The preparation of my burritos was the poorest that I've ever experienced at any Taco Bell in my entire life. They put zero attention into what is one of the easiest things to possibly make on this Earth. He didn't label the individual burritos so I didn't know which one was which. Well, for starters, pulling in, we got to witness a drug deal happen right outside the drive-thru which is awesome To try and explain to a child who saw it all go down....classy. I know I'm not paying for 5 star service at a Taco Bell, but sheesh! When we arrived, there were 2 other people in the entire place. We stood near the registers ready to order but there was nobody there to help. After a minute or two, a man came to take our order. He definitely loved his job... not. After Mr. Ray of Sunshine took our order he forgot to give us our drink cups and walked away. I volunteered to wait at the register to get the drink cups while the rest of the party I was with sat down. The girl working the drive through window kept looking over and ignoring me as I stood there trying to get her attention. She kept huffing and puffing and stomping around. Finally after looking at me six times (yes I counted) she says "Ugh, did somebody help you?" I mentioned that we did not receive our drink cups. So she stomped over and goes "here" and slams our drink cups on the counter. Wow, sorry for making you take an extra 4 steps to help a customer when there is no one even in the drive through line! After the drink cup fiasco, it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Once again I know I'm not paying for 5 star service, but I could probably make the tacos I ordered faster in my own kitchen. Especially when there are only 5 people in the whole restaurant. We finally got our food and started eating. Then an employee still in uniform starts noisily talking on his cell phone behind the counter about how "I'm getting off work in about 10 minutes, blah blah blah, let's make our entire nights plans while being extremely rude to the customers". Can't this conversation wait until you are off work?! This was highly unprofessional... and annoying. Aside from the aggravating customer service, the restaurant was clean and my tacos turned out decent. All in all, I would suggest using the drive though, at least then you have minimum contact with the extremely rude employees. I am very surprised at how Taco Bell stays in business with the type of customer service, or lack of, that they give. And I am talking on a corporate level. This started about 8 months ago, the order I received was incorrect. I filed a complaint online, no answer for about 1 1/2 months until I called in. The woman apologized and said that the district manager should have called me. She said that she would let him know and sent me some coupons. After that I thought I would try again. Had a different problem where there was a new person and they forgot 2 of my items. I did not know until I got home. Complained again online, again, no call for a couple of months. I had to call in to get it taken care of again! I thought I would give it one more try. This time I had ordered extra sauce in both items. All the items were dry when I opened them up! I once again complained online. Once again no response. What is the online form for when all they do is ignore it This is what I mean about lack of customer service! Then I called in again after about 3 weeks, the uy on the phone told me to call in, not to se that form! Again, what is it for I told him I do not want anything from them, I just want to talk to the district manager. He said that they would call within a week. It has been about 1 to 2 months now and I am still waiting! How can a company like this stay in business when they treat their customers like lowlifes, They show they do not care about us, only the money in your pocket. I don't expect much from Taco Bell but it's my go to get food place when I'm on the run. This is by far the weirdest one I've ever been to. You run into the counter as so as you walk in the door so if there is already someone ordering, you are almost out the door. During the lunch rush There was one person working the register and the food came out super slow. There is a weird odor and it's full of the strangest clientele. Most of the time they get my order right. I have had them mess up a couple of times but I've usually gotten some type of freebie for my trouble. The biggest reason for the three star rating is the long lines. This is whether you go in or go through the drive thru. If you can get there before 5 p.m. on a weeknight, usually you won't wait in the drive thru for your food very long. However, after 5 p.m., the wait is really bad! There are sometimes seven cars in line. This often causes me to go to Jack in the Box instead, who always has a short wait when I go. I wish Taco Bell would do like McDonald's does with their drive thrus where they have one person at one window collect payment and another person at another window hand out orders. Well I love Taco Bell, but their customer service was horrible. Ordered two Nacho Taco boxes with no Pico or Guacamole. We pulled up to the window, and the guy left the window open while we paid. We could hear the staff in the back and when they got my order wrong, we could hear the them complaining about it. It was very unprofessional, and made us highly uncomfortable. We were handed drinks and received no straws, napkins or forks and when we asked for them, they were given to us with no urgency.
