My son and I was on our way to Bingo and decided on Taco Bell for dinner, he wanted to try the crispy chicken slider in the $9 luxe box and I ordered the $7 box plus we ordered 2 mini taco salads, dude at drive thru window seemed aggravated and basically wadded our napkins that we requested, then he almost threw the hot sauce at us. When we got to our destination and started to eat, we had no silverware, my son didn't get the chicken slider things, the cinnamon twists tasted like they fried in old oil and left a greasy film in your mouth, I will say the next day the district manager made it right by refunding our money, she was a very sweet, understanding woman. read more

I thought the Taco Bell by my house was the worst, but this location takes the crown for the worst fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. Period. My family was traveling and decided to stop here on a whim. Man, I should have read the reviews beforehand. The young woman at the register with multiple facial piercings took our order, but she clearly wasn't paying attention. We kept our order as simple as possible, yet it was still wrong. They forgot one of our meals and my husband's side. Mistakes happen, so we let them know. It then took another 10 to 15 minutes to receive the missing items. Not the end of the world, right? The family we were traveling with had an even worse experience. They waited over 30 minutes while several families who ordered after them (and multiple drive-thru orders) were served first. At one point, I was convinced I could've walked behind the counter, clocked in, watched the training videos, and made their order myself. Were they waiting for the vegetables to finish growing? When they finally asked about their food, the staff showed zero urgency and simply said they'd have to wait even longer. After another 15 to 20 minutes, they gave up and asked for a refund. The manager (a middle aged guy) then informed them he had to "calculate" the refund because they'd already received their drinks. The lion, the witch, and the audacity of this dude. Like, bro... it's Taco Bell, not an accounting firm. Just apologize, own up to your mistake, and issue the full refund. He was doing too much. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth, I believe they finally got the full refund. Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. This place felt poorly managed, unclean, and staffed by people who seemed either unwilling or unable to provide even basic customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Young kid ,didn't get his name,he was taking a front order,then helping a new trainne making food,then taking a drive thru order,dis a amazing job,told me my order is on way! Stopped while traveling to find the dinning room closed. This is not the first time we have tried to stop while traveling to find the restaurant only serving through the drive thur. When you are located along the interstate your dining room should be open. Don't try and stop unless you want to eat in your car. They lost our business. read more

They put rice so old in burritos it's been cooked and dried back out again. They don't warm the tortillas. And the chalupa shell is like eating a cracker. I'm afraid I got botulism or something. When we pulled up to get a refund the manager was locking the doors because there were several people all there to get refunds at the same time, confirmed by the manager themselves. Awful location, they close early all the time for no reason. Staff just quits for the day when they feel like it. The last few times we've tried to go at 7:30 and the staff said they were closed. One time we tried going 4 employees were standing outside having a smoke break and told us to leave when they were still supposed to be open for business. The staffing is a joke and are allowed to do whatever they please. The few times we do get lucky and can order we're left sitting in line for a half hour when no one's else is in the drive through. Me and my husband come here often. Sometimes they take a long time to get the food out to us due to being short staffed which is totally fine. I understand take your time. When we went over there tonight and there where 5 guys smoking out by the drive threw that worked there(they had there shirts that said Taco Bell or KFC and they also had head sets on) they said they where closed early due to being short staffed which I get it but why have everyone be smoking outside laughing saying they where closed? So i come here quite often and have never had a bad experience until today. I came during lunch when it was busy so I knew I'd be waiting awhile but I say in the drive thru for 22 minutes of my 30 min lunch break I got a hard shell taco sub steak add sour cream a grilled steak and cheese burrito and cinnamon twists. When I got my food my taco was unwrapped with no sour cream and my meat tasted like burnt plastic, my burrito was half unwrapped and I'm afraid to see what it tastes like and I didn't even get a package for my cinnamon twists they were just dumped in the bag. I love taco bell, that is when they decide to make the food right. which isn't often. I order a steak grilled cheese burrito anytime I go, I never know if it's going to be big or have nothing in it. for a 6 almost 7 dollar burrito it's ridiculous. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell I have had. The service was alright. The place was dirty. They managed to mess up cheese roll ups, even though it's melted cheese with a tortilla. The only good thing was the Mexican pizza and beefy melt burrito. Everything else like the burritos were cold or dry. read more

I have never left a negative review, but depend on Yelp so felt it was my duty ... I never thought to check here for a quick fast food review, but wow, I should have checked here first! The other reviewers are right on. This place was S L O W. And the bathrooms were in poor condition. First I figured it was the lunchtime rush. After watching all of the people (not just employees) move soooo slowly I think it may be a community thing. Regardless of the reason, it was 20 min for our simple order. Would give no stars if possible. Waited over a half hour after we placed our order. No toppings on Mexican pizzas. No steak in the steak quesorittos. No cinnamon on cinnamon twists. Almost no toppings on the items they bothered to make somewhat correctly. Also, food was cold as soon as we got it. Seriously, save yourself the trip here and drive to the next Taco Bell. This place truly was a disaster! Dirty and sticky floors immediately after entering and not a single person at or near the counter. We decided to use the washrooms which were also filthy and had some type of disturbing heavy metal rock or satanic music playing ion overhead speakers that I hoped my spouse didn't hear it... wrong she did. After meeting back at the counter we looked at each other and decided to immediately walk out the door and then leave this post hoping that the manager or corporate office might catch wind of it. TERRIBLE service! I was on the road and wanted to stop for a quick bite & restroom break. Long line when I arrived and the staff was attempting to keep up. Finally came down to one customer in front of me & I literally waited for 5 minutes while SUE discussed personal issues with the customer in front of me. I finally had enough & asked if I could order please! SUE immediately snapped that they were still ordering. I immediately interjected that they were not ordering. I left the store to grab my phone to get the store info. I walked back in & spoke to Alex who helped me out by taking my order & apologizing for SUE. When I left the store, my boyfriend went inside to go to the restroom & get an ice water. Upon entering the store, he found SUE regaling to other customers how unpleasant I was as a customer! He went up to her and told her that it was in poor taste & entirely inappropriate for her to be bad mouthing other customers. read more
