Me and my great friends were very eager to try Taco Bell's new spicy items off their menu. We were upset to see that there was a very long line when we arrived. Reluctantly, we waited in line. Keep in mind me and my friends ordered on the app so we prepaid. We waited in line for about 17.25 minutes and the line hadn't moved yet. Out of frustration we asked politely if the line could move any faster. Not to our knowledge, the manager of the store was outside hitting his vapor device when instead he should be inside helping make the food for the extremely long line. He yelled at me and said "we're not serving you anymore, you e lost your food privileges". Thinking he was joking, we waited in line for another 10 minutes until we got to the place to order and tried to order. He still would not serve us after we had already paid for our food.
