The food has the usual Taco Bell flavor you expect, but the new look is a huge improvement. The restaurant feels much more modern, and the attention to detail in the design is spot-on. The service was also exceptional, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My biggest complaint is the automated ordering system. The drive-thru system can easily misunderstand or mess up your order, which makes the process frustrating. Inside, you are also expected to place your order using the self-service screens instead of ordering directly with someone at the counter. Although the employees are available to help, the system involves a lot of steps and could be especially difficult or frustrating for older customers. read more

I think this is the worst Taco Bell ever. Took FOREVER. For all of the food. The nacho fries had no seasoning and cold. They had no cheese sauce so I heard the lady at the cash register ask "did you want the nacho cheese?" And they did and she replied with "well we don't have any." With a smile on her face. That lady was so rude and not efficient at all. Because it's new we expected better but that it was not!! Don't go to this one there is not enough staff for the amount of orders. For starters, it's newly re-opened but only 1 drive thru lane was available. I did a mobile ordering but ended up going inside. There is food being prepared maybe 5 feet away from a customer ordering kiosk. There is literally no one assigned to help customers inside. There are multiple kiosks to order from. There is 1 register open and it took numerous attempts to get an employee to actually place an order with. That employee then informed the customer to pay with cash, they had to order on the kiosk, then she would be able to complete the order. I informed this same employee I originally ordered for drive thru pick up. Gave my name and showed my email with order number. It took multiple unsuccessful attempts with that employee, despite me explaining my order was not checked in, before what I believe was a manager that came from the back and was able to rectify the situation. Took about 25mins to get a simple crave box. They need a better system in place. read more

Absolutely terrible. Put in online order 20 minutes prior to coming in. Came in they couldn't even find the order in the POS until about 5 minutes in. Waited another 20 to get the food. 45 minutes total for 3 quesadillas and 2 burritos. 5 items taking that long is outrageous by itself, but they ended up forgetting one of the burritos, so it was 4 items that took that long. Let's be honest about fast food chains. They are usually hit or miss. This particular restaurant gets very busy and packed around lunch time and dinner time. It is for sure one of the busiest locations that I have seen in the area. Given that, it is necessary to understand that sometimes things can go wrong in a rush. People tend to come here with a nasty attitude from the beginning and if something goes wrong, they flip out. To all those customers, RELAX, no one is stealing your money and even if they do get something wrong, just have them fix it and I'm sure they will make you a priority if and when that happens. This Taco Bell is not bad at all, as long as you carefully tell them exactly how you want something if you are a particular individual. I, myself, prefer their chicken over the beef and frequently tell them to substitute it. I ask them at first, and then reconfirm when the employee is giving me the food in the drive thru or in store. This illustrates transparency and both parties are comfortable in the process. Every single time i've done this, I haven't had an issue. Wait times are long just because of the popularity of Taco Bell but that is a given at most places. This is probably one of the better taco bells I have ever been to and must say that they do a great job overall with handling the amount of volume they get. This Taco is thee best. Why? 1.) FASTEST one out of all the one's I've ever been to. They make the drive-thru experience pleasant instead of long and tedious. I go here 1-2 times a week, and the drive through is always moving so fast. Even if there is a long line, it moves at a great pace. I will say, it's more than double the wait times at all other Taco Bells. Unreal! 2.) My order was never messed up in over 2 years. Well once, but that was it. One time in two years! 3.) After going through the effort of going in to order instead of the drive thru, went over the order like 5 times, guy behind the counter kept putting stuff into my order that I hadn't asked for, and proudly saying "right" each time, like saying that makes the order magically correct. In the end my order was correct after much frustration. My friend who ordered separately from me had the same issues ordering, and even after getting it correct on the receipt, what he received was completely different. Haven't had Taco Bell in a while so I took a gamble and came to this one. Only a few cars in the drive thru but a very long wait. Not really an issue until I ordered my food, get home and it's all wrong. They even asked what's sauces I wanted ( hot and mild) and they even managed to mess that up and give me nothing. It honestly blows my mind that fast food workers are pushing for $15 an hour for a job as simple as this that they can't even do right. As far as Taco Bell's goes- this one is great. The drive through line moves fast and no mistakes in my order- which is a major plus for me since I replace all meat with black beans and more times than not, for some weird reason, other places will put refried beans instead of black ones and it's gross! I usually don't review fast food chains; not worth my time, but here I am placing a 2nd review for this place. Ran into my favorite guy Rafael B. again. His kindness is effortless, has to be angel in disguise, didn't hurt that food was made well also. He made it a point to keep customers updated on when their food would be ready n the dinning room, even checking with the customers who ordered via the kiosk to see if they needed drinks with their meals. He was so calm and his smile did not waiver after all hell broke loose while ordering with my 3 boy as the menu screen cont. to change. Any other worker would have probably reached over the counter to clocked one of them (I probably would have helped the worker). His smile & attitude seemed to brighten up as they cont. to torture him by changing their order every time the menu screen changed. I feel he was trying to soothe my pain.
