Ordered food on the app. Door dash did delivery. Five out of seven items were missing. After several attempts at calling the location. They said it there, and I could pick it up. Told them I have no way of getting there. The reply I got was to call door dash for a refund. I called door dash, they contacted location and they were to remake the food and door dash was sending a driver to deliver it. The food that was delivered to me was the original prepared items, all cold and a complete mess. Contacted customer service, their solution was to give me a $10 credit for a $22+ bill for food I was unable to eat. This is not the first, second, or even third time, that I have had problems with this location. I will never go to that location again, would rather die than eat their food. read more

Are you guys really closed at this location at 11am on a Sunday? Your app says so and won't let people order. Even if you're open twice now I've gone recently with my kid after school to pick stuff up and your doors were locked (somehow you had door dash orders sitting there for pickup even though nobody could get them!) Both times we had to go through the drive through and they somehow still screwed up our order, which is exactly why we go inside every time now so we can look first. Couldn't go back through the line it was too long. If you can't have your store open during busy hours or unlocked for people to come in,, what's the point of being open at all? HORRIBLE SERVICE We had a large order, placed per the drive through window. We paid cash, were given a large bag and told the average "have a nice day". Getting onto the turnpike nearby, we realized we were missing items. Unable to turn back, I complained online and returned to the restaurant the next day. The manager stated "it's out of my hands " when asked for a refund. I continue to complain online with no response. In each instance I have shown my receipt. This location rocks Monday thru Friday before 4pm. ANY other day or time do NOT waste your time. Beans are dry, tortillas aren't being put in the warmer, nacho fries are soggy and gross and you're usually in the drive thru for 7-10+ minutes. Also don't bother ordering through the app for inside pick up. No one bothers to make them. I just waited 20 minutes inside. Everyone moves at a snails pace. Made a return visit to see if anything had improved. Nope. I asked for 2 cheese quesadillas with extra cheese and sauce ($1.50 extra cost). When i checked them there was no extra on them. I told the lady at the window and another woman came to ask the problem. I told her my extras were not on them. She argued with me that they were instead of just having the staff remake them. We came to Taco Bell at 11:20 pm on a Tuesday evening. The lady at the drive- thru was super nice and gracious as we struggled to find those four last pennies. She was patient and cheerful and obviously enjoyed her job. The food was hot and the delivery was fast. I will be coming back when necessity strikes. I would give this place and the app zero but I can't. I ordered through the app to pick up in store. I went to the store and there was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. The line was really long and had I not paid already I would've left. My order said it was ready at 7:36pm and sat in line for over 20 minutes. I didn't say anything at the speaker and I went to the window because the app said my order was ready. Before I could say anything the lady said I needed to pay $13 and some change, thinking I was the car behind me. I informed her I placed an order through the app and it said it was ready, she immediately became rude and started speaking loudly saying I needed to go back through the line, even though I had just went through line. I asked her for a refund she said no, waved me off and walked away. I sat at the window in my car since I had already paid and the app said my order was ready. She came back to the window yelling at me that I need to go back through the line Iand I should've said something at the speaker. I said I didn't know I had to do that because the app said my order was ready. She asked me my name, walked to the counter inside, acting like she looking but she didn't really look. Then she started yelling that I need to go through the line again. I asked for her name, she told me no and said she was not giving it to me. I took her picture so I can share it with the corporate office. Then a younger female comes to the window telling me in a rude manner that I need to get out of her line. I still haven't received my food or a refund. I inform her I placed an order through the app and it said it was ready. She told me that I couldn't go by app it's not right. I asked for a refund she said I would have to go through app. In the meantime she was still speaking in a rude manner to get out of her line. The first lady is standing behind her and yelled that she had told me already. At this point, I yelled back at her and told them both no she did not tell me that and she was telling a lie, and she still continued yelling. The second lady said in a rude manner that I need to get out of her line and said I was being rude to her employees. I left. I tried calling corporate but they were closed. I went on the app and sent a message. I didn't receive my food, I didn't get my money back, I was mistreated by the staff and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. read more

I love Taco Bell and this is the Taco Bell closest to my apartment. The staff is fast and accurate, and most of the time they seem to be actually enjoying themselves. The food is standard Taco Bell fare, but they never seem to skimp on the cheese or sour cream. Solid fast food joint with good people. This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been into. I've been in line for over 10 minutes and it hasn't moved. The only times the line seems to move is when people pull out of line to go someplace else. I have never made a bad review before in my life but the last 3 times I have been here they have messed up my order. The first time they didn't warm up my cheesy gordita crunch. When I went in to ask for it to be fixed, they looked utterly unprepared to see a customer. There was food all over the ground including a burrito, and they were horsing around in the back. When they finally came up to the counter they informed me that their heating press for the cheesy gordita crunches didn't work. Of course they didn't tell me this before I purchased it instead they just gave it to me knowing it was wrong. They didn't offer to fix it, and when I got back to my car I realized that they forgot to make me soft tacos instead they were hard. I left angry and honestly didn't want to eat my food after what I saw in there anyways so I left. The second time I had a relatively large order because we were going on a car trip and I ordered for a few people. The line took forever and then when I got my food it was all wrong. The taco supremes had tomato when I asked for no tomato and the receipt said no tomato. The burrito was not made properly and the bites were either all cheese or bean. Half of the order was not mine in top of this. So I went in with my receipt and had it fixed. This was a huge inconvenience because like I said we were going on a road trip and this held us up drastically. Just today I went again thinking that there is no way they can mess it up 3 times in a row, so I ordered small 10 dollar order and I got home only to find my fiesta potatoes missing. They were on the receipt. needless to say I will take my business else where (chipotle across the street) until they get competent employees. read more
