It started off fine--we were seated, given menus, and our drinks and appetizers were ordered. But after that, the service was extremely frustrating. Our appetizers arrived, but we had no plates or utensils. We had to ask multiple times while our food was literally sitting there getting cold. Then came the napkins--we had to ask three separate times, and it took over 20 minutes before we finally received them. When the rest of our food finally arrived, some of it was dry and overcooked, while other items were cold. At that point, the entire experience had become incredibly disappointing. What's frustrating is that we were patient and understanding throughout the meal. Despite the poor service, we still tipped our server well because we understand that restaurant staff can be dealing with circumstances beyond their control. But as customers, we shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like plates, utensils, and napkins--or wait 20+ minutes for them when there were plenty of staff inside. We came in excited to try this place based on the reviews and left feeling completely disappointed. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

Our server was in training and did an excellent job. It wasn't busy when we visited, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The large mural covering the walls adds a lot of character to the space. With so many options to fit different tastes, it's the kind of place that makes you want to come back and try new combinations every time.
