My husband ran to grab me a birthday dinner (we came for the ice cream!) after a long day of fighting a toddler..in the drive thru not only was she short, she started with "what do you want" he's a veteran & hearing impaired and trying his best to read my commentary on what ice cream I want & she was just abrasive and rude in every way. Speaking over him when he stated he wanted ranch & then later asking him if he wanted sauces? We've worked in the food industry and understand people have their off days but this was just an awful encounter. My husbands ranch was not provided. We were not impressed with today, a thank you to the woman in the window as she saved this entire interaction by simply smiling at him. The woman with a head piece behind the woman at the drive thru window (also wearing a head piece) was assumed to be the one with taking orders, as she's the one who glared when my husband said she was nice in comparison to whomever took his order.

We have been there before with friends for drinks and enjoyed the restaurant and good service so decided to check out their burgers. We were in around 5:15 on a Saturday night and immediately seated in a large booth. I took some off the burger and enjoyed as an extra side/ it was creamy and mildly flavor so as to add more texture than actual flavor to the burgers. I should mention I had not eaten all day as normally I could never eat two burgers, however they were more thin than thick and tasted perfect on what tasted almost like a steamed (and soft) bun. I enjoyed the signature pickles on the side and added a little signature bacon jam to the burger which was a nice flair of flavor. My husband's burger was the perfect mix of cheese and mushrooms and flavor. Nothing special about the Tots or fries except a generous amount of both and their presentation in a mini fry basket. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our food but between water and drinks served it was a quick wait, especially for a Saturday night. This is a pleasant restaurant whether eating in a quiet booth or for watching bets while eating. Lots of options for couples or larger groups. There isn't much parking close to the restaurant but we found spaces at the hotel right next to it. Worth the drive. Craving satisfied.

As part of the complaint, they asked if I wanted to be contacted about it and I said yes. I also had to give my contact information online. Within 48 hours I received an email from the location manager apologizing for what happened and offering me a free small meal for my trouble. Today, I showed up at the store with the email. The manager who wrote the email took my order and made sure I got what I wanted. I had to wait a few minutes to get the food but it was worth going through the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will continue to order from this location. But I'll always check my bag before driving away from the drive-thru window. See the aftermath, below.
