Very welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Our server was super nice, I can't remember her name but she was really pretty & brunette with tats. Awesome service from start to finish! My husband and I ordered the fried cheese sticks to start and we were shocked when she set the basket down. Such a huge portion, which we didn't complain lol hot and super cheese pull! Really yummy! After we scarfed those down we each ordered the bacon cheeseburger. Can I just say... one of the best burgers I've had in a long while!! The bacon crumbles were super smokey and the burger... omgosh so big and juicy! Perfect medium rare cook! Bun held up nicely for such a big burger patty. Loved seeing the crinkle fries! You don't see those often and they're our fave! Cooked golden brown but not overcooked. The only complaint is my husband wasn't a fan of the sweet tea but it didn't ruin the meal by any means. Everything was great and we're glad we walked through those doors. Would definitely stop back in if we ever find ourselves visiting Pikeville for a concert again.

As a Customer, I would appreciate my needs to be met before completing random tasks not related to food getting on my plate. A buddy of mine also visited Moes today, and he was forced to wait about 45 minutes for an online order, while this same staff member told workers to do his order last and prioritize the customers in line. despite him ordering WAY BEFORE. I dont know who this staff member is, but he needs a reevaluation. Customers deserve a good experience when getting their meals.
