This is a wonderful spot to get some delicious food. I come into town every few months and have enjoyed it a handful of times. I really love the "endless" chip and salsa bar that's available. The chips have been delicious, crisp and fresh and the sauces are flavorful. I love a good theme and the decor throughout is enjoyable. In the back they have a drink / dessert area that you can order additional items. Everytime I leave here I am stuffed to the brim and I will happily come back the next time i'm in town for work. The employees are kind and quick and helpful and the parking situation is a pretty decent amount of street parking surrounding the store. read more

Sure a long time favorite here. In Kearney where we live near, is a mobile unit from here, home base. And I don't get to the mobile unit often as I would like. Luckily, am here in GI for several hours now waiting on 'my people' in another place for dinner meetings. And enjoying a rice bowl with shrimp and al pastor and Mex Coke. My family and I arrived at 6:30 pm and noticed the restaurant was full with people seated at tables apparently waiting to be served . We are told by the staff "We have NO MORE $1.00 TACOS...WE ARE SOLD-OUT." I asked "How can you be SOLD-OUT? The SPECIAL has only been going on for 1 hour-30 minutes. Your business advertised $1.00 TACOS UNTIL 7:00 PM." Staff replied..."We've been very busy." I stated "Well OF COURSE, IT'S CINCO DE MAYO!" My family and I left. I immediately call Tacos Los Hermanos, probably within 5 minutes, and asked the staff member if $1.00 TACOS were available because it wasn't 7:00 pm. The staff member responded "No we are SOLD-OUT, BUT WE HAVE TACOS AT REGULAR PRICE." Okay, my first thought was how can a restaurant have a 4.9 rating. To be honest, they deserve a straight up five. Since it was the first time I have visited, I had a number of questions. They just smiled and helped me along the way. I ordered asada fries and three tacos: steak, port, and shredded beef. The food was absolutely amazing. The salsa bar was full of numerous items. The tacos Tijuana are really good, I used to live in Mexico, and these are real tacos 10/10. I like the cheese in the quesabirrias. I tried the horchata water and that was so good, i eat there every week because is my favorite place in the town, i like the salsa there. All the other reviews were correct-- this place was delicious! We ordered the tacos tijuana, tacos mojados, and tacos la isla. They were all amazing but the la isla was my favorite. We also ordered a pineapple and strawberry drink and they were good (and huge)! We brought our dog so we ate outside. Driving cross country and we stopped in Grand Island to get gas and lunch. We were looking for a grab and go situation, and Los Hermanos fit the bill and had great reviews. Their online ordering system was super easy and our food was ready quickly. They called us after 10 minutes to let us know our order was complete. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly and the restaurant was very cute. There is outdoor and indoor seating for after you pick up your food, but we had to get back on the road. The food was fresh, hot and well packaged. Tijuana tacos were like birria. Extremely pleasant surprise considering we were in rural Nebraska.
