Ordered online for curbside service. They forgot to give us part of our order. I called & spoke with the manager and solutions offered were 1) to drive come back and get it or 2) have a coupon emailed for next time. Consider we're from out of town, there will never be a next time & the by the tine we drove back time to pick up our items the rest of our food would be cold. Neither was a solution for our situation. I was told No refund Available for our missing items because we ordered online. The food we got was okay, not great and we paid well over $60 and didn't receive $60 worth of food. Customer service sucked at pick up, (going inside for curbside during a pandemic, not double checking not receiving food we paid for + utensils and salt/pepper/napkins we asked for) and no solution by management. I feel they basically over charged us and stole our money. Not cool. read more

The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and very tasty. I went with the Farmhouse Burger topped with melted American cheese and a fried egg ($18.00). The flavors were spot on and the egg was cooked perfectly, though the beef patty was just a bit dry. We also shared the Wings Snack ($8.50) and an order of Onion Rings ($5.50). The wings were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, though they were a little heavy on the BBQ sauce. The onion rings, however, were outstanding--super crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly the best onion rings I've ever had. Overall, this restaurant was a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. If I ever find myself back in Nebraska, I will definitely be stopping here again.
