I used to think this Taco Bell was bad, I didn't realize it could get worse. At this last visit, they managed to get everything in the order right (for once), but it took ~45 minutes for 7 items and all the burritos were built in vertical stripes so each bite was entirely 1 ingredient (if you've never had a bite with just sour cream, don't start now) and one had exploded so the outside nearly had more sauce than the inside. I overheard a doordasher tell the staff they'd been waiting for an hour to pickup an order and a staff member responded "It's gonna be another 1/2 hour, go grind and then come back I guess." The staff in the back were throwing food at each other. Several customers in the store complained that they'd been charged for other people's orders, and the staff just brushed them off. By the time we got there, the store was pretty swamped, so I can excuse the tables being covered in tomatoes, sauce, and napkins, but everything else was pretty inexcusable. read more

Poor Service: due to issues with the app, the store and its primarily high school staff did not handle this issue well. The order did not show up for them, so they had me go to the pick up window only to tell me to go back into the drive through line a second time and reorder after not allowing me to just reorder the first time. Ive never experiencing this issue before. Once they served the food, I realized they left out items... In addition employees spilling a lot of the drink and sauce packets at the drive window... their "sorry" went far but not as far as condiments and Pepsi today. Unfortunately, they've shown poor service on more than one occasion: I had another experience with this store that they turned off their outside lights during their late service hours around 12 AM on a Saturday.... I already placed an order online and went to pick up--The restaurant was empty, all lights off, but with cars in the parking lot. They're oblivious on their own operational mistakes sometimes. Lastly the Taco Bell app not allowing payments to through 5+ times on certain days and works every other day is not good enough for convenience when every restaurant offers this and can get it correctly working. Stopped in today for tacos. Got home with 3 and sat down to eat only to find each of the 3 totally stuck to the bottom of the wrapper. By the time I pried them loose the meat filling was still glued to the wrapper and shell contained some lettuce and cheese. Such a mess I had to eat with a fork and ended up throwing most away. Delivery was late and the food was cold! Looks like the driver was running late and Taco Bell made the order immediately after receiving it instead of waiting for the driver to arrive. Manager in charge should have been on top of this and instructed their employees to wait. They DID wait to pour my frozen drink so that's what should have happened with my food! The RM of this location is top notch so I am very disappointed and surprised to receive this horrible food. She must have been off or absent from the restaurant. Will never eat here again!!! The girl at the drive thru was so sick she couldn't stop coughing. When I asked her why she was working, she said she was afraid to call out or she would get fired. Her manager was more concerned about having a body there to work in about how all of her customers were going to get infected because this girl was coughing all over their food. Visited this Taco Bell establishment today. Not a terribly busy time. Drive through wasn't busy. There was no line waiting for food. As I stood at the register looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted to order, I noticed employees eyeing me from the prep line. I continued waiting and thought I relayed through body language that I was ready to order. At this point, I made eye contact with a few employees on the prep line. There appeared an employee with a headset, indicating she had been working the drive through and had been asked by someone to come and "deal with me". I was informed that if I was ready to order I could do so from the kiosk behind me. I inquired why she couldn't just take my order at the register she was standing in front of and she said that's what the kiosk was for, unless I was paying for cash. At this point I was very frustrated having waitied and gotten eyed like a leper from the staff. If Taco Bell isn't going to provide basic customer service I will not be frequenting this location ever again. I doubt they'll miss my business, but it's a sad day when basic customer service is thrown out the window. read more
