    Mini Tacos - Really great!
    Mike W.

We were shocked when we walked in as this restaurant is what one might call "well lit". The hostess and servers were friendly and efficient. We thought because it was slow that we might end up dissatisfied. We were wrong. This is an excellent restaurant with good portions, great flavors, and fair prices. We will definitely be back.

    Cheers!

¡Todo Bien! Fiesta time is quite tasty. The meats are tender and seasoned to perfection -- and I would know as I basically sampled them all with the mini tacos (5) that I ordered. The enchiladas and fresh guacamole were delicious as well. The margarita was tasty and not gargantuan and heavy on the sour mix which I appreciated. Service was excellent and fast. Fiesta Time is solid & I'll return sooner rather than later. Cheers!

Mexican Chicken soup with rice, veggies, shredded meat with a squeeze of lime was PERFECTION.

It was late dinner last night, and I wanted comfort, like an abuelita vibe. So, I knew exactly where to go for a delicious, made from scratch Mexican style chicken soup! Always freshly made that I immediately felt embraced by the tenderness of my abuelita's spirit with the ingredients caressing the tastebuds in such delicate dance. This was as a reminder that La Cultura Sana (my "culture heals" me & many)! The perfect ending to a busy week! Also, ordered guacamole and cheese dip to soothe the soul.

The guacamole was to die for, the service is amazing, the people are really sweet, nice, welcoming, and all around very kind people. The cheese quesadilla is beautifully cooked and tastes amazing. The salsa is easily a 10/10. The decorations are so vibrant and had a lot of culture.

    Chicken and steak fajitas

Both the fajitas and carne asada fries were delicious! Fries themselves are a meal, which is great value especially for the meet included. Would recommend both options!

Beautiful. All around perfection. The Texas Quesadilla was perfectly cooked and made. The guacamole had the perfect amount of lemon and cilantro. The staff were so quick and efficient. I'll be back!

    Amazing house margarita!

Fiesta Time is my new favorite spot! Maria "Mary" opened this restaurant after 20 plus years of service in other local restaurants! She has far outpaced her completion as the food is fresh, the drinks are excellent, and of course the service is always amazing! Not to mention she has personalized every detail, down to the cute beer mugs, wall art, and embroidered bar stools!

Delicious food and excellent service! The restaurant was clean, the ambiance was immaculate, they have authentic decor and an extra plus was the fun margarita cups! I highly recommend Fiesta Time.

Ordered off the lunch menu because it was close. It was super bland. I wish it has more flavor to it.

Chips and salsa were good. Food was mediocre. On the fence if I would give it another shot. Staff were all very friendly and prompt.

The salad bar had a great selection of veggies that looked very fresh, and I appreciated the house made croutons. The complimentary bread rolls were served warm and they were fantastic! Loved they tasted like a sweet yeast roll. The prime rib piece we received was part of the end and had a nice portion of cap, which is my favorite part of a ribeye. The seasoning was perfect and I didn't even have to salt the meat it was so tasty. The twice baked potato was delicious too! Our server Michelle was wonderful! She made our meal extra special and was so attentive! We plan on going back again and trying some of the weekly specials!

We celebrated a special occasion on a Friday evening and were pleased. The hostess started things out very positively by going above and beyond to seat us in a booth. She checked in a couple of times during our meal to insure that we were having a great experience. It was much appreciated. The salad bar doesn't have a huge selection of ingredients, but it is very fresh and kept well stocked. It was the quintessential steak house salad bar. Skip the dinner rolls; they tasted like something from the grocery store bakery and weren't very good. We both tried the Wagyu ribeye. It was very nice: cooked exactly as ordered with a nice sear on the outside. The steak was very flavorful and tender as Wagyu should be. It was excellent and a very reasonable value for $69. The accompanying salt-rubbed baked potato was excellent as well. The restaurant offered two dessert choices: a flight of cheese cake samples or a chocolate cake. We chose the chocolate cake and received a mammoth slab of cake covered in white icing. It was good but nothing exceptional. I wish there had been at least one additional dessert choice to choose from. Service for the rest of our meal was fine. Our drinks ran dry but were eventually refilled. The kitchen did a good job serving our meals at just the right time. The restaurant is attractively decorated inside, but it can't hide its heritage as a prefab metal building. There's a thrift store next door which creates a dichotomy for a restaurant serving $69 steaks. We will return to Harvey Johns Steakhouse the next time we're in the mood for a steak.

The prices are not posted, I had to ask. I was seated right away and my water was brought quickly. There were very few sushi choices. They had the typical offerings for a buffet but smaller than the one in Cary. My favorite hot item was the sweet and sour chicken. The spring rolls and eggs roll was very bland. Did not finish either one. I was disappointed they didn't have many shrimp offerings. I tried the stuffed shrimp and saw the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. My server was Amy and I have never seen such a beautiful smile. She was wonderful and brought the rating up for sure. Nice, clean place and very nice people but I probably won't return.

The sushi bar felt sketchy, and even staples like General Tso's chicken were below average. I had been here once years ago and decided to give it another shot, but unfortunately, it didn't improve. When I review restaurants, I don't hold them to unrealistic standards--I judge them based on what they are. If I'm going to a Chinese buffet, I expect a certain level of quality for that category. In this case, it didn't meet that bar, and it's not a place I would return to.

A nice perk of this spot is that it's just a stone's throw away from free and plentiful lot parking. I'd make a reservation if you plan to come here on a weekend for dinner. The place was bustling, with almost all the tables full. It's bright, airy and modern looking inside. Which makes it the perfect place for a date night or celebration spot. At the same time, it's not stuffy or overly fancy. The menu is comprehensive with Thai favorites like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew with a large number of Japanese and Sushi items on the back. My friends tried the Thai Spicy level and I will say it was pleasantly hot without burning your tongue off. I ordered the bento box and was really happy with the quality of the sashimi and nigiri. Everything was tasty, and the portions were more than satisfying. If I had to make a nit on something that I didn't love (it's hard!), I'd say that the rice texture wasn't my favorite. It was a little dry. But other than that, I would definitely consider it for another night out.

Holy!! We had expectations from all of the recommendations, but what a complete disappointment…read more First let's start with the only positive-- the waitress and her service was perfect. She was so kind and was the absolute best part of our visit. She gave a range recommendations, very professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal. We are coming from the Irvine, CA area so we VERY familiar with top tier Asian food and possibly that impacted our standards vs others in the review section. Now on to the rest, there were so many flies that I ended up having to smash them on the window with a napkin--just gross! Then, my son's food was not flavored well at all and had HAIR in his noodles! The Pad Thai was really bad! It was a lighter color first of all, so maybe they added an ingredient that isn't standard in traditional Pad Thai, but it did not make it better at all; I could barely stomach it. Then, there was a huge egg shell in the dish that somehow the cook let come out and served to us. The sweet and sour chicken portion was outrageously small for a dinner portion, and the dish was smothered with sauce but somehow the chicken was dry as if it was day old or several days old chicken. The cashew chicken, the same, dry chicken that was being covered up with the sauce and we had to chew a great deal. The sweet tea, it just tasted like they put a bunch of sugar packets in and was worse than a McDonald's sweet tea. Their white rice was not moist at all and we could've just done without it. Out of the sushi we ordered, the spicy tuna was good, but the rest was grocery store quality sushi and extremely small portion. In my opinion, people rave about this place because it is 'different' and plays into an upscale restaurant as you can see with their overpriced items. This place doesn't hold a candle to shopping center Thai fusion in California. I have lived in many states and am not a snotty Californian, but man oh man I can tell you this one is a fail. The only star for this visit goes to the waitress (she was a 5) but if I could give this a zero for the food, I would. Don't waste your time or money.
