This Taco Bell has gone downhill. It was my favorite and it's right around the corner from my house. I go there a lot to get the spicy potato taco it's a $1.40. I went back two days later on August 14th and paid $1.62. I think it's a little weird the price jump 22 cents in 2 days. Especially since the employees now can't get their head out of their ass. This might possibly be the worst Taco Bell on the island. They hire anyone with a fucking pulse. Like first of all there was barely any meat on my tacos, they were cold, I got a cheese sauce which had no lid and was put in between my tacos so it was all over the bag and the outside of the tacos. Also why was the cheese sauce the only thing that wasn't cold. First of all make sure the top of a sauce is closed second off all why wouldn't you put it on top of the food. I would have rather them forget the cheese sauce I think management needs to be fired and replaced. The only positive was that there was not a single person there. But how are you fucking up when it's not busy and no line in the drive thru. It's a location run by children who don't know the word of "professionalism" or "common courtesy". Along with ample wait times in the drive thru and locked doors forcing you to wait in said drive thru you would then have to deal with the multiple amount of immature teenagers employed there to try and get food. Today though was the reason I write my review. They not only locked the doors today forcing me and 5 cars to wait in the drive thru they also decided today with no signs up anywhere they were renovating and weren't serving customers anymore. Very poor customer service, the store was very trashed. The soda machine only had two types of soda available. There were some young kids that worked there bragging about how they got busted with a marijuana cart and was suspended for 3 days in school. This location needs NEW management NEW staff. I stopped in at the North Ocean Taco Bell in Farmingville Tuesday 9/21. No one was at the inside counter at 4pm. After 5 minutes I said "anyone" available. Someone popped their head out and said one minute. 5 minutes later a young girl came to the counter and took the order of two boys who were obviously her friends. They were not charged. After 15 minutes I got my order of 3 items. Along with the 2 boys, another 20+ yr old went behind the counter and helped himself to some food. So many negative reviews here. Where do I begin? Who writes a comprehensive review for a Taco Bell? I have been to this Taco Bell about 5 times over the past few months and my food has been prepared immaculately. Items were never forgotten. Drinks were fully carbonated. Tortillas in good shape; no rips, no gaping holes, nothing falling out. Toppings looked fresh as if they were prepared same day as they were served. Food is piping hot when you put that bag on your lap. They don't forget your extras and sides. I don't know about you folks but every single other Taco Bell I've ever been to has been disgusting (Mastic, Riverhead, & Patchogue) but Taco Bell is one of those places where the food quality is bad but still manages to taste good so we just shut up and eat it. Brown/translucent lettuce, hard cheese, white tomatoes, tomato stems, gaping holes in my Crunchwrap, Crunchwrap not put in the tortilla press long enough so it's loose and falling apart, stale Doritos Locos shells, flat sodas, too much refried beans compared to meat ratio in many products. This Taco Bell location makes their Taco Bell products good! I'm literally sitting here shocked that I was eating at the other locations I mentioned above and thought that's just how Taco Bell was. I swear I always jinx myself with this place. Was on the phone with my wife, telling her I had the crave for taco bell breakfast when she reminded me how bad this location is. I order the steak breakfast crunchwrap and a soft bacon breakfast taco (that's it, TWO items). A female cashier (Violeta on the receipt) literally handed me a crumpled up $15 with 67 cents mixed in which I ended up dropping on the floor of the car, thanks. Extremely long wait times of (20+ minutes) when ordering inside. This is an issue that persists on every single visit.
