I order through Door dash part of the time and order through drive through the other half. One thing is constant: I never get the sour cream that I order and pay for. And I mean never. Fifty percent if the time I get lettuce on the tacos I ask to have no lettuce. I know you don't care but I want to let you know your workers don't care enough to get the orders right. Horrible - absolutely horrible. Four tiny little Tacos "Supremes" that were not fit to eat - $12.63. The tacos were terrible. Barely enough meat to cover the bottom of the shell, a couple tiny little pieces of lettuce, a couple tiny pieces of tasteless tomato, and on one of the tacos - the sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the shell. What a joke. What happened to the once great Taco Bell I so fondly remember the past 50 years? Staff was friendly. It's open late. Taco Bell is always great. Basic crunchy tacos don't have a combo anymore? Every taco I ordered had a broken shell. Mountain Dew was bland. It was still worth the trip. I got a BIG meal for $12.47. Taco Bell is still one of my favorites and this part of North Myrtle Beach doesn't have a ton of late night options. I sat for three hours waiting for updates and they said absolutely nothing, did not mention a refund, not to mention they said our order was not at their location, I checked several times on the app AND the website that tracks the orders, and it listed the exact location on both. Meat shortage? Or just stingy? Ordered two crunch wraps, 4 tacos and two chicken quesadillas and all of them had very little meat inside. I don't remember crunch wraps being so small and flat? Well, unfortunately I didn't notice it till I got home. They had me pay for the wrong order. There is ZERO communication here, and they just hand food out the window without verifying if it is the correct order or not. I checked the bag, and told them twice it wasn't mine. Twice they tried to hand me the same bag back. Not sure why I didn't look at the receipt, I guess I was preoccupied checking on the food as opposed to what I had actually paid for. My advice, FIRST ask how much your total is before pulling up to the window. When you get to the window ask again. ALWAYS check your bag BEFORE you drive off! And check it all. This place sucks the drive thru is always long and when you walk in you can see why. They all stand around talking to each other and on there phones not doing any work. The attitudes are just horrible. I walked in last time and they saw me at register to pick my order up and they just turn around just being on the phone. 50% of the time I order hard shell tacos there good but most of the time the shell is soggy from the grease of the meat could do better.

This location won't let me in at 9:00 and later, despite having posted hours of operation starting at 8:00. I went in to order and the lady behind the counter rudely said we had to order on the computer. I started to until I saw another sit down by another customer and the one that spoke to me that makes the tacos and with gloves on playing on her cellphone with one hand and the other had her gloved hand on her hip.
