Rice - 8/10 not over cooked, fluffy, not dry, fresh could use a bit more seasoning but still good. I added some of the salsa to elevate the flavor. Beans - 8/10 creamy, loved the sprinkle of cojita cheese. Ok in flavor could have had more seasoning. Still enjoyable. Green sauce mild. Red sauce spicy.
