Food was terrible! Nearly inedible. I don't know how they can mess up black beans.

I just moved to Mustang and this is the first time I've been to this location. I used the App and got the Supreme Luxe Box with Chalupa Supreme - Chicken , Beefy 5 Layer Burrito , Soft Taco , Cinnamon Twists , and a Medium Dr Pepper all for $7.00 plus tax. I received my food quickly and took it home. Everything was put nicely in the box , nothing missing , and the 6 hot sauce packets I asked for. I read a bunch of bad older reviews on this location , but for me , everything was just like any other Taco Bell I've been to. The dining area was clean and my food was good. I didn't interact with the employees since I ordered on the app and they put your order in a rack on the counter. I usually take pictures for reviews , especially if it's my first time , but I was hungry and ready to get home after a long morning. read more

Not so much as a disgruntled employee, but more as a BEWARE! This place is DISGUSTING!!!! Cheese ALL over the line! If you've any food allergens DO NOT GO HERE!! Theres cheese everywhere, tomatoes, lettuce, radishes, etc all over the place! Beans were in the same pan for so long they'll never get it out of the pan. First day here I wanted to gag! I started cleaning the line setting out fresh pans and a kid, who had been there 7 months he said, looked at me confused as to why I was "throwing good lettuce away." I said "because its brown." He responded "Lettuce is supposed to be brown. Its always brown here." Management is just a hispanic lady who barely knows english and is there approximately 10 hours a week. The night shift managers a big mouth idiot. He likes to talk mess to people in the drive, never show his face, and never gives his name but he does say COMPLETELY out of line things like he called a lady a stupid bi*** and told her to f*** off over wanting onions on the side rather than on her burrito... then when she said excuse me all he had to say was "I'll call the cops. Leave my drive thru. I'll call the cops." His name Elijah incase you need the reference. read more

I have been going to this location for 5 years. I have always used the drive thru. Staff have always been professional, friendly, and entertaining! My orders have always been correct. Quality of my orders have ranged from "I can tell a new cook is working" to "outstanding". I don't usually mention that I am military (for the discount), but when I am in uniform, they automatically give a discount. I appreciate it! read more

Bsffr Taco Bell. Ordered the crunchwrap supreme ($7) and it was skimpy, crisped brown all around the outside, and had about half the amount of stuff inside as the chicken stacker I got ($2). Then when asked for it to be remade better, they said they could make it the same as they did before. Make that make sense.. where is the customer service.? Or the food worth someone spending $20+ on?? Never had a bad experience with Taco Bell before. Won't be wasting money at this one again read more

Quick and easy food, sure. Has it gone down the last year or so? Yup. Less beans, less meat, more lettuce, dryer/stale tortillas. It is annoying you have to ask for sauces every time too. At least offer. It might be a "trend" for most fast food places in Mustang Oklahoma but, there is probably something missing from your order or mixed entirely with someone else's order. read more

The drive through at this location is notoriously slow. I can now verify that the drive through is the better of the available options. I assume it was the manager (some red head with crazy curls) who greeted us and said "We will be using kiosks full time in a few weeks. Use the kiosk. We're trying to train the customers so it's more familiar". Several minutes later we finally got our order placed on a touch screen. The only option for a receipt is digital. You can choose email, text, or none. Over the next 15 or so minutes we waited for a handful of tacos AND our drink cups, I watched 3 or 4 other families walk in and get counter service. F$&@ing FURIOUS at this point! I stood at the counter almost the entire time trying to make eye contact with someone to get our cups. Not one single employee looked my direction. They all actively avoided any form of communication with me. The food came out slightly warmer than room temperature. So we spent over $30 for poorly done fast food, and waited longer than we would have at a real sit-down restaurant. We had to type in our own order, carry our own food, fetch our own drinks. What exactly were we charged for? If this is the future of Taco Bell customer service, I will never eat there again. read more

I love going to this Taco Bell because they are always fast about getting orders out and great customer service also they always make sure everything is in the bag. But the last few times I've gotten food from here the Employees are rude and not only that but I haven't been getting my complete order. I was extremely disappointed because they are always out of something... I order a chalupa and they were out of the stuff the a Gordita and they couldn't make that either... this is BS!!! Minus 5 stars. I work across the street from this location. Multiple times I have visited this location and they have closed early. More than just a few minutes . All signage and lights are still on. No good reason for closing early for example power outage prepping for extra cleaning like having vent a hoods cleaned etc. I am 62 years old and spent most of my life in the fast food industry from a regular hourly position to over 20 years as a General Manager. I fully understand all issues associated with running a restaurant also working as an employee. I know what it's like when you get to that last hour and you are trying to get a head start on cleaning and closing up. I know it's frustrating when people come at the last minute. Closing times are meant to be adhered to. Closing early once I could forgive but multiple times is unacceptable. This Taco bell has lost my business. I would have never tolerated this in one my restaurant's. On a good note there is a young man at this location that has waited on me on several previous occasions (sorry, I don't know his name) but he is extremely friendly, pleasant , and prompt. Even though he was informing me they were closed he at least did so pleasantly and professionally. Not so from the management or person in charge I encountered on a previous visit. read more

Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Here's how it went down... I waited twenty minutes in the drive thru line for one chicken cantina burrito...not even a drink. When I finally got my order, it was wrong so I had to go inside. There was some sort of a verbal argument between the manager and two girls just outside the front door. Very weird. Anyway, I went inside and told the cashier I ordered a chicken cantina burrito. While waiting for the remake, another irate customer came inside and demanded a remake because there was no meat on their chicken taco. And then they made my burrito wrong the second time! I didn't even care at this point so I just said thanks and left. I went home with my whatever it was burrito that consisted of lettuce, sour cream and a few chopped tomatoes....not a hint of chicken...a five dollar burrito and I was there a total of 30 minutes...at 9 pm with about ten employees present. I'm naming this experience my Taco Bell Night of Hell. read more

Made a basic order in the drive thru. Was basically held hostage in the cattle shoot for nearly 50 min. When we finally got our food we went to check our order the taco salads lid wasn't properly on so when it was picked up it blew up all over the front seat of my truck. This really capped off my night. We're done with this place for a good while now, till they fix the inconsistent service at the location. read more

definitely just go to bueno across the street if anything. i only ever go there for the baja blast freeze and i swear its broken more than its working. most of the time ill get it and itll be just kinda trash but workable other times it comes out as a reg baja blast, this time i pull up and its broken. since its broken i ordered a sprite, but get a water. its not confusing ones a soda and one is literal water. also the beans taste different everytime, my girl thinks they burnt but i just think they not doing it right. anyways bueno is across the street and never had a covid outbreak so thatd be your best bet. also im sure they know the difference between sprite and water. read more
