Waited a few days to write this review so I could write it with less *emotion* Went to the drive thru to order (2) 5 layer burritos and a large DP for lunch. Girl on the intercom says they are out of sour cream (here we go). I tell her that's fine and finish my order and pull up to the window. I didn't wait have to wait very long which was nice. I watched the girl fill up my soda and noticed the suspiciously "flat" appearance. After she handed me the drink I tasted it and sure enough, FLAT. So I informed her it was flat and asked for something else. After looking at me like I just asked her a question in some old dead language, I asked for a Pepsi instead. And what do you know, FLAT. Not in the mood to deal with her anymore, I pull around and go inside and inform them that the Pepsi is flat too. So I ask if the dining area machine runs on the same system as the drive thru and this girl shrugs her shoulders. Ok, no big deal. I walk over to the dining area machine and guess what? The drink tastes like it's supposed to! WOW! This location is constantly (or conveniently) "out" of this or that. As long as I live here, I will NEVER, support this terrible franchise and actively warn others visiting to steer clear. You can't run a business in a small town in this way and expect to survive. Do better. In conclusion, this is definitely the WORST ran Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. read more

Closed at midnight...yes this is a tiny "one horse town", but hours posted say 1 am. Went through drive through at 11:45 and was told they were closing in 15 minutes so they had a "limited menu" (aka no lettuce, tomato..ect) so much for late night craving menu! very disappointing. read more

I've been on the road in Texas for work during Covid-19 and these guys have the best practices in place! I don't think I've been to a drive through place that is this contactless. How do you ask? -They hold the credit card machine out the window and you swipe or insert your card yourself. -Your food and drinks are delivered via a plastic tray. First off, I wish there was a way to give a "Negative" star review. Taco Bell store # 035072, Pleasanton, TX. My advise, DO NOT consider this Taco Bell - It's a "TOTAL SCAM". After wasting my time placing my to-go order inside at the kiosk to not have an order discrepancy, since the drive-thru orders are never correct, received the order & drove home. Upon arrival at home, the 4 "Grilled Cheese Burritos & the 2 Nachos BellGrande that was ordered for my son & I were an absolute rip-off & a joke. First, the burritos, that were ordered with extra beef, had a smeared concoction of cheese, bean & almost no meat that was no thicker than a mayo spread on a sandwich. The nachos were only slightly better, covered in cheese sauce, beans & sparingly of meat. This was absolutely insulting, even considering the normal small amounts/servings that Taco Bell is conventionally known for, but again totally ridiculous. As I see that this is fully intentional, since every item of the order was made in this same manner. I used to check the orders before leaving this store, since this was an ongoing issue & after numerous complaints & change in management & personnel, it had gotten better for a short while, but now back to their same ole practices of false advertising & deceptive trade practices of products that are in no way close to their advertised products, especially when ordered with "extra beef" that was noted on the order & paid extra for during purchase. A complaint has been filed & sent to Taco Bell online, an automated response that they received the complaint has been received, but days later & no response or contact has been received as their auto-generated response stated. I guess the previous class-action law suit only corrected this type of problem for a short-time, but definitely needs to happen again & with a much larger awarded amount this time to either fix this recurring deceptive act or close the companies doors, indefinitely!!! read more

I don't ever fog you Taco Bell usually unless u am in Pleasanton and I always like it. But today the man that was working the drive thru wasn't just good at his job, he was FUNNY and MADE MY DAY! I even rolled down my window while I was three cars behind bc I heard a commotion and realized it was him taking orders and making people laugh! One was a carload of guys and they were happy as could be. They even had a question about what to get and he helped them through that wonderfully. Then they were out of rice and the way he handled that with everyone was perfect! If Leo is working, just come by for a drink if ur not hungry, bc he will make ur day! Taco Bell, u better keep him and have him train others to be like this! I probably would go to more it you all did! I know if I had a business down here, I would steal him from u for sure! read more

Always enjoy the food however the service is undesirable. My food failed to have sour cream as I requested, my daughters tacos had sauce in them after I stated that I wanted something without sauce. When I explained this to the manager he corrected me in stating I didn't ask for the steak taco plain and that I should do so in the future. Common sense is that if a customer asks for something plain (example) then the server should know the menu well enough to be able to help the customer on their order. read more

I love this location of taco Bell . My favorite is by far the potato filler which has delicious cheese. Their food here is always hot and good . The interior is very unique and fresh , especially the new tablet like devices to take your order . The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because we went there two days ago and my dad got something and he asked for steak as his meat , when he got his taco it had ground beef , yet they still charged him for steak . read more

This place is a rip off. Been tying to give it a chance for years. You get a tiny sliver of taco meat which is mostly just lettuce. Took my mother from out of town and she was furious and complained no beef. It's pure greed. If you want to bite into any of their menu items they do not have barely meat at all. Last night we tried once more drive thru no one was there. Got order wrong and again one sliver of meat as usual. My husband ordered something a wrap and he was upset with like a teaspoon of meat. We are done. I will rate this place a zero star. Who wants to pay their hard earned money just to bite into an empty shell. I say this because I have been there since it opened several years and things never change. We ate here on 4/20/2019. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed it had an odd odor and needed a good cleaning. Papers and mud every where like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Tea containers setting out with no lids. Once we received our food it was cold. This is a relatively new restaurant, but needs some serious help on how to keep it clean and serve their food hot, two of the most important factors in making repeat customers, and keeping old ones.
