Mexican Pizza! Enchirato and Supreme Tacos are my favorites. When they are served, I also grab an apple pie. Yummy. i ordered 3 beefy potato grillers, 2 with NO SOURCREAM, even says on the sticker on the bag...i clearly made sure the employees knew I wanted my order specific, without sour cream. When my order got handed to me they had stated, "The one in the silver wrapping is the regular one" meaning it was the only one WITH sourcream, which is what I had thought until I got home. There were not one but two burritos that were wrapped in silver, which initially meant there was two with sour cream instead of one, which wasn't what I had asked for. Ok I get it. It is fast food. But I have honestly had to think of a QSR that gives a damn less than this Taco Bell location. I have only gotten sick from the food a single time so i guess that is a positive. They always seemed understaffed, which I understand. I have seen and heard fights in the kitchen over a variety of stuff. Do NOT order any changes to any regular item, especially in the drive through or delivery. I have never once gotten even an "supreme" upgrade executed correctly. I recently ordered soft tacos with a "supreme" upcharge. Basically just add sour cream and tomatoes. I received a soft taco with exactly 1, and i mean a single one, small dice of a tomato. When I asked for a side of tomatoes, I found out that they had none on the production line. The manager had to get a fresh bag from the fridge. So the staff knew they were out and apparently just said screw it? Is no one in charge here? What in the hell is going on at this location? Trash. Simply trash. Nothing but idiots work here. I have given this place plenty of chances and they consistently mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. Employees don't listen nor do they care to. More focused on the music coming from the kitchen than getting orders correct. If the sign on the window says open at 7:00 am, I expect it to be open. That may mean that staff arrive at 6 to get everything ready (cash drawer, stoves, coffee, etc). Absolutely disgusting. I ordered three soft tacos for my mom and a number six, which is the chicken chalupa meal with a crunchy taco all of which I ordered with no lettuce or tomatoes. On the screen, it said a burrito supreme. I figured, well, okay. Maybe it was a typo. I try and fix it at the window, and apparently they had already made the burrito. I normally would laugh this off, but they gave me lip attempting to gaslight me, stating that the number six is a burrito and not the chalupas. When I DID get my chalupas, they had, despite asking no less than TEN times, lettuce and tomatoes on them. They got everything about the order wrong. If they did this out of spite, let them know I have allergies to both, and they very well could have sent me to the hospital either out of sheer negligence or just bitterness. I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in my area in about a year because the orders were constantly wrong or made poorly or lacking ingredients, so I gave up. Today, my mom and I were running errands, needed some lunch and she asked "what about Taco Bell? Oh that's right you said they've been bad lately". To which I replied "I haven't eaten there in about a year. We decided to give them another chance since it's been so long and of course it was wrong. We ordered the two double beef burritos and 2 spicy double beef burritos and a supreme burrito. The double beef burritos are $2 each and the supreme was $4. We didn't get the supreme (though we were charged for it) and they gave us a spicy double beef burrito instead. When we got home our burritos weren't labeled so I had to open all 5 to see what was what. When I opened them I was surprised by the amount of jalapeños. It's my fault that I wasn't aware jalapeños were on it but the amount of jalapeños was ridiculous and inedible. I pulled off more than half of the jalapeños that were on the 3 burritos we had. Needless to say I will be waiting another year before I give Taco Bell another chance. Get your teams together!
