This Taco Bell location is the best one I have ever been to. The people who work there are happy to be there, even the manager. It is always clean, friendly and quick. I have been there many times as I live close, it is a refreshing change from KFc, Mcdonald's and subway. The only thing that ever happened to me was that when I went to order a fruitista one day that told me they did not have the correct cups for the slushy type beverage. It disappointed me because the paper & wax cup isn't lasting under the melting pressure of this usually frozen for hours drink. The second time I went to order a fruitista flavored POMOGRANTE STRAWBERRY, that was advertised on the drive through menu yet the customer service order taker was kind of rude when she told me you were no longer offering that kind anymore. She never offer me any other kind or explained why. It was strange. I ended out just leaving without ordering anything due to this. Overall, I have to say great place, one bad experience with one person will not deture me from going. If I could give less than one star I would. I just came up to the window with a friend. The lady at the drive through was going on about all the things they don't have, which was a lot. My friend jokingly said " well you should shut down, you don't have anything" and the manager chimed in and told us that if we don't have anything nice to say to the employees that we can just leave. I have never in my life been talked to like that. I am a paying customer and to have a manager talk to me like that is so rude. I could have been yelling at her, and she should have not said anything. A manger should not have chimed in at all, it was completely unprofessional and not necessary. I ended up leaving, without paying for the meals I was going to, to take my business elsewhere. I understand that there is nothing to be done about not receiving a shipment, but there are ways to handle it, and talking to a customer like she did to us, on top of being out of most of the menu is horrible. Over the last 3-4 years, I've tried this Taco Bell 3 times. Each visit, the customer service has been irritating to say the least. The food is standard TB, so fine. The first visit I was stuck in the drive through for over 45 minutes. (Once you are in that drive through, there is no way out.) 2 years later I thought I'd try again. (This was about a year into Covid , so drive through is the only option.) I get to place my order when I'm told they won't take cash, which was what I had. So again stuck in line with no escape and no food. Today, I thought I'd try one last time. First we get to placing the order; there is an employee standing at the curve before you get to the large menu. She has a small, limited menu hanging from her order pad. It is flipping in the wind, so nearly impossible to read and reading prices is not an option. She says that I can't go up to the menu because this is faster for them. Of course it is, but not good for the customer. Then I get to the window to pay and the guy tells me the total is $5.88. I hand him a ten and he gives me back $4.10. I looked back at him and he says, "we don't have any pennies but I was able to pick some up off the floor, but they are all gone now". Really?!? So we'll just keep the extra for even more profit because that is better for the business than it is for the customer or employees that have to face the customers. I waited 45 mins to get my food and then when i got home to eat it there was 3 things missing and no sauce. 45 minutes is ridiculous because people come thru because it's "fast". It's not worth waiting on the line to get the things they miss. awful. who forgets sauce? read more

I have never left a negative review. I always let things go but my experience tonight was awful. I spent 50 minutes stuck in the drive thru and the line wasn't even that long. When I finally got to the window, they didn't say sorry for the wait. They just asked for my money. Then I waited another 5-10 minutes at the window. When I finally got my food, they just said here you go. No have a goodnight or anything. They never even asked for sauce. So much for fast food! read more

I put in an online order for 34 dollars and some change, they wouldn't let me pick it up in the parking lot, they tell me I gotta go through the drive thru. I wait about an hour in the drive thru line. I get to the speaker and they can't even make my order they ran out of beef. Never again. Online ordering is a joke. read more

The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Staff is unprofessional and mostly kids. This isn't the only experience either.

Anyone who knows me wont believe this review. I receive over $100 in Taco Bell gift cards for Christmas and my birthday each year. I have loved and defended Taco Bell. So much so that I was kicked off our local Oregon City Chit Chat for too much defense of Taco Bell. So it is with heavy heart that I write this complaint of the Gladstone Taco Bell. They use to be the best in service. I was eating here several years ago when the regional manager awarded all the employees X boxes for their top rating. What a difference. This is now one of the slowest, with very little regard for what they serve up. Talk about false and misleading advertising. Here is a photo of the tostada they market, and here is what I get. You don't even see any beans on one of them. This is not the first time...this constantly. After 6 years of coming here, I will not be coming back. I prefer quality and true marketing. This Taco Bell needs to do some serious rethinking on their staffing 1 they need to get more people because the drive through line is the slowest moving line in history. 2 there has never been a time where they actually got my order correct and gave me all the food I ordered. These employees just simply don't listen and then always ask for a good rating/survey for how they did. Do I expect a lot when I go to fast food no. But they are absolutely not fast, and they do not listen to your order or double check the food in the bag is all there. read more

It really sucks that it's good food in a pinch. But extremely unfortunate that my orders are literally NEVER DONE RIGHT. It's not just this specific location. I don't think people making the food read the screen for order specifics. And even then they still can't seem to get it right. I order the same thing most of the time. A shredded chicken burrito with extra avocado ranch sauce. Seems simple enough. And everytime they apparently think extra means none. I never get sauce on it. But tonight was the worst. I'm pretty sure they moved the quesarito recipe with a shredded chicken burrito recipe. Got no sauce and it was way to spicy and grilled? I'm so sick of having issues with something that seems extremely simple. Last time I called about my order being incorrect (extremely terrible). I picked up the food on the way out of town the closing manager literally laughed at me on the phone. And said there's nothing he can do about it now that I can't bring it back. I went inside because the drive through line was long. Then watched 20 plus cars go through drive through before I ever got my order. That is so wrong! They took my order at 6:11 and 6:38pm I finally got my 4 tacos and 2 quesadillas. I asked to speak to the manager and asked why the 20 to 25 cars that went through the drive through after I ordered got their food first. "She said sorry, they have a separate line". That is not OK I told her that her job as a manager is to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen and she make changes as necessary. She just walked away and said I could call corporate. The manager nor employees really don't care how they treat their customers. I have no problem with waiting if they are busy, but I do take issue waiting almost 30 minutes for a few tacos while 20+ orders after mine get filled first. As far as food quality it was sub par compared to other taco bells. Even my kids were like this is gross taco bell and wanted to go to the one in Oregon City. Ok ok, So I am FINALLY going to write a review on this place. I have gave it a year to get better but it literally can not get any worse. I run a business that is not 100 yards from this taco bell and it is a fast paced business where me and my employees need to eat fast, or at least get our food in a reasonable amount of time. I would say 5 minutes from order would be reasonable. This does not happen here. I have been caught in the drive thru for over 45 minutes (no exaggeration) and today took the cake. I should have learned my lesson, but I pulled in and saw the drive thru line was overflowing...poor souls.. I parked and went inside to an empty dining room. I ordered my food. I went to use the bathroom and im not kidding, the urinal AND the toilet were overflowing, water all over the floor. The employee said they knew about it for awhile, but were too busy to handle it. I wish I could send a pic. There were poop pieces in the hallway to the eating area. As I was waiting for my food there was a traffic jam outside where people were trying to reverse out of the drive thru line, people were coming inside and asking for money back, an elderly man ordered just before me and he ordered ONE BURRITO SUPREME and I got my order before him which was an order for 2 people. It seems that the business owner has done nothing to help the situation. I don't understand as if it was my business I would make sure I watched social media and also had a finger on the pulse of my business! I ordered my food per my receipt at 5pm and I just got to my work next door at 530. Fortunately this was a little faster than normal. They informed me they were out of Baja blast, then the guy who ordered after me they told they were out of dr pepper. There were over 20 receipts on the counter top by the register all spread out where people had got their food and just left them there to blow all over. I could see the kitchen and there was a nacho on the floor, and countless pieces of garbage all over. I have reasonable expectations from a fast food joint, but this place is so bad I cant believe it. I feel bad for the kids working there. They have no direction. Its like their parents have gone out of town and they are trying to run a business. Someone HAS to get this place under control. Right now, I have vowed to drive the 4 miles up the street to the other taco bell and get my food there. At least I know what I will be getting. read more
