Did a bad job on my cheesy gordida crunch very disappointing and did bad on my friends food as well.

Just left from the drive thru. I ordered potato oles and a side of cheese. I got the side cheese but got some other kind of potatoes I never seen before. This place never gets the order right. I'll post the pic of the potatoes with some kind of white stuff on it. read more

Had to wait 30 mints and still didn't get my order and there was sevreal people waiting in there orders and they were very rude to my friend

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. They will mess up your order and give you terrible service, guaranteed. The girl who took my order sounded annoyed (I'm guessing because there was a line in the drive-thru, still inexcusable) and gave me my total and told me to pull around before I even finished my order!! Clearly this employee just wanted to clear the line instead of providing decent customer service. I should've got her name to file a formal complaint but I'm too nice. And worst part was after I paid for everything, I get home and see that they didn't put TWO burritos that I PAID for in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

One day after a pageant I was super hungry so me and my family said Let's Go TO Taco Bell!!We went in and this is where it gets funny.So all my life I have ordered a Bean and Chese burrito and they would get it right.Well all of a sudden The put Rice And Jalapeño sauce on it!!!so we said hey um we order just the bean and cheese on the Burrito.They said ok well I'm sorry and they said ok I need a bean and cheese burrito with jalapeño sauce and we said NO!!With just cheese and beans and they said ok.And we finally got it.but when I took a bite there was jalapeño sauce in it.I was like ok I'll get used to the sauce.So now you know Where all the idiots work. read more

I realize I shouldn't expect anything spectacular out of Taco Bell but it would be nice to say that at least once they made my order correctly. Every time I have come through the drive-thru, my food is either missing a topping or has something on it that I didn't ask for. How hard is it to make something without sour cream? Apparently, saying that you don't want any sour cream means that you do and if you ask for extra cheese, that means you want barely any cheese at all. The food is normally always cold and the tacos barely have any meat in them. Taco Johns is much better, in my opinion. read more

Oh Taco Bell, how I long for thee. When I moved to Chicago I was super excited to find a Taco Bell in my hood. Only later was I to find out it had horrible service, lines of bros leaving Wrigley and craptastic versions of my favorites. Anytime I'm home I make a trip in to this location.. A friendly staff and I don't have to wait an hour for my meal. When it all comes down to it, it's still fast food. But if you've got a midnight craving you just can't go wrong with a taco supreme and some nachos. read more

This has got to be THE WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to. If you try to customize your order in any way the staff is incredibly rude. I have been to this location numerous times and granted, I do like to customize my order but the way management treats me I will not go back. I have had one manager roll her eyes at me when I arrived in the drive thru and she saw it was me. Then she yelled out to her cook staff and said "these people are extremely complicated, uh!". I confronted this manager when she returned to the window and told her I had heard what she said. She got this look of shear horror on her face and just giggled. I had a similar experience this evening with a completely different manager. We pulled in through the drive thru yet again and this manager made eye contact with me. She did not greet us or anything she just yelled out OH MY GOD! Then turned around and headed for the kitchen with this disgusted look on her face. She came back and gave us our drinks and then said she didn't realize it was us (what that has to do with anything I don't know). I spoke to her and she completely ignored what I was saying as she took the order of the next guest. I looked down at my food and I could tell that it was not made correctly. I pointed out the fact that my food had tomatoes on it and I didn't order it with tomatoes. I mentioned this to her and she said "oh, yeah...that's just how it is sometimes." I will be calling in the morning demanding a refund and I WILL NOT return to this location. Taco bell prides itself in being able to customize your order especially with use of their app. I can tell you right now that these employees DO NOT like it when you do either of the two. I feel that this location should be reported to corporate for their sorry excuse of an attitude. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. The food is normally cold regardless of management issues. read more
