If I could give a ZERO star review I would. This place was absolutely disgusting inside, not a single table clean and trash over flowing from every single trash can. Had to take out food out to the truck just to eat. Had plenty of staff working and back there hootin and hollerin but not a single one cleaning the dining area. Floors were disgusting and even the drink station was nasty. Don't even let me get started on the what looked to be vomit all over the bathroom. Will NEVER come back to this gross place. read more

I arrive at Taco Bell and ask for patience from the counter employee. "I'm trying to convert a Taco Bueno order to Taco Bell," I say. "I can help with that," she says without hesitation. I wonder if she's done it before. The Taco Bueno not a 1/4 of a mile away is still closed though it's past the stated opening time. Before I leave Taco Bell I check my order and notice two items missing. Sigh. A hollow "sorry about that" comes with the provided chips. I wonder how often the employee has said that. read more

Just had a rancid taco! Don't know if the shell was cooked in rancid oil or what but it tasted flat out nasty! I've been eating Taco Bell my whole life and never had that happen. I think it will be a long time before I'll eat Taco Bell again! Sad because I love Taco Bell read more

I understand this is Taco Bell it's the trailer park of fast food. The employees don't care and I feel like they are told at orientation to piss as many people off as possible. If you guys put the slightest effort towards 20% of your orders a day you'd have more than stoners as guests read more

This is one of my two personal favorite Taco Bells! The service is always pretty quick, even late at night when they get super busy. The workers are normally pretty friendly too and have never messed up my order. They also don't go light on sauce when you ask for it! Personal recommendation - I always get a chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce added and a cheesy bean and rice burrito with chiptole sauce added (their chipotle sauce is a hidden GEM, goes good on everything) read more

I decided to dine in this time.  It was a little after 5 on a Thursday.  The restaurant had 2 children and 1 adult in the dining area.  I was immediately greeted when I stepped up to the counter.  I ordered my usual, two beefy Frito burritos.  I gathered my napkin, sauces, drink and as I went to sit they called my name.  The condiment trays were tidy, my food was prepared quickly and when I started to open my burrito... I could tell it had the Fritos pretty evenly portioned throughout for a little bit of crunch in each bite!  Yay! read more

Taco Bell review. So it has been a long time since I last ate here. I thought I would try the grilled cheese dipping taco, got a regular taco to see if there was any change in it. BTW this was at the TB in Owosso at 86th st and 169 hwy. It was 3,79 I added lettuce, a 20 cent upgrade for three little shreds, the regular Taco was 1.79. They were quick to get out. It was very messy. The cheese was melted. The flavor of the chicken and the cheese was good, never tasted the lettuce. The dipping sauce was the enchilada sauce not bad the cheese sauce was there standard cheese sauce. The taco shell was stale. I wouldn't order it again. As for the taco. Well no change there the picture says it all. Overall C- but hey the water was filtered and cold. Pretty sure it's why I don't eat here. Oh i forgot to mention that there is not big menu to look at you have to look at the kiosk. after about 5 min standing there someone finally came over and asked if i needed help finding something. I did force them to run the cash register and take cash instead of a CC. that is what I don't like about auto-bell. Cost more and they want you to work for your order. They were out of chicken and I ended up having to cancel my order. Because I had ordered online with a gift card, I was not going to be able to get my money back, however, they ended up giving me my money back via cash, which was a nice surprise. My boyfriends meal was all there, however, he said it was the worst cheesy gordita crunch he's ever had. It was super soggy and floppy, and we ended up throwing it away. They also failed to give him sauce which was disappointing. read more

the last few times I have eaten there it has just been horrible it's always after 3pm too. last time I came I got the cheesy potatoes and they were all rock hard so I couldn't feed them to my 1 year old. tonight I got two beefy burrito and they had them ready by the time I got to the window had like no beef or anything in them, super skinny and just terrible I use to even work and manage at this location so it's pretty upsetting to see such carelessness in the food. Young lady at the front told me they are working on it... well 15 minutes later ... they finally make it n give refund. They always get the orders wrong! I go here all the time every time I can remember they either give the wrong food or leave something out! The manager must not care about what the chef is cooking or who's taking the orders! You will pay but you won't get what you pay for. I always ask for extra cheese and sour cream they charge me and forget to put one of those on every time! They are careless. The lady at the window is nice as they give it to you wrong! And the chef is either illiterate or sabotaging orders! I said yesterday if they get it wrong again I'm writing a review I checked my food wrong again! I mean, it's Taco Bell... you get what you pay for. Cheap food, cheap service. Just check your food before you leave and they'll fix it for you no problem... one time they did mess up my order twice just make sure you check it every time... even if they've just fixed it. Other than that the people are usually pretty chill, you just can't really expect much from this place read more
