I don't know if we just got really lucky but this was the best gosh darn Taco Bell we have EVER had. They were nice, it was a quick order online and pickup, no complaints ! Our order was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing. We pass this Taco Bell quite often so we will be back soon. Wish I could post photos but we ate it so fast because it was that good. I'm very weird ordering dessert from fast food but they have salted caramel churros now and they were delicious. 1000/10 We ordered: BYO box with beefy 5 layer, the freshest chicken chalupa and hard taco. On 11/11/2023 @ 7:09 a.m. I went for breakfast and wanted the combo with no Egg. I was told to pull around, no total etc, come to find I was only charged and given the burrito. Which is fine, not a big deal to me. HOWEVER, my burrito not only did it have egg which I requested none of nit thats all it had in it. It also didn't help the Person working the drive thru was extremely rude. read more

Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to. There is absolutely no management present at all!! A bunch of very young high school kids goofing around the whole time or sitting down looking at their phones. The worst part about my experience is when I received my order the worker at the drive thru handed it to me and said " I put your change in the bag" are you freaking kidding me?? I had asked to order iced coffe yes it was 12:30 am and the lady said it's fine to order it still and then I get to the window and she says who the fuck order coffee at 1 am. This location is just plain horrible. If they don't mess up your order, they short change you. Tonight I ordered to slushees with our meals, their machine froze up from what they said. So the manager comes over and refunds me 1.40, which isn't even enough to get me normal drink. So I explain that I either need a bigger refund or some type of drink. Then she gets attitude, so I head inside. She rolls her eyes at me as I walk up to the counter and tells me I don't need to have an attitude with her. Left with a refund, but seriously? So if you want a jacked up order or shorted in some way go here. read more

I have ordered in the restaurant and I've gone through the drive-thru. I've given them many, many chances. I don't think they have gotten my order right ONCE. Either they give me hard tacos when I order soft, or they just completely leave out the MAIN item in a combo meal! It amazes me how they can't follow a screen that had an order on it. Just stopped at this taco bell. Very unpleased. I ordered a Quesorita with NO sour cream and they put EXTRA sour cream on it: We had to drive BACK to the taco bell to get it fixed because i hadn't eaten all day, And they were out of several menu items. Apparently no beef burrito??? read more

Just as a start, my wife and I like Taco Bell. This is in a area we frequent and by our home there is no Taco Bell. So we tried this place a couple of time. First time I had to go back to get the order right and was treated like a crap and the food was so soggy and nasty we though it away. So we tried it one more time about a month later, they took my order just fine but when it came to the food, yikes. The food was thrown in the beg and not folded closed so most of it fell to the bottom of the bag. The tacos were so soggy the corner of the wrapper was falling apart. My wife's no lettuce tacos had some how translates to half the meat and cheese. So very let down and upset. The staff we interacted with had no personality at all and seemed more concerned in each other then getting an order right or fixing one. read more

I generally love Taco Bell. This is one of the worst though (I would give 1.5 stars if that were an option). The motivation to write this review came from a recent visit. My wife, stepson and I went through the drive-through and when it came time for me to order, I was told that the restaurant was out of sour cream. This is no big deal, places run out of things. When I asked if they would substitute another sauce for the sour cream since they were out, they wanted to charge me. It's not even like I was asking for guacamole or something premium, just the sauce they put on the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I stated that I didn't think that they should charge me, since they were out of sour cream. They insisted that they had to charge for it. I am not mad about the 35 cents, its clearly the principle. So we cancelled our $18 order and went down the street for pizza instead. What a great way to lose customers. read more

Totally dissatisfied with the urgency/concern of the manager while waiting for the cash register to re-boot, had the line of customers growing behind us. We waited in line while the young lady taking orders just stood there and told the manager that the register wasn't re-booting or loading. The manager seemed unconcerned and told her to just wait and stop punching buttons, she told us it just takes time to re-load. I asked if she could take our order then we could pay once the register was working?? Got no answer on that question, as we continued to wait and the line behing us grew. I asked the girl at the register if we needed to leave and go somewhere else? She then tried to get another response from the manager who obviously had other things on her mind. The girl told the manager the register failed after someone clocked out, finally after a long wait the manager decided to use the other register-geez. What apalled me out of the who ordeal totally was the manager who had no sense of urgency or concern! Then when we finally got our food, and was getting our drinks, I understood better as she left with another employee to go take a break out in her car, leaving a long line of customers waiting behind-unbelievable. When my friend and I exited the store and left the mess behind us, ironic, but they were in the parking lot next to us in a car on their I-phones talking and leaving what should of been a concern behind them! I work a part/time job (minor league ball park gift shop) and work register there, in similar situations my manger there would do everything possible to get a situation rectified like this in more ways than one, and wouldn't be happy until the situation was resolved the customers happy. I can say the food was good when we finally got it, that is why the two star review, had it not been the review would have been much lower. read more
