location with very friendly workers. I eat here several times a week and the service and food are never lacking. The wait is never more than 10 minutes and my food is always nice and fresh. The young lady at the front counter is so sweet and has excellent manners. I always leave here with a smile on my face. Had this Taco Bell for the first time yesterday and I was very unimpressed. The service was okay, except I paid almost $2 for 2 sides of sour cream that was never put inside my bag. Upon arriving at home, the tacos were very well packed but I was surprised to see how wrong the orders were. I asked for a burrito plain with just beans, onions, and tomatoes. I ended up with a bean burrito with lettuce and a huge serving of very sour tasting tomatoes. I mean the burrito was so soggy and wet from the tomatoes it was disgusting. At times I can be a bit impatient. So I must say, on this visit, I simply could not bear to endure the seemingly never ending wait for food. I visited their drive thru. Warning flag #1, they have a cement "barrier?" that prevents you from leaving the drive thru once you enter. This would be O.K. if it started at the point where you place your order. This location, however, starts WAAAYYYY BAACK. So when you enter the drive thru, you better be ready to commit to getting their food. So I reluctantly enter the "gate" for some food. And then I wait. And wait. A car pulls up behind me and I'm mad because if they weren't there I could at least put my car in reverse and escape. But no, I wait. And wait. And wait. Ten minutes in and the line NEVER MOVES. Hold up, someone got food. So the line inches forward. And we wait. And we wait. I begin to wonder how much damage would be done to the under carriage of my car if I tried to jump that concrete barrier. And was it worth it since even AFTER I get a chance to place my order (which I have not done YET) there would be AT LEAST 5 cars in front of me. Seriously, your gas tank better be on 'Full' if you plan on waiting in this drive thru line. Just before the menu board where you place your order, maybe the law told them they HAD to open the concrete barrier to allow people to escape. I was able to slip out of line to freedom, after wasting almost 20 minutes. If I ever go back which is unlikely, I'll park and walk in. I don't commit crimes in part because I don't want to go to jail. I don't go to drive thru's that are prisons, either. read more

Me and my husband went through the drive thru last night and it took 40-50 minutes just to get a burrito and a fiesta potato not to mention I ordered EXTRA sour cream on my burrito and paid $1 more for that and I got absolutely NO sour cream. The potatoes were as hard as a brick and tasted like they've been sitting out ALL day. We would have left and went somewhere else since it was taking FOREVER but once you're in the line you're stuck in there. They have a HUGE curb so you can't leave. You're trapped. They always forget at least one item that I order. The customer service is horrible. They don't seem to care if you got everything you ordered. Not to mention everything there is more expensive than the other Taco Bells. The one in stockbridge is cheaper and they have way better customer service! Please don't go to this location. I take another bite, no meat, but it is Taco Bell so assumed they just put all the meat in one spot. I take another bite and you wouldn't believe what happened! It was all lettuce again.. Wish i could give 0 stars. for starters, drive thru service was horrible. The person taking the order stopped a good 4 times to- what sounded like - play with her co-worker. Second, I get home, and my whole order is completely wrong. I ask the taco shell to be changed, what do i get? A regular taco shell. Next, on my SUPREME TACO, all i receive is cheese, meat, and lettuce. Same thing with my Enchilada and Burrito. I was hesitant to come into this Taco Bell/Long John Silvers in Ellenwood because of the mixed reviews I saw, but I took my chances anyway and I am glad I did. Despite multiple reviews about horrible customer service, I was greeted with a happy voice in the drive thru (which was not packed at all, I came around 5:20 pm) and I got good vibes from them. It seems to be under new management and from what I see they are doing a great job! I got food from both the Long Johns and Taco bell and they were both great!! Hot and cooked properly, even the seafood! I will be coming again. read more
