I have eaten at many Taco Bells but this one really has its act together. Service with huge smile and attitude. Great food and service!

UN-F'ING-BELIEVABLE! I ordered a Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, extra meat, Supreme style, and grilled at the drive through. When I arrived at the window, I questioned why it was over nine dollars, when it should have been under five, showing him the App break down. So, with help from a friend, it was corrected to four dollars and seven cents? I repeated my order again, and paid by card. When I got my burrito home, I discovered that I was given a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Supreme style, grilled with extra beans. After reading the other reviews, I just can't understand how this chain store stays in business. Dummies like me I guess, who expect it to run differently. Forgetting shit at the Drive Thru is beyond annoying. 99% of the time I check, but I was in a rush today. Sure enough, missing a bean burrito with sour cream. I paid for something and didn't get it. I wish I could say something good about this location but I can't. Horrible employees!!!can get the order correct almost every time I have gone there. I love Taco Bell food but this location is probably the armpit of the Taco Bell locations. They gave me incorrect food twice today and when I called the manager, she hung up on me twice. TWICE!!!! I do not know how anyone could hire a manager like the one that is there. I won't go back there until I hear that manager is gone! I left a complaint for corporate. Let's see if the contact me. New Taco Bell for Lavon on Hwy 78. First of all, to be honest. I haven't been a TB fan for quite some time now. My problem with this location is ordering for dine in. They have adopted the total self serve ordering system. My wife and I struggled through placing our order that took well over 3x as long. All while being ignored by 2 employees that were cleaning the dining room which had no customers. As we were finishing our meal, two young girls came in that were known to the workers. I came to pick up an order for DD with a company issued warming bag. Nothing was in the designated area so I waited at the counter to ask. After several minutes of being ignored by 3 employees, I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to pick up the order. One employee asked what I needed and I gave the customer's name. The employee said nothing and walked back to the food prep area. Another employee came and asked what I needed and after telling him, he said it would take a few minutes. He stepped away briefly, then returned asking if taco sauce was requested. He went to the drive thru area while employee #1 very slowly prepared an order. He returned with the drinks. I continued to wait for the food while I heard giggling and a third employee asked what they were laughing at. One responded "That." Employee #1slowly finished packing a bag and secured it, taping the receipt to it and handed it to employee #2 saying "Give this to your friend." He brought it to me. I did nothing to warrant the disrespect I received from employee #1, and certainly our mutual customer didn't deserve to receive their meal so late. Someone with that attitude and behavior should rethink their decision to work in the service industry. I will avoid future orders for the Taco Bell in Lavon from now on. read more
